rs who are in the same situation I've been very patient but when someone is not honest with me that's really frustrating Rachel leis Marlo says she is beyond frustrated waiting for the spa to fill the spot they said it would probably be the middle of October now months later and Rachel says several promises later she still has nothing despite paying backyard Leisure more than $12,500 last August for her Spa she thought she had a unique case until she saw our story last week I was like okay I'm n
ot alone this is bigger than just me we first heard from Sharon Shepard ordered it July 18th they said 3 to 5 months and Katherine Hennessy I just want my money back deal with somebody that can deliver me a hot tub in 2 to four weeks both customers of backyard Leisure and also paid in full months ago for Spas but after both say they received continued promises or Spas would be delivered they're still waiting every email I have said it's on the next truck besides hearing from Rachel I heard from
other backyard Leisure customers One customer saying she ordered and paid in full last May and says she's still being told it will be on the next truck another customer emailing they paid Seven Grand in August and starting in December says they were told it would be on the next truck another viewer reaching out saying they paid $20,000 in August and also don't have their Spa since our first story on backyard Leisure the North Carolina attorney general's office saying they're now reviewing the ca
se as their office has received 18 complaints also since our story backyard are telling me they're sending out confirmation orders to many of the customers that contacted us Sharon just got this order confirmation Catherine getting this email apologizing saying they've been short staffed and are working to obtain the receipts to show her Spa's ordered as for Rachel Spa seems like it's kind of a bigger mess than just my own frustration and I think that's the important thing here a representative
with backyard Leisure told me he didn't think her Spa was included in the most recent order but they're working on it so still more Promises of Spas will be delivered at least in Sharon's case she was able to confirm with a manufacturer of her Spa that it's been paid for and is in production some of the customers saying they are disputing their credit card payments to at least try and protect themselves that way so we hopefully the next update will be the Spas are being delivered a better one ri
