desired location the second method is to press this print screen button on your keyboard and then manually paste it into a program like paint and then again manually save that picture somewhere you choose there is a way to automatically save screenshots in windows it's really straightforward so what i'm going to do is i'm just going to take a screenshot of this excel spreadsheet so what i'm going to press on the keyboard this key combination is i'm going to press the windows key and print screen
at the same time that is windows key and print screen and what this will do is in your windows explorer you can see in you often see under your pc you'll see a folder called pictures within pictures you will have a folder called screenshots if this is the first time using this method it will create this screenshots folder for you so what you need to do just click on there and you can see if i just double click on this picture it has automatically saved the screenshot in windows so i didn't have
to manually save this anywhere i didn't have to open another application such as snipping tool it's very simple very straightforward and very quick so if you're recording many screenshots for college or for your work this method can be very very efficient okay everybody just a short one today thank you for watching use my box and we'll see you again on
