welcome back and this video has been long overdue on my channel so far and this is on how you can reach your Highest Potential I don't think I have found any video on YouTube or anywhere for that matter that actually covered what I'm going to cover in this video I had to learn it from a variety of sources after reading books after books after books for years and years learning from the best mentors available on planet Earth right now both dead and alive and this is just going to be a compilation
of what I believe you need in your own journey to reach your Highest Potential I need you to watch this video with an open mind because the ideas inside will rle fads with a lot of people so let's jump right into it there are three pillars of potential and it is very likely that you are only hitting one or two of them you need to hit all three you need to check boxes for all three to reach your Highest Potential and you cannot do with one or the other or you cannot just leave one of them out if
you are someone that is very spiritual you cannot just leave body out or or leave the mind out and think you will reach your Highest Potential you have to grow in all aspects take like put time into everything that includes your body mind and soul and you'll see a much more impressive growth than actually sitting in a cave and meditating for 40 years if you are just I'm talking about not just about like a spiritual person but also someone that is heavily into body or mind there are people that
are very intellectual that might be watching this video that think that mind your reasoning skills your thinking capability is the big is the best only thing in the world but that's not true you have you cannot just ignore the other two and progress in One path and think that you are going to reach your Highest Potential you are going to eventually reach a ceiling until you kind of progress in all the paths simultaneously let's go in first one is body and the only it is very easy actually with a
ll of all of those three not easy simple would be the right word but it is simple thing with body is that you have to push yourself to the limits to realize to understand what kind of person you are that could be any kind of Hardcore sport for me I chose MMA and that is the the thing that I have the most experience with and that is why I would recommend anyone to join MMA or anything like that could be kickboxing Jujitsu anything that you like or if you do not if you haven't and think you want t
o tomorrow go to your nearest fight fighting gym or you could just do that today you know through fighting you will understand what kind of what what your PE where your Peak lies what kind of man what kind of person you are under stress was the thing about fight Sports specifically it rales what your true nature is whether you get scared whether you act like a coward in the face of true danger the thing is it's it doesn't say that oh just because I am scared I am that person but over time as you
put yourself in more of these situations let's say I absolutely recommend you to start competing at least in Amo leagues in MMA once you start training after for a good bit of let's say 8 9 months or maybe even a whole year I in my gym back in Kolkata they started they got me into Amo leg within the first 4 months and I I sucked at it but I still got in the ring you know I got my ass beat I lost by points but it still revealed what kind of person I was to me I understood I understood a deeper v
ersion of myself I understood what kind of person I was under true PR pressure where someone else was out there to beat you up to harm you and that is where you realize what kind of person you are and the good thing is if you are someone that easily gets scared if you think you are a coward if that has been your belief system for a long time the good news is you can change that you can change yourself from the ground up you can constantly the more the more times you actually put yourself in situ
ations like this the more habitual the more used to you get and the easier it gets on your psyche and that changes you as a man you go from someone that is a coward that thinks too low of himself to someone that has real hardcore confidence that doesn't happen by sitting at your home alone it only happens when you put yourself under pressure and just remember Diamonds Are Made made Under Pressure Diamonds Are Made Under Pressure it is not going to happen if you just sit in your home or practice
something that is lightly pushing yourself and the thing is a lot of people watching this video might be going to work out you probably go and work out at at a gym maybe not a MMA gym but at a gym normal gym to bulk up to build the aesthetic figure and that was my goal for about 4 years from 18 to 22 until I quit working out when I was 23 and it it's been a year since then since I stopped working out for aesthetic games or whatever and I have never felt happier since then because I got to accept
who I am who how I looked even though at the time when I quit working out was when I looked the best I was doing MMA and gym both simultaneously I was constantly pushing myself cardio wise and in gym to build the body athe aesthetically pleasing body that I actually want and after some point I realized I do not actually want this this was something that was fed to me by social media social media said that I have to get I have to get an aesthetically pleasing body that you should you know Societ
y in general tells you you should get a body that is pleasing to look at but that is that is not true that is what Society wants if that is not something that you want you don't have to go for it but that doesn't mean I lost my body I still have my body I still my body still looks great it's it's in great shape just from doing MMA everyone in my MMA gym at least four of them I know do not do any workouts out of the MMA fight sport or anything outside of that and they still have aesthetically ple
asing body you can get that through just MMA or any sport at all jiujitsu kickboxing you could get that you could get ripped shreded you could look like absolute Chad just by doing MMA in the right way okay so enough of that next thing is eat right start eating right if you really care about yourself and you want your body to go the farthest it can to reach its ideal potential you have to start putting in the right stuff and by that I mean eat Whole Foods eat Natural Foods foods and fruits and v
eggies that come from ground up that come that see sunlight instead of coming right from Factories do not eat processed food cut out sugar caffeine nicotine and processed food caffeine could be okay in moderate terms but it actually kills your body in the long run next thing supplements it is very likely that even if you eat Whole Foods your diet doesn't have everything your body needs vitamins vitamins to function and that means you just have to look at your diet and see what kind of vitamins y
ou are missing you could Google that out with if you have a little bit of Rin if you don't you could watch my other video on how to master yourself or it should be something like that how to master your mind I'll link it in the comments below or maybe in the description check that out you need to supplement yourself with what is missing because if your body is not getting the right supplements the right nutrients it is not going to function at its 100% And if it doesn't function at its 100% you
are never going to idealize you're never going to reach your highest peak in terms of your body right next thing your mind become a Avid Reader like really start reading if you do not read start reading whatever you like doesn't have to be anything specific start reading whatever you like and then from there once you have a habit once you have a general liking for reading you can start reading fiction read fiction then read everything actually not even fiction just fiction non-fiction anything a
nd everything okay don't be limited to only one genre or whatever start reading everything and this is where the next Point flows from learn from everything and everyone people real people think that the only times we should learn is from um when we work for it that is a human bias that the secrets are hidden behind closed doors or like the secret is on the top of the mountain that we have to climb a mountain we have to struggle to get to know the secret that is a human bias the thing is you can
learn from everyone and everything and not just in terms of reading I'm just saying like you can read read and learn from any genre whether that's fiction non-fiction but but also in terms of people people you hang out with you have learn how to understand human psychology look at their behavior why are they doing the things they are doing why are they being good to you why why are they being mean to you why are they being something to someone else you must have a deep understanding of human ps
ychology to where you must have a deep understanding of others to learn about yourself and you must have a deep understanding about yourself to learn about others goes both ways that is why psychology and having a deep understanding of both psychology philosophy really helps if you haven't yet start get like gotten started on it get started with anything that interest you for me personally I got started with stoicism after that I got into spirituality and a lot of different shirt now I am also d
iving intoy psychology especially like stuff from K Jung and Sigman Freud and a lot of other psychologists like David do H Dr Hawkins there are a lot of resources out there to learn about human psychology to learn better understand our inner nature why we do the things we do and that will help you gain a deeper understanding over your own self very important next do inner work inner work is mostly related to trauma and understanding your own patterns now in this Niche trauma might have a bad lab
el attached to it the thing is we all have traumas whether you like it or not whether you think you are a immune someone immune to trauma that's not true you had a childhood you probably got traumatized at some point in your life every child does and the good thing is once you learn to accept that you can uncover the trauma you have have and that will make you a much whole much whole person a much more complete person I will definitely suggest you to look into trauma healing and how trauma takes
place in people in kids in general and how trauma affects our life you have to gain a deeper understanding of trauma so that you can unlock your deeper reasonings your deeper motivation of why exactly you are doing things why there are certain patterns in life that keep on repeating maybe you are self- sabotaging maybe you maybe you are a people pleaser maybe you are someone that is shy introverted that also is something that happens from trauma you have to understand why are you doing the thin
gs you are doing get into inner work get started with psychology get started with trauma healing trauma understanding trauma and everything so you can identify what exactly you have and start to undo that start to heal it so you can become a much more complete and a whole person very very important on your part progress and reach your Highest Potential next thing Soul this a anyway there's a musquito Down Below anyway um soul is very important and it's one of the biggest things that I think gets
ignored by a lot of people in this nich and there would be a lot of people that also just go into soul and ignore body and mind which also limit them severly it is important to understand you have to push yourself in all aspects you have to grow you have to raise your stats it's like you are a video game character and you know how a video game character that has every stat maxed out is much more powerful than a video game character that has only one stat maxed out the good thing is in life you
can max out all your stats if if you put enough time in it that's is the thing with soul have a spiritual practice if you don't have one I would recommend you to Google different types of spiritual practice and see what you like see what draws you in and start practicing that meditate meditate at least 30 minutes every day after 3 weeks you will see a massive difference take control of your mind your mind your internal chatter box that voice inside your head good news is just through meditation
just through meditation you can take control of it if you have ADHD add or any kind of other problem might be depression or any kind of mental illness it's very likely in 90% of the cases you can fix that with the right supplementation check out my other supplementation videos or anything else I'll will link in the comment below then you can start meditating you you just meditate for 30 minutes every day the effects compound in the first few weeks it will be brutal because you do not have contro
l over your own mind but as the effect compounds you will see some real progress in how you are able to focus how you are able to be present to the present moment how you are able to be present to the moment how you are able to quiet in your mind instead of letting it run its course and be identified with it the thing you have to understand your mind the voice inside your head the thoughts the images the things that run you that you see on a day-to-day basis that you think you have no control ov
er that is your mind and the real you your awareness is the one sitting behind it you if you train yourself you can learn to observe your own thoughts so you don't identify with it you know those thoughts you I think everyone can relate with those thoughts that pop up that are like oh I cannot do this or I cannot do that or something like that those are just your thoughts those are not the real you those are your mind telling you what to do now you can choose to believe that or deny that and the
thing is unless you realize that you are the higher Consciousness the awareness that is sitting behind the thoughts you cannot disidentify from the thoughts itself you think it is a part of you which it is but it is not you once you think it is you once like you do think it is you you kind of take in the thought at it at its face value and give into it when Once the thought says I am too tired I have to give up you give up but once you disidentify from the thought and realize the higher power i
nside you when the thought of I want to give up arises you can make a conscious choice of whether you really want to give up whether you really want to give up or do you want to continue and push yourself more that is how the highest Achievers in every or any field push themselves because they do not identify with the little inside their mind very important there are a few resources that I can recommend you get started with the Power of Now or and the new Earth I've read that a dozen of times bo
th The Power of Now and new work then after that you can dive into other spiritual text could be taing the Bible bhagat Gita Quran there are a lot of a lot of every religious text has spiritual backings to it you can dive into any religious text at all or choose your own path whatever draws you in then last thing transcend your ego a lot of people think ego is necessary or that ego is healthy the thing about ego is that it is a mechanism we learned to survive and the thing is we since we are evo
lving our evolution is not done we are evolving and the thing is we have the choice to transcend our ego which is our sense of self our false sense of self who we think we are if you have labels on you of I am this I'm that I'm a lazy person I'm a disciplined person I'm a high performing person I'm or I'm someone that always loses these are all labels these are all part of your ego once you transcend your ego and realize the whole complete being that you are you can choose to be anything you can
do anything you want you are everything you don't have to be limited to one specific thing like the ego is and the thing is in our Evolution path we eventually have to transcend the ego so we become a much more powerful self a much more powerful versions of ourself and that is the root to Enlightenment that is that will come along the path of spiritual growth and once you transcend once you start transcending the ego you will get out of the me me me it's always about me the comp itiveness that
looking at others as enemies that treating or like taking from others and you will evolve from that and evolve past it to be see others as part of you to be collaborative to look at people as same as you because they really are we are same you and me watching the video we are the same it is only our ego that differentiate us that separates us once you have a deeper understanding once you transcend your ego you will realize the wholeness that is you and that is the path to the highest potential i
n in your soul terms there are a lot of different paths you can take like I said uh for this one for transcending the ego I would recommend you to read the book called levels of consciousness by Dr David Hawkins phenomenal books phenomenal book that tells you each stage of Consciousness and how reaching each stage affects your life because the thing is what goes on internally inside you not just your mind your soul will be reflected outside outside you in your life if you want to be rich if you
want to be someone that is surrounded with high value people if you want to be that I mean that is the initial reason you started this this whole reason path of going or reaching your Highest Potential right that is why I did too but along the way once you transcend your ego you will still go and shoot for that path but you will do it you will go for it from a very different place very very different place and the thing about Consciousness levels and moving up levels of consciousness is that it
unlocks parts of your brain that you really thought did didn't even exist to you it makes you much more smarter much more empathetic loving caring much more whole okay I cannot just put into words and describe what the feeling is like it is something that you have to feel for yourself it is a journey that you must go on by yourself and it's a journey that will lead you to much more happiness than you ever thought possible than you ever think Material World can give you it is is a path that you h
