Hello everyone. I'm your trainer kazi and you are watching Excel 10 Tutorial. Lets get started. To change autosave duration or to optimize autosave function in Microsoft excel you'll have to follow below steps.
Step 1: Click on the file tab.
Step 2: Click on "Options".
Step 3: Click on "Save"
Step 4: Change autosave time duration.
Done. Now autosave function is going to save your excel file after a certain time. This will assist you in many ways.
What is Autosave: Autosave is a function that saves your file automatically after a certain time. This helps us to keep our data safe in case we forget to save our file.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to Excel 10 Tutorial. I’m Kazi and in this quick tutorial I’ll
show you how you can change your autosave time. Now in excel 2019 the autosave duration is
set by default to 10 minutes and I’m going to change it into two minutes, ok? Let’s get started. To do that I have to go to the file option
here, Click here. Now click on options, right here. Now click on save. Take a look at here. These options. Make sure you have checkmark both of these. Save auto recover information e
very 10 minutes. Its by default. So, if I want to change it, I can change it
from 1 minute to 120 minutes. So, I’m going to change it to 2 minutes. Okay? And if I click ok, That’s it. My default autosave time has set for two minutes. Let’s check it again. Options. Now. Save. And take a look at here its two minutes by
defaults. For those, who don’t understand what autosave
does, it actually saves your file after every two minutes. It doesn’t matter if you are saving it or
not. It doesn’t matter i
f you are idle on your
pc, if you just left your work and forget to save it. If your computer is turned on it is going
