Esther was talking to a friend recently about one of her grandchildren who is really a self- Advocate who doesn't care that much what anybody thinks so she doesn't jump through the Hoops like they want her to and they try hard to break her in the school setting they want it to be easy they want everybody to be the the same but she's sure of herself and it's nice if you can catch the spirit of that when you're young but most don't she's not ever going to deviate from that knowing but most do and
then it takes a little while to get back to it but it the return to alignment is all the sweeter if you have been away from it for a while Jerry said to Esther a lot about you all about grandchildren about people he was meeting along the way I just want them to see what the options are not do for anyone or not rescue anyone but just do the best job of giving options and so when you find yourself selecting an option lining up with it and then manifesting it is pretty empowering isn't it you know
that's really the thing that we're are most interested in visiting with you about a little bit because you trust nature you trust the beasts you trust them and you know why because they're trustable they're trustworthy because they're mostly tuned in Tapped in turned on oh domesticated ones start to act like you all do but you don't trust humans as much because insecure ones pick fights and poke at you and it's easy to calibrate to that isn't it but now you have a viable really practical and eas
ily utilizable workaround meaning that you now know that it was never a good idea to calibrate to them to begin with and so now more and more as you're calibrating to your own inner being you Garner your own stability and then they are irrelevant to you in terms of stability they're just present to you in terms of the way that they are in your life in enjoyable ways when you're not depending upon them they're much more easy to enjoy all right here it comes this is really good if you don't mind w
e're going to have a conversation about the mix of of energies and thoughts that surround you what that means is you hear what people are meaning through their vibration and there's enough chaos around that when you hear it it is upending and unsettling which sort of makes you want to retreat from it but you don't want to retreat from it because you want to mix it up and that's where all the action is so deliberate creator like you all deliberate creators must come to the place where you underst
and that you're creating through thought and that this is a vibrational universe and that the law of attraction is responding to vibrations and you got to get control of your vibrations and you can't get control of your vibrations if you are aware of so many people who are vibrating all over the place you have to have something that's stable in essence like this chair is giving Esther little stability and your inner being is like that it's the stability that you can count on and then everything
else sort of falls into place you have a lot of people most of you clamoring to be the replacement for your inner being and none of them are good at it because none of them were ever supposed to be that and so it's just going to get easier and easier for you for all of you now that you have that under your bell felt but what makes a person feel uncomfortable what is the thing that causes you to feel the most uncomfortable as you've been moving through life experience not out there in nature not
out there where it's magical where are you uncomfortable around people who are having thoughts about all kinds of things maybe even you who are not anchored or tethered or reaching for or calibrated to Source energy so calibrating to someone like that's not such a good idea in the early days we always offered this analogy so you're walking along a mountain ledge and it's not very wide and you're not really all that stable it's new to you you don't feel that comfortable there and there are two pe
ople there with you one is wobbly and frightened and the other is stable and secure like a mountain goat almost which one of them are you glad is there and so this is the analogy that we are offering in order to help you to realize that in our analogy all of the people that you've been looking to for stability are like the wobbly one and the mountain goat is your own inner being what we're saying to you really we want to be very blunt about it is the reason that it has felt unstable is because y
ou've been looking for stability in the wrong places looking for love in the wrong places yeah so so what's the right place now you know that's when you ask yourself right I'm feeling what I'm feeling is it lower half of the chart like fear and anxiety or is it upper half of the chart anticipation and excitement sometimes it's one and sometimes it's the other so let's say it's a little fear and anxiety so you just soothe Yourself by saying that's natural it's how I've been trending it's not wher
e I'm headed now now now I understand it better and if when you feel it it's exhilaration and excitement feels like Adventure not danger then acknowledge that and it's just that soft acknowledgement step by step that gives you the then trending toward constant or more steady stability and aren't manifestations wonderful that confirm where you are and so nothing wrong with there being a manifestation realization a manifestation that evidences where you are it manifested and you can feel that but
it's also nice to have something before it manifests that you have in your awareness like this emotion is upper half of the scale rather than lower half of the scale and so you don't need the manifestations to keep Gathering your confidence having an awareness of what emotion you're feeling is and then acknowledging why you're feeling that that's really helpful you've got to handle on this you'll never go back there's no regression you will never go back to where you were before it cannot happen
you can't have come this far and know this much and ever go back it's just going to get better and better and better when you have decided to be playful and be light-hearted and be loving when things aren't coming at you and you are just choosing and feeling thinking and feeling as you deliberately choose things that are satisfying to you Esther spent in the 10 years after the creation of the treehouse on the Abraham Hicks property she used that as a focal point because it always brought her to
that easy positive expectant place and so just have a few things that you're thinking about like more pleasurable thoughts and if there anything that you find interest in ponder it and that's what we've called Through The Years prep Paving more recently we call it getting out ahead of it but what we are saying is start your Trend toward feeling good as often as you can and continue your Trend toward feeling good as often as you can and we're talking mostly about when you're by yourself because
sooner than later and usually sooner you're going to run into somebody that's going to join your environment with vibrations thoughts that you might have some activity of going on in you that you might Rendevous but if you're trending toward feeling good then those things are just going to bounce off of you but if you wait until it's right up in your face and you haven't been trending that's when you got to soothe yourself and talk yourself out of it and that's all right for years we talked abou
t pivoting when you know what you don't want you know what you do want I don't want that I do want this and this is why I want it but it's easier not to have gotten there to begin with but that's illogical in a world with so much going on there's never been a time in this time space reality when there has been more value more reason to get out ahead of things than now because there is so much information coming at so many of you it takes you a bit to catch your balance that if you're not already
in balance and that's all about how you're trending what your mood is how you're feeling and so how am I trending upper half of the chart or lower half of the chart if you'll start saying that whenever you are aware that you're having an emotion or whenever you are aware that you're reacting to a situation that you are now having an emotion about if you'll just say upper half of the scale or bottom half of the scale 8 seven up or 8 n down what's the emotion that I've been trending once you answ
er that question to yourself you'll understand why it was a little harder than it needed to be or why it was as easy or why it wasn't as much fun or why it was more fun in other words just thinking about how you've been trending you see nothing just all of a sudden manifests everything The Wanted things and The Unwanted things were trending quite a long time before they burst out onto the scene where you could see and hear and smell and taste and touch them so we've been saying to all of you for
a long time there's two ways to know how you're doing with your Creations one is wait for them to manifest that's post manifestation awareness or pay attention to how you feel that's pre- manifestation awareness So today we're using new words how am I trending it's not a surprise that I'm not getting along with this person because I haven't liked this person for a long long time well is it logical that if you've been finding fault with somebody for a long long time that all of a sudden you're j
ust going to stop doing that you have to practice your list of positive aspects you have to practice what you keep active in you there are so many stories of that person just doesn't really like me and I really just don't like that person and we say you've been trending in that direction for a long time you're not just going to snap your fingers and feel differently so what you're really talking about is how can I be in alignment with my steady Source energy stream how can I calibrate to that so
consistently that it doesn't matter what's going on around me I don't pick it up now every now and again when we would say that to Esther she would come back with well what good is my emotional guidance system if I don't feel the Rough Waters and we want you to be able to feel the Rough Waters we just want you to not need the waters to be smooth in order for you to be steady because there's always something that you can do there's always a way to maintain your stability and that's what calibrat
ion is you see and so you're wanting to look for stability first and we're just saying and you're already knowing that when you are counting on other people to always be stable or to even mostly be stable now you've got yourself depending on things that were not meant to be your source of alignment and so if you're thinking about what you're reaching for rather than what you're not reaching for isn't that the answer you see what we're getting at it's like rather than protesting something Advocat
e something so you're not protesting the not good alignment you're advocating alignment you're advocating stability and steadiness and so it takes a little while most humans have developed dependencies among each other and you have a phrase I need you to be there for me and I want to be there for you and we would start amending that phrase with the people that we spend the most time with by saying it's my intention to be so tuned in Tapped in turned on that I've got my sea legs no matter what an
d I'm not going to be dependent upon you we talk about marriage vows we think it would be really nice if you would say I like you pretty good let's see how it goes meaning I'm not going to assign you the responsibility of my [Applause] stability that's the way it is
