Welcome to ClearSky Smart Fleet.
Today, we ll be showing you how to create a new account for Online Express.
First, you'll navigate to OnlineExpress.JLG.com. Hover your cursor over the Sign In button
on the right side of the Navigation Bar, then click the Register for an Account
Button at the bottom of the dropdown box. You re now on the User Registration page.
Review the Terms of Use and Personal Privacy policy and click Agreed.
Next, you ll confirm your user type. If your company has a JLG
account number,
click Yes and then enter the number into the field directly underneath the buttons.
It s important to note that users can only register as a retail user in the US or Canada.
At this time, all US retail accounts will be charged sales tax regardless of exemption status.
Now, it s time to fill out your user information. Fill in all required fields, then click Next.
Lastly, you ll receive an opportunity to double-check that all company and user information
is accurate. Once sati
sfied, click the Consent checkbox and then, finally, Confirm.
Once registered, an email will be sent to your company s Online Express administrator
for approval and within 48 hours you should receive an email containing your new account
information and web access.
