Step 3: Now gently tuck your chin and move it to the right. Similarly tuck your chin and then move it to the left side making a semi-circle. Do this for 2-3 times. Step 4: Now lift your chin slowly towards the ceiling. Start moving your lower jaw up and down for a few seconds. By doing this, you will be able to feel the contractions of your vocal muscles. Step 5: Then keeping your chin in a raised position itself, slowly open your mouth and close it. Do 10 reps of this double chin exercise and then relax. Step 6: The next exercise would be to raise your chin upwards to the right side and start jutting the chin for a few seconds. Step 7: Hold the position there and begin to open and close your mouth. Do this for 10 repetitions and come back to the center and relax. Step 8: Similarly turn your chin upwards to left side. Jut your chin for a few seconds and hold the position. Start opening and closing your mouth for about 10 repetitions and then come to the center and relax. With this we come to the end of the double chin exercises. Day 1: Felt that stretch Day: 2 I plan on doing it twice today, definitely feeling my neck get tighter Day 3: felt more comfortable doing this Day 4: I can feel my neck getting tighter, and I’m noticing a small difference with my jawline Day 5: Same as yesterday Day 6: Noticing changes in my face, a bit more confident in my side profile Day 7: noticed no changes since yesterday but it’s still progress from day 1 ! Day 8 & 9: Had a massive headache so I couldn’t do it :( Day 10: (technically day 8 lol) felt a pull but im noticing my neck getting slimmer (I have a super short neck if that’s any help) !!! Put on Covid weight a while ago, ended up slimming down and built some muscle but my face wasn’t really catching up to speed. This has helped a lot and you can notice slight changes within like 4-5 days. It also feels more chiseled than before. I’d say by day 10 at this rate, I’ll be practically completely satisfied with it

I have neck pain from looking down while at work. I’m constantly doing stretches to try and ease neck pain. I never thought to stretch the FRONT of my neck. It felt so good to do these exercises and I swear my neck is feeling a little better pain-wise. I’m definitely going to keep doing these!

I'm 42 and I did these exercises about 5 times per week for 2 months. Since these are for toning the underlying muscles, I also added a lymphatic drainage massage to my routine. For the first month, I saw 0 changes. At the end of the second month, I am finally noticing some reduction of my double-chin and a sharper jawline is emerging. It's very subtle but encouraging enough to keep going. However, the effect I noticed right away was a reduction in my neck tension and an increase in my neck mobility. Even if my appearance doesn't change, I feel so much better with this routine. That kept me going even when it felt like my chin wasn't changing. Now if I skip a day, I feel a lot more pain. When I follow along with this video, I change the playback speed to 0.75x so that I get more reps in.

Going to try this from now Day 1 - feels like a nice stretch for my chin Day 2 - starting to feel a little tight around my neck and chin Day 3 - feeling tightness Day 4 - seeing a bit of a difference Day 5 - same as day 4 Day 6 - starting to see my jawline and also feeling tightness around my chin and neck area

Day 1: didn't see a difference, but I definitely felt that stretch! Day 2: My skin felt tighter but mostly the same as yesterday. Day 3: Got easier, feels like I can do this twice a day. Day 4: started seeing more of a difference!
