s to go to the Hayya portal website and click on "My Hayya". If the Qatar Resident does not have an account he has to make a new Hayya account. You can refer to the earlier steps on how to make a Hayya account. Note that the Qatar Resident does not have to apply for a Hayya Card. He can simply create a Hayya account using his email ID. Once the account is created, log into the account using the registered email ID and password. Click on the "Accommodation" tab on the top right of the screen. Und

Then click on the "Validate My QID" button. The system will send an OTP as an SMS to the mobile number linked to your Qatar ID. Enter that OTP here and click on "Verify OTP". Once the QID is validated, you can proceed with entering property details. The property name can be anything. This is only for you to identify

the property in case you register more than one property. Enter the Zone, Street, Building, and Unit numbers as per your National Address. Select if you own or rent this property. Next, you have to upload your property deed or tenancy contract. Click the "Save" button. Finally, click on "Validate and Add". Once your property has been validated and added, you will see an option to Manage Guests for that property. You need to add the guest's name, Passport number, nationality, and email ID. After

checking all details are correct, click "Add". Now the system will send an invitation email to your guest with your address details. Since the guest has already applied for the Hayya Card, the system will automatically assign the accommodation to the guest's account.
