There's an interesting idea that's been catching people's attention all over the world. The concept of backdrop people. You heard about that somewhere? Probably not. The well-known hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon introduced this intriguing idea, which causes us to reconsider what is real and what is not. She was a respected figure who studied things like past lives, UFOs, and what happens after we die. She had many theories, but this theory is another level of knowledge. This, my friends, is what
Dolores Cannon brings to the table today. The idea of backdrop people is both fascinating and puzzling. It suggests that not everyone we meet is the same. Some people might not be as real as others. Everything and everyone around us could be part of a bigger story that we create. Stop for a moment and think about this crazy idea. Cannon compared life to a play or a movie. In this story, some people are the main characters, while others are just there to fill in the background, like extras on the
frameset. She believed that background people don't have the same level of awareness as real people. They're more like characters in a video game or a movie. They look and act like real people, but they're missing something important. Consciousness. This idea might sound strange, but it challenges us to think differently about the people we meet every day. As we go about our lives, Cannon's theory suggests that some of the people we encounter might not be as real as we think they are. And that'
s perfectly fine, too. Identifying background characters can be tricky, but it's not impossible. These individuals emit a different vibe compared to those on a path of growth. While we, as the main actors in life, radiate high frequency energy, background characters exude lower, denser vibrations. Earth, being one of densest planets, provides the perfect backdrop for this energy interplay. Background characters often seem out of sync with the energetic flow around them. Their presence, actions,
and aura make them stand out amidst the crowd. Understanding the role of background characters is essential. Even though they may not be evolving like us, their presence is significant in our journey. Background characters act as a contrasting backdrop against which our life story unfolds. They offer a contrast, highlighting the lessons we need to learn. Now, let's take a look at these seven signs, because you will probably be shocked to know if you are one of them. Sign one, limited emotional d
epth. Have you ever met someone who seems to react the same way no matter what happens? Like, they're stuck on one emotion setting, whether it's happy, sad, or just plain indifferent? That's a potential sign of being a backdrop person. These individuals often lack the emotional depth and range that most people have. It's like they're operating on autopilot, never in touch with their feelings, or truly connecting with others on an emotional level. Imagine this. You pour your heart out to them abo
ut something that's really bothering you, expecting some empathy or understanding. But instead, they respond with a blank stare or a generic, that sucks, before quickly changing the subject. It's like they're just going through the motions, without any real emotional investment in the conversation. This limited emotional depth can make it challenging to form meaningful connections with background people, as they struggle to empathize with or express genuine emotions beyond surface-level reaction
s. So, if you find yourself interacting with someone who always seems to keep their emotional cards close to their chest, they might just be a backdrop person. It's not that they're heartless or unfeeling, it's just that their emotional range is more limited compared to others. Understanding this crucial sign can help us in our relationships with greater empathy and insight, recognizing that everyone experiences emotions differently, but that genuine connection often requires a deeper level of e
motional engagement. If you resonate with feeling emotionally shallow or disconnected, there are practical steps you can take to deepen your emotional awareness. Start by practicing mindfulness and self-reflection. Take time each day to check in with yourself, tuning into your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations without judgment. Journaling can also be a helpful tool for exploring and processing your emotions. Additionally, consider seeking support from a therapist or counselor who can hel
p you delve into your emotional landscape and develop healthier coping strategies. Sign 2. Lack of self-awareness. Remember when you met someone who never seemed to reflect on their own actions or behaviors, as though they are carefree and never paused to reflect on the motivations behind their actions? That's a classic trait of a backdrop person. These individuals often lack self-awareness, meaning they don't spend much time introspecting or examining their own thoughts and motivations. Think a
bout it. When was the last time you heard them say something like, hmm, I wonder why I reacted that way, or maybe I should rethink my approach? Chances are, it's been a while. Backdrop people tend to operate on autopilot, rarely questioning their beliefs or behaviors. It's like they're sleepwalking through life, unaware of the impact their actions may have on themselves or others. This lack of self-awareness can make it challenging to have meaningful conversations or build genuine connections wi
th other people. They may struggle to understand themselves on a deeper level, leading to a sense of disconnection or stagnation in their personal growth. Recognizing this crucial sign can help us approach our interactions with the backdrop person with greater patience and understanding, knowing that self-awareness is a journey that everyone has their own. To address a lack of self-awareness, it's important to engage in regular self-reflection and introspection. Pay attention to your thoughts, f
eelings, and behaviors, noticing any patterns or recurring themes. Seeking feedback from trusted friends, family members, or mentors can also provide valuable insights into your blind spots and areas for improvement. Sign 3. Feeling Disconnected and Lost Imagine some time when you felt like there's something missing in your life, like you're just going through the motions without any real sense of purpose or meaning. This could be a crucial sign that you're a backdrop person, experiencing a disc
onnect from your inner guidance and spiritual intuition. It's like wandering in a fog, unsure of which direction to go or what you're searching for. You might feel like there's a void inside you that you can't quite fill, leaving you feeling lost and adrift in the world. But here's the thing, you are not alone, and you are not without purpose. Each of us has a specific path to take, which our inner wisdom and intuition will direct. So if you're feeling disconnected and lost, it might be time to
reconnect with your spiritual side and explore what truly lights you up inside. Whether it's through meditation, prayer, or simply spending time in nature, there are countless ways to tap into your inner guidance and rediscover your sense of purpose and belonging in the world. If you're feeling disconnected and lost, finding a sense of purpose can provide a guiding light to pass through life's challenges. Start by exploring your passions, interests, and values. What activities bring you joy? Wha
t causes or issues are you passionate about? Reflect on how you can align your daily actions with your deeper sense of purpose and meaning. Engaging in volunteer work, joining community groups, or pursuing hobbies can help you connect with others who share your interests and values. Remember that finding your path in life is a journey, and it's okay to embrace uncertainty as you explore different avenues for growth and fulfillment. Sign 4. Feeling stuck in a rut. Do you ever feel like you're stu
ck in a rut, going through the same motions day in and day out without any real sense of growth or progress? This could be a crucial sign that you're a background person experiencing a lack of expansion in your consciousness. It's like being trapped in a box, unable to see beyond the confines of your current reality. You might feel like you're just going through the motions of life without any real passion or excitement driving you forward. But here's the thing. Consciousness is not static. It's
constantly evolving and expanding, allowing us to see new possibilities and opportunities for growth. So if you're feeling stuck in a rut, it might be time to shake things up and step out of your comfort zone. Try learning something new, exploring different perspectives, or challenging yourself to take risks and embrace change. By expanding your consciousness, you can break free from the limitations of your current reality and open yourself up to a world of new possibilities. If you're feeling
stuck in a rut, it's time to shake things up and embrace change. Start by identifying areas of your life where you feel stagnant or unfulfilled. What small steps can you take to inject more excitement and variety into your daily routine? Consider setting new goals or challenges for yourself, whether it's learning a new skill, traveling to a new destination, or pursuing a creative project. Embrace the mindset of growth and resilience, viewing obstacles as opportunities for learning. Just think ab
out that. Sign 5. Negative self-talk and limiting beliefs. Do you find yourself constantly engaging in negative self-talk, doubting your abilities, and second-guessing your decisions? This could be a crucial sign that you're a backdrop person, experiencing a pattern of limiting beliefs and thoughts that hold you back from reaching your full potential. It's like having a voice in your head that constantly tells you that you're not good enough, smart enough, or worthy enough to succeed. But here's
the thing. Your thoughts create your reality. If you're constantly feeding yourself negative thoughts and beliefs, you'll inevitably start to see those reflected in your life. So if you want to break free from this pattern, it's essential to become aware of your thoughts and challenge them when they arise. Ask yourself, are these thoughts true? Are they serving me? And if not, choose to replace them with more empowering and positive beliefs that align with your goals and aspirations. By changin
g your thoughts, you can change your reality and create the life you truly desire. To overcome negative self-talk and limiting beliefs, cultivate a strong mindset. Practice challenging negative thoughts and replacing them with positive affirmations and realistic self-appraisals. Surround yourself with supportive and uplifting people who encourage your growth and success. Engage in activities that boost your self-esteem and confidence, whether it's exercise, creative expression, or acts of kindne
ss toward yourself and others. Remember that you are capable of achieving your goals and creating the life you desire. Sign 6. Feeling disconnected from nature. Do you ever feel like you're disconnected from nature, spending most of your time indoors and away from the natural world? This could be a crucial sign that you're a backdrop person, experiencing a lack of connection to the environment around you. It's like you're living in a bubble, cut off from the beauty and wonder of the natural worl
d that surrounds you. But here's the thing. Nature is essential for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When we spend time outdoors, we're able to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us, finding peace, inspiration, and rejuvenation in the beauty of the natural world. So if you're feeling disconnected from nature, make an effort to spend more time outdoors, whether it's going for a walk in the park, hiking in the mountains, or simply sitting in your backyard and soaking up t
he sunshine. By reconnecting with nature, you can restore balance and harmony to your life, nourishing your body, mind, and soul in the process. If you're feeling disconnected from nature, prioritize spending time outdoors and immersing yourself in the natural world. Take walks in the park, go hiking or camping, or simply sit outside and soak up the beauty of your surroundings. Practice mindfulness in nature, tuning into your senses and observing the sights, sounds, and sensations around you. Co
nsider volunteering with environmental organizations or participating in conservation efforts to deepen your connection to the Earth and contribute to its preservation. Sign 7. Struggling to make ends meet. Do you ever feel like you're constantly playing catch-up with your finances, barely managing to cover your expenses each month? If so, you might be experiencing a crucial sign of being a backdrop person, a lack of financial abundance. It's like being stuck on a hamster wheel working hard but
never quite getting ahead. Maybe you've had trouble finding steady work or unexpected bills keep popping up, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and stressed about money. But here's the thing, financial abundance is about more than just having a fat bank account. It's about feeling secure and empowered in your relationship with money, knowing that you have the resources to support yourself and pursue your dreams. So if you find yourself constantly struggling to make ends meet, it might be time to ta
ke a closer look at your beliefs and behaviors around money. Are there patterns or habits that are holding you back from achieving financial success? Are you open to exploring new opportunities or ways of thinking about wealth? If you're struggling to make ends meet, it's important to take practical steps to improve your financial situation. Start by creating a budget and tracking your expenses to identify areas where you can cut back or save money. Consider seeking additional sources of income,
whether it's through freelance work, part-time employment, or monetizing a hobby or skill. Look for opportunities to increase your earning potential through education, training, or career advancement. Additionally, explore resources and support services available in your community, such as financial counseling, food assistance programs, or job training initiatives. Remember that financial stability is achievable with careful planning, persistence, and resourcefulness. It's essential to recogniz
e that addressing these backdrop signs is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Each individual's journey is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. It's okay to seek support from professionals such as therapists, counselors, or financial advisors if you're struggling to overcome these challenges on your own. Remember that progress takes time, patience, and consistent effort. Ultimately, the goal is to cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and fulfillment in your life. By
acknowledging and addressing these backdrop signs, you're taking proactive steps toward creating a brighter and more fulfilling future for yourself. Embrace the journey, and remember that you're not alone. Together, we can overcome these obstacles and thrive in every aspect of our lives.

I live in the middle of the Yellow Stone 2.3 million acres with 1.4 million acres of state forest land and the other side is 750,000 acres. I hike 10 to 20 miles a day I'm 65 on Social security disability. I used to volunteer for the forest service fixing trails building bridges across streams, but when I turned 60 I was no longer excepted because of insurance coverage so now I volunteer and maintain 2 camp grounds free rent.1 next to the cemetery where my whole family is buried. I'm currently working on the dark night of the soul excruciatingly difficult but and if it wasn't for all my animal freands visiting me everyday.I would be lost. In the winter I stay in my sister in-laws back yard. She put up with my eccentricities and talking to ravins magpies and the white tail dear wondering through her yard. I live in a 20 ft. Winnebago Jamboree II towed by my pickup so I don't have to pay insurance on it. And I'm grateful for the life I have. I meet people from all over the world can't believe the wonderful life I have but it lonely most of the time.

There is nothing new in this. I have been saying for long that expressions like 'soulless' are not metaphoric. And secret knowledge, actually abused by some who belong to the soulless and not the only elite, the spiritual one, this millenia old secret knowledge is also based on this idea.
