For anyone that wants to loose weight but doesn’t like exercise, try something like walking 30 mins every other day or dance/Zumba for an hour every other day. I started last Sunday and i can see improvement but I would also recommend doing an intermittent fast. It’s when you have a specific time window to eat, and if you don’t like that when do portion control. Eat what u want but in smaller portions. Hope this helps!

I can't believe it actually works! I did this "diet" yesterday with high hopes. Today I stood on the scale and I lost 3 pounds!! Also my stomach was so bloated in the past few weeks but it's much smaller and flatter now😆 Thank you BRIGHT SIDE!
