ent and come back here on a daily  basis so here's today's video hello YouTube it's me Lan and welcome back to my YouTube channel  it's beautiful here in Jacksonville today and we are headed to Family Dollar we haven't been  a Family Dollar in like ages you guys and so I have my $5 coupon as you know every weekend they  do the $5 off so I don't it's not an everyday occurrence because you know I try to do everything  at one place and uh I don't drive anymore so but the $5 off I have a system I tr

y to get like the  toilet paper I'll try to get my Angel Soft let's say the Angel Soft um and maybe bleach or pinea  whatever I usually get but I always get my Angel Soft a and I'm wheezing this morning so you got  to excuse me you hear that so let me catch my breath oh we thank you Father been a little tough morning but we still  heading out we got things to do because I don't want to get entrapped and say you know what I'm  really tired I'm gonna stay in today because if I go with that mentali

ty I will never get  anything accomplished I will never get off the couch I'll never be productive and I'll never be  self-sufficient as I'm striving to be that's my goal is to get up get moving and do something  every single day so today is Family Dollar and I'll spend the 20 or $25 and I'll get $5 off  so anything that's going to save me a dollar okay I'm always for it so that's what we're  going to do today and I'll do my best to tape I think I'm going to take the scooter today but  I'll prob

ery single time that I come out with a video so come on let's go to  Family Doll okay so this is my little colder sack and my JTA Paratransit van has just arrived  and JTA is the Jacksonville transit authority and this F this van is for disabled people so they  can get to where they need to be if you have a form of a disability um they'll come and bring the  van to your door so in reality you don't have to get to the bus stop the bus stop comes to you  that's basically what this service is but i

t's truly a blessing as you can see they have a lift  and it will lift up your wheelchair your Walker whatever device that you use and this is a view  of the inside of the van it's never really a lot of people in it sometimes it's like one or two  on the side and then on the left hand side the chairs fold up and that's where you'll have the  people who are in wheelchairs on that particular side okay so that didn't take long  because uh this particular Family Dollar is not far from my apartment 

and so we are now here at Family Dollar hey YouTube this is me and I  am about to go inside of the Family Dollar got to be careful in this  neighborhood anything can pop off okay family dollar. 75 we got the cranberry crayon Gra oh this got half the sugar like these okay so really I'm looking around I have  no set device no set list for Family Dollar what I do when I come here is specifically for the  $5 coupon and I try to uh think about what I already need so the easiest thing to do is just  t

o always get the same thing which is the toilet paper and um my paper towels and then get the  $5 off so I haven't been in Family Dollar in quite some time so I'm going to look around while  I'm here and um sometimes it'll be something that I haven't had in a while like those handicap um  potato fries that come in the bag I haven't had those in like ages but I remember that the last  time I came in here that they actually had it and over here uh in this particular aisle is like  the soda pop and

um I was in here one time and they had the I don't know if you guys know what  it is it's called red pop and I'm from Chicago and they used to sell this soda pop called red  pop which is like a cherry strawberry situation Blended and I saw it in here one time I didn't  see it today but um so that's basically what I'm doing I'm looking so I'm going to grab this toilet  paper and get on out of here okay that's a wrap and I'm going to go pay for this toilet paper and  stuff and then we're going to

head back uh to the apartment okay so I am back at the house I had a  really nice day uh leaving and going out and going places is always part of my agenda on any given  day remember my motto is to get up get moving and be a part of the living and it doesn't really  matter how far you go maybe you're going for a walk or maybe you're going to the gas station  or um you know maybe you just have to go to the laundry or whatever uh make a conscious effort to  do something something every single day

so that's what we did today so that's it that's all I got  for you enough of chatty chatty at this time I like to breathe in and breathe out so that I can  uh feel better it does something to me it helps to Center me so at this time we're going to breathe  in and breathe out you ready breathe in breathe out we thank you Father we are so grateful for this  day thank you for watching over and protecting each and every one of my subscribers and  channel members father God we thank you for this day
