Guest would check out guest reviews about your property on Google before they decide to book to stay at your hotel or homestay.  We have made you a smart review system so that your guest reviews will now appear on Google. Check out the video & guidelines below to find out how to Setup the Smart Review System on Softinn Extranet: Steps to Setup Smart Review System on Extranet: Part 1: If you would like to collect First Night Happiness Review from Guest: Step 1: Login to Softinn Extranet: https://booking.mysoftinn.com/ Step 2: Select the right property Step 3: Click on the “MORE” tab Step 4: Select the” Smart Review System” Step 5: You can turn on or off the status of the First Night Stay Survey (When the status is on, your guest will receive a survey email at 9pm during the first night of their stay) Step 6: You can click “view sample email” to see the email of the First Night Stay Survey and every survey response from the guest will be recorded at the bottom of this page. Part 2: If you would like to collect Google Review: Step 1: Turn on for Google Review (When the status is on, an Email will be sent to your guests within 24 hours after he/she check out). Step 2: You have to find out the Google Place ID of your property by clicking the “Click here” link on the page, which will direct you to Google Maps Platform. Enter your property name or address in the “Enter a location” search bar to look for your property’s Place ID. Step 3: Copy the Google Place ID and go back to the Smart Review System page and click on the “Pencil” icon to paste your Google Place ID. Step 4: You can also edit the pre-requisite requirement before sending Google review email: a) Google review email will be sent to your guest who rated certain points or above at the First Night Survey; OR b) Google review email will be sent to your guest regardless of the points rated at the First Night Survey. Step 5: Click on “Save Changes”. Step 6: Click on “Test URL” to make sure the Google Place ID directed to the right location of your property. What your guest would see for Google Review email: 1: Once they receive the Google Review email from you, guests can rate your property by clicking the Google Review Icon. 2: Then, it will direct the guest to the review page to rate for your property which included guest’s rating, guest’s comment, and add a photo. 3: They will click on “Post” when they are done. u will see the first-night stay survey. There is a rating of the survey  from 1 to 5 which is bad to great. You can turn on or off the status of the survey. If you turn it on, the first-night survey email will be sent to your guest on  the first night of their stay. Here is the sample email of  the survey your guest will see. Survey results will be recorded  at the bottom of this page. You may collect Google  Reviews from your guests too. Google review email will be sent to  your guest a day aft
er he checked out. You are required to add your Google Place  ID if you want to turn on the status. Click here to find your Google Place ID. Search your property name. Then, copy the place ID. Next, click the edit icon. Paste the Google Place ID here. You can set your pre-requisite requirement for  system to send your guest the review email. After set, click on save changes. Click on test URL to make sure the Google  Place ID linked to your property correctly. This is the sample of Google review
