In this video, we will explore several ways to generate quizzes for your learning content. If you already have the knowledge base that you want to use for the quizzes, you can simply select I will type or paste the knowledge base on the first tab, paste your text, then make sure that the questions option is selected and type the number of questions you need, for example, five. After you click Create Slides, the quiz will be added to the storyboard. If you don't yet have the knowledge base to use
for the quiz, you can first use AI to generate the knowledge base. To do this, select I want AI to write the knowledge base on the first tab and type the general topic of the project. In this example, the topic will be performing pre-business launch market research and competitive analysis. On the next page, you can select the duration of the content. The longer the duration, the more content will be written. Next, you can edit the outline for the knowledge base. Ensure that the outline include
s all the subtopics that you want to be mentioned in the learning content, then click Continue. On this screen, you can look through the newly generated knowledge base and make edits as needed. For example, you can delete sections that are not relevant or add more information as you see fit. Click Continue when done. As before, select quizzes and the number of questions you need and select the placement of the quizzes, for example, at the end of the storyboard. Finally, click Create Slides. This
will add new quiz slides to the storyboard. You can also generate a quiz inside the storyboard tab. For example, if you already have some slides and need to create a quiz based on those slides. To generate a quiz, open the copilot, type a backslash or click the backslash icon, select quiz, and update the number of questions needed and the numbers of the source slides. For example, write three questions based on content from slides number 11 to 14. This will create the new quiz slides based on t
he content in your existing slides. Sometimes, it may be helpful to show the copilot an example of what you are looking for. If you have a slide with a structure that you want to replicate, you can use the copilot to help you with that task. Open the copilot and type the instructions. For example, create three more slides similar to number 18, but use different activities. Use slides number 11 to 14 for context. Once you press Enter, the copilot will create new slides based on the given instruct
ions. This video demonstrated several ways to use AI to create quizzes. First, you can paste an existing text to generate a quiz. You can also have AI generate the knowledge base for you, and then create a quiz based on that knowledge base. You can generate quiz questions directly in the storyboard by using the quiz quick action, and you can provide an example structure and ask the copilot to create similar slides while replicating the given structure.
