hey this is Megan I'm so happy to be with you at primary singing today I'll be sharing the actions for I love to see the temple back when I was a primary chorister I loved using hand actions because it was a really helpful way to help the kids remember what they were singing um especially the little ones it can be a great physical cue to help them remember what words are singing and then the next week when you come back into the actions they'll remember so for this song we have a couple actions
that come up quite a bit we have love and then we have our Temple so for a temple you can just kind of bring your hands together you can do this or you can kind of make it a triangle to look like a house or a steeple and then the rest the actions will probably only come up one so at the beginning we'll have I love to see this is one of my kids favorite actions see the temple and then we say I'm going there you can just kind of point in a direction the kids can point whichever direction they want
but I'm going there someday to feel the Holy Spirit to listen and to pray and then we'll see for the chorus for the temple is House of God a place of love and beauty and then we'll say I'll Point ourselves I'll prepare myself while I am Young and then the last part this is my sacred Duty so this one's kind of silly um but the way I just thought about it was it takes a lot of work to get to the temple so we gotta work hard to be worthy to go to the temple so now let's sing it together and use th
e actions you can try it with me or play it once through and then try it again all right I love to see the temple I'm going there someday to feel the Holy Spirit to listen and to pray for the temple is a house of God a place of love and beauty I'll prepare myself while I am Young this is my sacred Duty
