I Traveled the World with Apple Vision Pro

I'm traveling the world with the Apple Vision Pro we're going to do an airplane a train and we're going to countries where you cannot buy this device let's see how people react and does it actually valuable while traveling Vision [Music] Pro so I travel a lot and I also try to talk to the people next to me so I have a rule no headphones no iPhone within the first like 5 10 minutes sitting down this I might change things thank you wait I can't see uh-oh this needs to boot up all right we're good

let's go 198 and B this side been nice so you don't need to it's like the phone and never I already feel nauseous all right usually on flights I bring my phone my iPad and my laptop and then when I'm using my iPad or laptop like it's so cramped that you're like trying to work like this or your screen is down so you're like looking down at the screen it's uncomfortable I'm most excited to watch a movie on a big screen and to be able to just like relax and look up at the movie rather than having t

o look down at my iPhone or at this really ugly screen I'm one of those crazy people that stares at the flight path hey Siri take a screenshot dude this is insane so I'm sending IM messages right now of the screenshots I just took because it looks so cool with the apps and then the real background it's so immersive and so real that it's just crazy I don't feel like I'm in an airplane at all [Music] what what are your thoughts you're interrupting me during my movie oh no so one of the downsides i

s if you're not paying attention where you're looking I accidentally have turned off Wi-Fi I accidentally scroll to the wrong part of the movie so like that's one thing to be mindful of I I'm getting a little nauseous I think from the small movements in the plane but overall being able to just disconnect from the airplane and go into this virtual world is perfect in this setting because like there's no reason for me to be present in the airplane other than talking to the people next to me which

I'm bored of this guy already I'm going to sleep with this $4,000 eye mask on this Redeye flight and I'll watch a movie see you in [Music] London hey London say hello to the Apple Vision Pro overall Apple Vision Pro on the plane for consumption is amazing because you can move the screen and watch and listen wherever you want this is what all my stuff is in and then this is the Apple Vision Pro case so if you travel light it's probably not for you definitely felt weird using on the plane and I do

n't think anyone reacted to it on the plane on the train no one looked at me either everyone just ignored me I think no one cared they're just like he's wearing ski goggles do they know that I'm in the metaverse or do I just look like a guy with ski goggles on hey Siri show me the Tower Bridge okay we're putting them side by side right now and the photo definitely looks brighter and more beautiful than the actual thing I can either read this information right here or I can pull up any informatio

n I can read the entire thing we can't get directions on here oh I think I can pull up Google Maps 16-minute walk but I don't know where we are we're at the Tower of London we need to take the walk to the London Bridge cross and then the Leon burrow 17 minutes let's Venture [Music] on so I so I can't use apple Vision Pro while walking so I need to look at my phone but once we're done walking I can go back to the Apple Vision Pro while they're walking into my keyboard one thing I'm realizing is a

lot of the apps that I like are not supported like I can't use find my so I can't see where my friends are at there's no YouTube Apple map so I can't get directions I guess it's really meant for use at home you're not supposed to use this outside but it would be nice it was so easy to spot you oh no thought I got away with the guy with the ski goles on is it stylish kind of like I wouldn't say stylish your eyes are like kind of not in the right place so it doesn't look real not really no so any

time you move you start to appear yeah now I'm through the iMessage did I walk through it you're like a transparent figure in the I'm I'm in your 70 right now okay if you walked away for like 5 minutes and came back to this exact spot would all your windows be here probably let's find out so I'm going to leave two windows right here and I'm going to walk that way yeah they still are they're literally right here yeah yeah oh look who it is can you hey you guys are hugging over my Safari browser i

and not talk to the people around me but I think it actually allows me to interact with the world in a better way and I can talk to the people because my iMessages now up here and if I see someone in front of me it's just easier to do that I'm absolutely in love with it whenever I take the headset off I start to get these itches of trying to pinch things you can't describe how powerful the hand an eye tracking is like it is so good it looks like a Ultra HD display when you're moving the apps ar

ound and every time someone neutri it on they they have this massive wild Factor take that browser with us come [Music] on so far is this worth bringing I think when you're on the flight and maybe you're at home trying to relax yeah like Hotel TVs are trash so if you want to watch TV at the hotel this is a great device you want to watch a movie on the flight great device but there's a cost of carrying an extra big thing if I'm doing a carry-on only travel I'm not going to take it with you if I'm

e it to create great things and not use it to separate ourselves from one another we've fully tested this in London we've seen all the sites now we're going to go to Paris see how the Eiffel Tower reacts to the Apple Vision Pro [Music] we are currently on the euro train to Paris France from London and I have to upload the video so I need to get some work done I put my laptop here I grabbed the headset I even put the airpods Max on to get some work done I did work for about an hour trying to edit

upload some things the experience is amazing I think being able to move my monitor up higher so I don't have to look down is a big value at and then two I can make my screen much bigger so I was able to see the footage I can bring the screen closer to me like see just how it looks I think it's worth the productivity aspect if I know I'm going to be on a train in an airplane for a long time in transit and I need to get work done I will take this with me to get work done I'm I'm keeping this actu

ally I changed my mind like I've have tried it on it's not that comfortable in my opinion but shervin has just been walking around all day and and he he literally has told me like I don't want to take it off multiple times we flew all the way across the Atlantic Ocean just so we can watch the world in SD quality the only last uh interaction we have is touch now so you can't hear people you can't see people the only way to engage with others is to tap them on the shoulder until we're all in cryop

ods and we have Avatar bodies that walk the [Music] earth we just arrived in Paris at the train station and we got stopped on the way they're like what is this he's like do you speak French and I was like no English he's like this is Apple Vision Pro he asked me to show the receipt and then he asked for my passport he's like do you have more than $10,000 cash I like bro I don't have any money on me actually they're like how long you here I was like we're here for 4 hours to go see the Eiffel Tow

o what I've noticed in France there's everyone stares way more than in London that's true and the other thing is we're walking right now and I don't I can't see my peripheral so like I keep running into them because my vision ends like around here and I can't see them at all unless I turn my head okay so I'm here with Nelly she's a travel YouTuber and luckily she's here in France today so we're going to eat some snails and Duck and whatever else is interesting I wanted to translate the menu I tr

ied to download an iPad app that uses image search to translate but it looks like I can't access the camera inside the iPad app but I can pull up the app the app is loading right here I can see it says search with camera but there's no way to take a photo but we're going to eat and Nell's going to try it and we'll see what her reaction is to the experience keep going and then tighten the circle like rotate the circle and it'll tighten the band so I'm about to go and encounter some dinosaurs in a

restaurant in Paris I'm looking now at a butterfly it's on your hand is it really yeah this is a new form of travel wow I would not feel comfortable doing this by myself I feel like I'd get robbed especially in Paris Zach's My Bodyguard yeah I don't know now I'm taking it off everyone in the restaurant's just staring at me I feel really in my own world really and I don't know I can't explain it's not what I was expecting yeah so real and the quality was so good I think we're ready snail for the
