Exclusive: Japanese soldier on the Russian Ukraine war front line. In this special report I go with the Pyatnashka International Battalion In Donetsk near the Front line and meet a Japanese Soldier from #japan that is fighting for Russia against Ukraine. We also show how Russian forces are reinforcing their troops with assault training. We also speak to the commander of the Pyatnashka Battalion Akhra Avidzba, known by Abkhaz about the over all situation on the frontline Please support our work by donating just 5$ on https://www.buymeacoffee.com/PLnewstoday My name is Patrick Lancaster and I think you deserve more then what the Western main stream media is willing to show you. I think you need to see information for both sides of the contact line. Why does the Western mainstream media think the world does not deserve to see reports from both sides of the Ukraine War frontline? Why do they only show you(almost all the time) things that are positive for Ukraine? Why when any English Speaking journalists try and show things in Russian-controlled territory they are attacked and attempted to be smeared by the Western MSM? Think about it!! I believe You deserve MORE and I will make sure you continue to get it here on this channel!! We can not cover every story from every place but we can do our best & of course, always bring you reports with full Eng & Rus translations. #RussiaUkrainewar #Russia #Ukraine I show what the western media will not show you. The undermining will happen in any case. If the UDZ [mechanical fuse] itself is damaged beyond repair... I am an instructor for these guys. I have an "Akhmat" school, "Wagner" school. Today, we're going to have training in 5, in 3, in a stand, throwing grenades. Including shooting with live ammunition. In order to imitate engaging with an enemy. We're going to work in the field with the newly-comers of the "Pyatnashka" battalion. Do I understand it right that "in 5" and "in 3" means training ass
ault actions? - Yes, assault actions. We're going to show and train the correct way to work in a group, general synchronization of the unit. Mutual work. They have to see each other, understand who is where and in which position, [what is the situation with] the ammunition, and further actions. What they should do and understand. And then, shooting in different positions, different stands (shooting from the knee, shooting lying down), so that they understand. Because shooting with 2 eyes should
be conducted differently. They should realize how to shoot with the 2 eyes [open], instead of one, when they have to squint. They should understand how to shoot. So now they will be taught all this, right? - Yes, now, they are going to run to warm up their muscles. Then, we will repeat the training in different positions, and then, we will go to work. Is the training conducted regularly? - It depends, as we are not all the time at the training ground. As we also participate in the contact line [
actions], we have other activities as well. We go on combat missions. But as soon as we get some free time, we go to the training ground to teach, to give our knowledge to people, everything we can, so that others will also be able to save their lives, and so that we all win, as they say. - May I ask you about the Japanese guy? - About the Japanese? - Yes. - I don't know anything. I only saw him. I can only say "arigato" and that's it! Okay, thank you! Sit! Sit! No matter! You can take it later!
Let's go... Shoot two at a time.. You see? Two and two! He's recharging now and then again, two and two. Why to do it like "to the left, to the right, to the left"? Just throw it like this! Training! Abazin! Grenade! Thank you! What's your name? - My name is Pavel. And what are you doing today? - We are training to shoot. - Where are you from? - Krasnodar. - I see. Why are you here? - Here? I defend my Motherland. And what is your nationality? - Gipsy. - Really? - Yes. And you are in "Pyatnashk
a", right? - Yes. - And how do you like the battalion? - Voluntary, normal, good one. - Were you mobilized? - Yes, I was mobilized. - How long have you been fighting? How long? - Yes, fighting. How many months or years? - 6 months. Half a year. - Do you like it? - Yes! It's cool! Just amazing! - How old are you? - 29. - What is going to be next? What's gonna be next? Victory! Our victory! - What is the victory? - We will win the war! - Really? - Of course! - What is necessary for this? - Excelle
nt fighting skills are necessary for this. Really? - Yes. - Okay, thank you! What are you going to do now? - Throwing explosives. Ready! - Pull up your sleeve, bro! Yes. The hand that will be throwing should be free. - Okay. - Are you ready? - Yes. - Pull the pin and throw it! Down! Come on! Grenade! The next one, repeat! Guys, who is in need of [indistinctly]? Since we have resources, you have to do it. Nevertheless, a grenade is dangerous in a way! Arigato! They're coming. And we... Form a col
umn, guys! We came and Patrick... He's hesitating. Now he's guarding it! Combat security! This kind of toys! - Shouldn't it be there? Bely [White]. - His call sign is Bely. And now he's going to tell us what a grenade consists of. Okay, so what's that? - This is a fuse, UDZ ["universal remote fuse"], a universal one. And here is a grenade. You simply screw it on a fuse. - Okay... Done. It's ready. The pin. You throw it. And that's it! Exlposion. - Is it an offensive grenade? - Yes, it's an RGN [
Hand Grenade Offensive]. - What's the correct name? - RGN. - Is it a new generation of the RGD [remote hand grenade]? - No, more likely this one is the older [generation]. - So RGD is newer? - Yes. Don't show my face! - Blur his face then! - Yes. Guys, what was the point of the development of this grenade? In the RGD and F [F-1, defensive] grenades, an explosive substance is TNT. And in this one, it's hexogen. It's the RGN, hand grenade offensive. What is the peculiarity of this grenade? The fus
e is called UDZ, i. e. "universal remote fuse". What does it serve for? During the Afghan won, when our warriors threw it in the caves, Wahhabis, militants, or I don't know how we should call them... - The enemy. - Right, the enemy. They threw it back. This fuse will not let them do this. Why? - They won't have time to throw it back! - Yes. If we find now an old fuse, wait... Give me a UZRGM [Unified Hand Grenade Fuse Upgraded], please! I'll explain to you the principle. One UZRGM. Look! What is
the principle of the fuse work here? This is RGD, F-1, RG-42. It's also universal. It fits to three [different] grenades. - I'm sorry for interrupting, is this the so-called "lemon"? - Yes, in colloquial. What is the point here? There is a slowdown of 3.2-4.2 seconds. It means that after this time is over, there will be a detonation of the initiating charge, followed by a whole charge, or a grenade itself. Here, there is no this slowdown. Here, there is a little ball in the top. When we pull ou
t the combat pin, it shoots. So it immediately detonates as soon as it falls. It doesn't have any slowdown. In case after it is expired, if it was stored in bad conditions or anything else, the ball is stuck and it'll prevent the mechanism from working well, the second slowdown will be activated. So it will explode anyway in 3.2-4.2 seconds. With the help of the second slowdown. In case the mechanism doesn't make the whole grenade detonate. We can show it over there. - Let's do it! If the grenad
e works as soon as it falls, it will mean UDZ worked as planned by the [manufacturing] plant. If it falls and detonates in 3.2-4.2 seconds, it'll mean the ball is moldy, it was stored wrong way. So we pulled out the pin, and now, we hold the so-called bracket. Throw! What's the difference between these two grenades? This one is offensive. What does it mean? It has a minimal amount of fragments [when it detonates] and even those it has belong to its body. The body itself is light. So if you take
the two grenades, you'll see the difference in their bodies, in their weight. This one is made so that these patterns will become fragments, or striking elements. This grenade should be thrown only from behind a cover. So if this one we can use during an offensive, this one - only from behind a cover. It can be a trench, a tree, anything. But not in an open... Roughly speaking, this one is like an RGD, and this one is like an F-1, offensive. - Are these some new analogues or just varieties? - No
, they're not new analogues, they are meant not to be thrown back. So it's a variety of grenades. - Right. It's more like a variety of a fuse. Why? Because currently, it's unstable, it's dangerous. Why is it dangerous? Because it will detonate anyway. So you should be much more careful with it than with that one. This fuse is not that dangerous as this one. But when you already know the principle of its work, you can use it, why not? That's it! So now... This is just a fuse, the so-called "initi
ator", without a grenade itself. If we throw it, we can see the difference between that fuse and this one. This one has a slowdown. It acts the same basically. So now it fell. It lies there. And now it detonates. It holds... The bracket is in the form of a scabbard. When we throw it, we loosen the scabbard, and that's the reason for a bracket to fly off, as there is a tight spring. It hits downwards, and there comes a fire of the pyrotechnic composition, which is a slowdown and is located here.
- Okay, it's clear. - And here is the detonator itself. This is a pyrotechnic composition, this is a slowdown, and this is a detonator. So when we pull it, there comes a fire of a pyrotechnic composition, which burns for 3.2-4.2 seconds, and then comes the initiation of the detonator. This leads to the general detonation. Why did you decide instead of staying home, in your Motherland, to come here and fight? This land is so far away. "It seems like there are many Japanese maneuvers in Ukraine."
Okay, I almost got it. "The Japanese who are going to go to Ukraine, when they come to Russia that is a hero, are labelled as criminals." I see. You're the first Japanese fighting here. Have you heard anything about the Japanese who are fighting on the side of Ukraine? I followed these reports, and they said Russia was bad. But less than a year ago I was in the ASEAN country that reported that Russia is not only bad, so I saw that report and wanted to support Russia. Have you been to Russia befo
re? Did you know about it, were you interested in it? Yes, I like Russia, and I was interested in tennis. I like the tennis player Djokovic, he's Russian. In Japan, the reports are only one-sided about the "Russian aggression", but it doesn't coincide with what I've seen in ASEAN. I don't know exactly about these difficult political issues, but it cannot be so that only one side is bad. I guess and the country says it's not identical spiritually. People in Japan send me messages and say on the I
nternet I'm a criminal. But they only complain and never do anything. And I want to die as a warrior. My father died early, and my mother is still alive. But as I was a child, and I was brought up by my mother, so I'm closer with her. How did you get here and what was people's reaction when you came here? When I was in Japan, I knew there was a website that is familiar to different people, not only Telegram but also VK, so I came here. What was the reaction of locals when you came? He is a forme
r Russian soldier and exchanges like every day, and so I would like to fight in Russia and allow him to be accepted to join pediatric dentistry with his help. - I have no more questions. And you? - Just a second. - Do you have a question? - Do you consider yourself a continuator of those traditions of the Japanese warriors who fought before and are you now the same samurai? I think that in Japan it is almost impossible to say about Japan, this is proof that the Japanese are considered criminals,
and those who went to Ukraine become heroes. People who have [inaudible text] Most of Japan are pigs who just complain about people who think. They complain about a person's behavior in the absence of any action. That's why I came to Russia, because I wanted to die like a warrior, and not die like those pigs. In Japan, there was a cartoon by Pork Ross, the main quote of which is “It’s better to be a pig than a f'scist.” How applicable is this now to Japan and its attitude towards Ukrainian figh
ters who are the successors of the f"scists? I really wonder why Japanese thinking that way. If you go to Russia, then you are a criminal. There is text in the Japanese constitution, but there is actually no freedom in Japan. "Pyatnashka" International Brigade Wild Division of Donbass Do you think this situation in the Caucasus could escalate and become very dangerous? - No matter how it escalates, the situation is dangerous for those who aggravate it. Therefore, if Armenia decided to flirt wit
h the West and force Russia to somehow become more active, then in their place I would think about the simple truth: not a single Bayraktar harmed us here. Because the air defenses shot down everything. And when Armenia was offered a single celestial space, they should have thought about it then. And now force the Russian soldier to correct their mistakes... Where we need to support, we will support. But no one will sweat for them. Therefore, if they decided to play with the West, just as Ukrain
e decided to play and provoke Russia, then this is what happened. Today, both Azerbaijan and Armenia are post-Soviet space. Which son should be the most beloved? How can a mother choose? Russia is in the same state. Therefore, it is not worth trading here. Many people know that I am one of those who sent volunteers there and had to go myself. But exit was closed for me. I fully support the freedom and independence of Artsakh, but this does not mean that because of my spiritual claims or love, I
should somehow inadequately think that Russia owes something to someone. It doesn't owe anyone anything. It's better to be loyal and a good ally than to try to bargain. This will have consequences. It will come back like a boomerang. I am confident that the Armenians will cope with this disaster. And Azerbaijan should not fall into euphoria because they are now achieving something. When you heat a stone, it bursts. They are doing this in vain, they are closing humanitarian corridors, trying to u
nravel everything so that everything goes through Azerbaijan. It will not happen. The Yarmians will not allow this either. Therefore, the fact that today's leadership is so puppet-like is simply a temporary phenomenon. The mind will be renewed there. And although they tell us that anti-Russian sentiment is growing... You can blame a lot of people for something, but in the mirror you see yourself and your problem. Therefore, you should not get stuck on this. And you need to remember that now you
live in a triangle in which it is not profitable for you. And when the situation with South Ossetia happened in 2008, when the Georgians attacked and Russia intervened, Georgia, after receiving what it deserved, would have been awarded to Saakashvili with an award from the hands of the President of Armenia. This was right after the conflict. This was a very unfriendly step. It was a big call. We justified this by the fact that their trade corridor goes through Georgia. We justify it for a moment
, but it remains in history, this sediment will always emerge later. There is a lot of such precipitation. If you didn’t pay attention to it every time, it doesn’t mean it’s normal. It only takes a drop to spill water from a glass. And this drop may happen somewhere. Therefore, neither one nor the other country should flirt. And Azerbaijan should not hope that Russia is busy in Ukraine. Guys, don’t forget that Iran also has interests there, so they will come knocking on your door from unexpected
places. - Is there such a possibility that in order to save Ukraine, or in the face of Ukraine’s loss, the United States will try to open a second front in the Caucasus? - They tried to open a second front, so last summer there were about 3 exercises on Georgian territory. They brought in equipment. Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia and other countries conducted exercises there. We responded to them and began to gather a people’s militia. Here is the chevron of one of the battalion. This is the New A
thos battalion, where out of 4 thousand people, 800 people immediately joined it. Those who came to the training ground to train. They formed as military units. Not to mention others who also came and expressed a desire. But since there was no time and opportunity to deal with them too... We are ready there. Therefore, Russia will not have to be distracted by Georgia. Then they attacked sleeping Abkhazia, whom the Georgians considered their brothers and shared one piece of bread. And today this
is the territory that awaits them. And they are waiting not with pies and khachapuri, but already well-trained armed soldiers. And plus, with our experience, we will definitely get there. - Recently, information has appeared in the news that some blogger is saying bad things about a military operation. They threaten him that he will be mobilized. How long are such people needed in the army? - How can I teach a person to operate if I am an economist and have nothing to do with operations? Therefo
re, when you are a blogger and talk about the war, then come here and study. And if you yourself don’t want to go and are broadcasting from somewhere, then your homeland will help you. I think this is the right way out. Give back to your homeland. He is a citizen of Russia, so let him go. This is his sacred duty. Moreover, he is a blogger and the country will help him. He doesn’t need to spend money on travel and uniforms. They will help him. He will know everything from the inside. He will tell
the truth. He will not corrupt society, he will say what he sees. Why should we talk about him at all, when you have been here for many years, and apart from a camera and your word, you had no weapons in your hands, but you regularly came under fire. And not only when you work, but when you just walk around the city. Therefore, who has the right to broadcast? Probably you. And if he wants to get in touch with this story, then let him come here. - Always when I thought about Pyatnashka, I had th
e impression that there were a lot of foreign volunteers. The largest number of foreigners in Pyatnashka, right? What about now after the start of the military operation? - When the military operation began, we had not yet fully emerged from quarantine, and it was difficult for foreigners to come. Now it’s easier, now there’s that wave when everyone comes, because there was quarantine, it takes time to understand how to build routes. Guys are coming and now appearing from countries that we never
had. Everything will be fine. - For example, Japan? - Yes. Colombia. They all come on purpose, not just, not because they are bored at home and want to test themselves. And the succession of generations. The same Japanese whose grandfather was a kamikaze. - Are they heading directly to Pyatnashka? - These came directly, we did not intercept anyone. Most likely, as they study, they understand that it’s still easier here with the language barrier, that there will be some kind of English dialect s
o that they can understand each other. Plus, this is a unit of volunteers, everyone came of their own free will to serve their fatherland. It turns out that a person comes here from far away as a volunteer. Therefore, they understand and feel each other. It's easier for them here. It's like they come to the family. They understand that everyone has different ideas. This is not the case when “I am a man, my homeland is at war and I must go to war.” No, he knows that he is fighting for a reason. F
or some, political, ideological, ethnic. Everyone has their own reason to come. - What is the general situation at the front? Can you indicate in which areas Pyatnashka is working? - Pyatnashka has a direction to Avdeevka, we do not hide this. We do not change ourselves. - And how difficult is this direction? - They have been entrenched for 8 years, so it’s impossible to say that there is something complicated or phenomenal. Everything is quiet and calm. Everything is clear and convenient for us
. Therefore, the enemy is also learning with us, we are teaching them how to fight. Because we don't gather for more than 3. And now they don’t gather for more than 3. If there are more of them, we immediately sting them and reduce their ranks. Therefore, it’s quiet and peaceful here. Everyone runs in groups of 2, sometimes one at a time. - Are they holding hands? - They can’t hold the hand, they rush without looking back. Sometimes they don’t have time to run into the shelter and injure their
heads, so they are advised not to take off their helmets and not to run without helmets. When they raise their heads, we ask our snipers to teach them a little lesson, so everything is normal. Everything is quiet, they are studying well. - Is there any influence of weapons from NATO countries? Do they seriously affect the enemy's capabilities? - This isn’t Hollywood, so you can’t shoot here like in a movie, when you throw one grenade and the building is gone. Here is the reality. Our weapons are
more lethal. Therefore, their weapons are nothing to us. We don't react to it in any way. Therefore, no matter how they talk about it, this is not our story. I have a whole warehouse there full of trophies, but I carry my own AK. Many people do the same. We have a lot of trophies, but we do not switch to their weapons. Why? Because it's not effective. They switched to it when the Soviet legacy was destroyed, when they destroyed everything that was left in the warehouses of Europe from the Sovie
t legacy. Now they have already begun to destroy NATO warehouses. Now the weapons are being removed from NATO arsenal and given to them. What do they have, where would they express themselves? This is not the equipment that can be fixed with a sledgehammer. There, if one wire falls off, then a whole council gathers to repair it. Who will do it? Western specialists? They can bring several tankers, but who will maintain the equipment? Until we started holding tank biathlons, there were competition
s between tank crews. Our tanks always reached the finish line, but Western tanks broke down along the way and needed evacuation. Our tank can be repaired in the field, not a single Western tank can be repaired in the field. There's nothing to compare it to. There is no point in talking about their weapons. Trophies are beautiful toys and can be given as gifts. When some Western media come, we can sting and show it. But this is a cartridge that breaks when poked into it. If you need to shoot at
a shooting range, then one magazine can definitely be fired from this weapon. You can't win a war with just one magazine. There are thousands of cartridges there and no luck getting it cleaned. Not everywhere there is a rag or oil. There is never time to wait for it to cool down. And our domestic machine gun - you shoot, throw it into a puddle, take it out and continue shooting. I'm not talking about anything else. It's good for a shooting range, but we're not at a shooting range, we're at war.
Commander of the international brigade Pyatnashka, Abkhaz militia. - Can I ask you? - No problem. - This person who was sitting here in the pixel, who is it? - This is a Ukrainian prisoner of war who is visiting us now. - Did you talk on the phone? - We always give the opportunity for relatives to communicate so that they understand that he is alive and well. So he talked to his wife and commander. He was extremely indignant that less than a week had passed since he had been gone, and all his th
ings had been given to his family. So he called with a little indignation, like, how come, I’m still alive, and you’ve already written me off. - Was he surprised when you captured him and “didn’t cut him up immediately into pieces”, that he is still alive? - They are all rabbits when they are in captivity, but in the wild they are all lions. Therefore, they cannot be trusted. He can start telling that he has never been captured like this before! That for him this is the best captivity. Better t
han home. We are doing it all not for him, but for us. So that our souls won't become black. We don't care about him. The cowardly one surrendered, well, thank God. - I understand. - Thanks a lot. - Ours decided everything there. - You, as a commander, can help in this matter. She has 3 children there, so that they won't suffer of hunger. - Yes, I know, we will not leave the wife without anyone. - Yes, yes... Well, pay attention to Sasha’s wife too. - And Sasha’s wife and that.. - Did you hand o
ver this list? - This is our commander communicating with the prisoner’s commanders. - We divided it, so this is a different division. He will probably also go for an exchange, only on a longer road. First they will judge. And Zhenya will have no criminal record, and the other one will have a criminal record and an amnesty. - I understand. Fine. - Okay, call me if anything happens. - Ok. - Don’t think about going on the offensive. We'll suffer and regret it. - Yeah, okay. - Bye. - Bye.

Thanks for the interview. I am Japanese and live in Japan. Japan lost the war, was thoroughly controlled by the US, and the Japanese people became corrupted by themselves, unable to stand on their own. Yet, I am glad that brave Japanese still existed. I pray they survive the war and then live peacefully again. victory for Russia!!
