Synopsis:
A non-confrontational Jayesh (Ranveer Singh) decides to defy his patriarchal family and flee with his pregnant wife Mudra (Shalini Pandey) to save their unborn daughter from feticide. A screwball, hilarious chase begins as Jayesh's father (Boman Irani) assembles all his might to nab them. Will this unlikely hero manage to create a safe and equal haven for his daughter?

This film may not earn as much as RRR or KGF2. But the problem shown in the film is real and it should be discussed in public. This movie can change our mindset. Kudos to Ranveer for doing this film 👍

I will never understand how a woman herself being a female could call a baby girl a panauti. I'm a father of a 3 month old daughter, she's literally my whole world. My family loves her more than anything. Daughters are the best. ❤️

A Bollywood movie that seems really realistic. Kudos to Ranvir, he is like a chameleon who changes with every role.
In the movie, at least the husband is supporting his wife's decision against the abortion. However, in reality there are countless cases where the husband works in full agreement with their parents' decision of abortion even if it means aborting 2-3, 4, 5..... or any no of times just to have a son. They don't care what will happen to the mother. Whether she will survive all that or not.
The art of cinema is changing and for good .... Craft is speaking the truth of society in a subtle way ... Hopefully the message reaches the way it's made for ... WOW ❣️✌️
El mensaje de la película es buenisimo, cosas como esa no deberían pasar en ningún lado. La actuación de Ranveer, impecable. En España es difícil disfrutar este género en cines, esta por suerte he podido verla, aunque tuve que ir a otra ciudad! YRF, más promoción en España de cine Bollywood, por favor!!

ranveer is a chameleon... the way he moulds himself in a character is absolutely awesome. plus this film is about a social issue... it's definitely going to do so well!!!
