The weathered structures nestled below serve as shelters for the sheep that  roam these lands during the winter months, indulging in the abundance of lush greenery. We are

If you are a devoted hiker, you can  theoretically extend your journey, venturing even farther to discover a narrow path  that will lead you down to the Wild Beach Pissuri. From there, you can ascend from the depths  and embark on Genesis Aphrodite's Trail, guiding you to Prolimnos Beach,  referred to as Dog's Beach. As the African plate edged closer to

the Eurasian plate, a remarkable phenomenon unfolded beneath the ocean's surface. Deep within the void between these colossal plates, the Troodos volcano emerged, slowly releasing its molten contents into the depths, gradually transforming  the ocean floor with layers of hardened lava. The relentless movement of the African plate  beneath the volcano exerted immense pressure, propelling underwater volcano  Troodos skyward.
