Sofia is an extremely intelligent woman. She knows her accent is what makes her funny and exotic to the Americans. She'll never lose it. Even though her appeal has sooooo much more to it, but the accent is the added bonus.

There is nothing wrong with Sofia's accent so it can't get "worse." That's a very rude thing to say to your guest but Sofia handled it beautifully.

Ellen was so rude to Sofia, you don’t say “your accent has gotten worse” you say “your accent has gotten thicker” can’t believe a 13 yo is teaching a 40 yo how to be polite.
