The chorus of "I dont want to see them, but I can't delete them." Hits me in such a profound way. Perfectly describes how this whole situation feels. It's not about still being in love with that person. Perhaps it had something more to do with loving the moment and the person you were back then. Powerful song. She is simply the best!
I play a game called "crap I find on youtube" where I search key words like "official music video" and look at everything posted within the last hour. Every once in a while I come across something really well done. This is one of those times.
This album took me to all stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. And this song is one beautiful example that there is love in holding on and there is also love in letting go. Thanks for sharing this with us, Kacey xx

This is such beautiful artistic symbolism. Her car was her lover, she was once overwhelmed by the flowers (love) he had inside, so much she couldn't see the road (her own future) and when the car crashed (he left her) all the flowers (love) that once overwhelmed her has been ruined and now she's shattered, literally unable to continue down the road (moving toward the future).
This song is one those that hit your feelings and is meant to be listened to while driving down PCH. I love every thing about this album. I’m going through a breakup and Kacey just mastered this whole album. I can’t wait to see her in person one day. ❤️
