Бодрого времени суток! Дим, может попробывать минус сделать на крановую как 2 плюса? Найти токосъёмники от ротора электродвигателя ( их там 3 или 4 должно быть) и поставить вместо 2 стандартных. Как вариант. И охлаждение мотора: по ходу у тебя там нет термостата и не заглушен малый контур. Поэтому мотор греется, а радиатор еле тёплый. Это на помпе маленький шланжик загнутый под 90 градусов. Мы обычно чопик деревянный в корпус помпы вбивали аккуратно, чтоб вода по большому кругу шла. А кран в металлоприёмку не сдавай, не надо. Это ностальгия по нормальным временам, когда все делалось с трёхкратным запасом по прочности и работает назло людям до сих пор! Моё мнение.

Запуск на одном цилиндре может означать только одно, пробита крышка трамблёра. Пробой можно увидеть, с внутренней стороны образуется дорожка от уголька к одному из проводов. В этом случае искрит только одна свеча ,независимо от положения бегунка. Возможно в сухую погоду будет работать идеально.

Всем привет! Дима на этом кране двигать в плачевном состоянии. Я заметел в этом видео как радиатор отрыгнут водой. Это означает что прокладка пробита, где-то газы прорываются в водяную систему, по этому и твой двигатель кипит вода выкипае за счёт газов в системе охлаждения. Я работал на зилах и мне знакомо это. По этому двигать и работает как попало. По свечам можно определить какая свеча мокрая это означает, что нужно снимать головку или фрезеровать голову или просто поменять прокладку или в головке может быть маленькая трещина. У тебя есть ещё один мотор можно с двух один сделать. Конечно это работа она стоит того,краны в настоящее время очень редкость и многие нуждаются в Кране. Кран может работать и приносить доход, даже и для твоей техники пригодится.
