He matched a dating app with another dating app. The guy's balls burst. The girl said, let's meet now. After that, when the car parks, the girl says, Brother, I want to purchase a land. And I need your help. From here, the matter gets twisted. This guy has been in jail for two years. This is a story in Bollywood. For the role. Before this dating app, I would like to ask for your advice. For yourself and for all the boys who are watching this. On their behalf, what dating apps should be used? Bec
ause there is a lot of danger in this. I have met such police officers who say, If they have thought of taking action against a girl in a false case. Or canceled his case. So the girl filed a case of molestation on him. It was a very strange situation. So why did Ranbir Kapoor come from this animal movie? So there should be a female role in this. You will have to make a legal agreement. If you don't file a complaint against me, I will do it with you. I am not joking here, I am just asking you ve
ry seriously. No, no, this is not a joke. This is not a joke, Akash. The kind of cases that are happening everywhere. This is a very, very serious concern. How do they protect themselves? I get a lot of queries. Ma'am, what will we do? Hi Deepika, how are you? I am good Akash. How are you? I am all good. You are very much welcome. In Bikhav Bachit. Thank you. And we will not talk to you. Bikhav Bachit will talk to someone else on this topic. Absolutely, thank you for talking to me on this topic.
Yes, yes, I think everybody should. And the way you are protesting, on the upcoming Valentine's Day, I believe everyone should talk about it, because after that protest, if no one is talking about it, then after that protest, I think everyone will talk about it. And this is a small effort from the platform of Peepoye to raise the voice and amplify the voice. I would like to say a few words about Deepika to my viewers. Deepika is a woman who saves men. In today's era, where a movie like Animal i
s blowing up in the box office, where masculinity and alpha, sigma, all these concepts are coming on social media, Deepika gets such calls where men are in a vulnerable situation. I am 100% sure that there will be many of you who will go through such a phase where they will feel that masculinity is seen in movies, our conventional upbringing is told to us, but a man is also a man and a man also has pain. And there are many such vulnerable situations where a man gets very lonely because he may no
t be able to speak to anyone. And there, Deepika's platform is very useful. Deepika made a documentary, India Suns, which when I saw its screening, I got goosebumps. And I would like you to see that documentary too. I will put the link in the description. After that documentary, the work that Deepika is doing now is very commendable. So Deepika, hats off to you for all what you do for the men out there. You are leading by example in this field. Thank you for doing what you're doing. Thank you so
much, Akash. That is so, so kind of you. I think what you said is absolutely right. There is a lot of need for people to understand that at the end of the day, men are also emotional human beings. They can also be vulnerable. There are women who are, I don't know in what context alpha word is used, but whatever I understand, there are women who are extremely aggressive. There are women who are extremely abusive. And while it is told to men that you are strong, men are also told not to ever, you
know, harm a woman if possible. Men are also told that you should not misbehave with a woman. You should always respect women. These things are taught, although there is no such thing. There are a lot of men who are very wrong with women, but at a larger cultural level, men are always told that women should never be beaten again, even if they are beating you. So there are a lot of men today who are very soft spoken, who are very respectful or very cultural. And somewhere I will say they are als
o very emotional because I think on your platform, I think I said this before, I repeat that we are making women very strong in our society and I think somewhere we are masculinizing that men should be like men. You should do this, you should do this, you can do the same as the man does and blah blah blah. But at the same time, I think we have started appreciating a very feminine attitude among men, due to which I would call it feminization of men. So when a person is very soft, but I would say
he becomes vulnerable, he can never be as aggressive as he might be. So there are a lot of such men who when there is violence with them, when there is abuse with them, they are unable to say anything. And our laws are obviously very one-sided. So even if something is happening to them, they are not heard. And on the contrary, they are always afraid that we might be trapped. So I see such cases every day, deal with them and try to help people. But thanks to people like you who acknowledge this a
nd who is willing to actually talk about these issues at their platform without thinking that someone will call them misogynist or that also happens a lot these days. So thank you so much. The honor is mine, Deepika. And I would like to ask that when did you become the queen of Jhansi? You fought a lot with men, you were the queen of Jhansi. The queen of Jhansi had also shown everyone that a woman is no less than anyone. But I have seen you fighting with women and I have also seen how you get sl
aps back. So when did this courage and this spirit of men's right activism happen? Before we get into the main topic which is section 69 BNS, I would like to ask Deepika that where did this start? I want to know and I am eager and I am curious and I am 100% sure that all the viewers would like to know that how did this form of Deepika come forward and where did Deepika get so much courage from? Akash, because we are going to go on that topic after this, so I will give a little preface of it so t
hat people can understand. Contextual. I would like to say that there was a situation where they became friends and after that the woman said that I am finding it very difficult to manage things on my own and I am not getting a house. So this man made the same mistake that he offered his house to her to live and it was not that there was no relationship between them, there was a relationship between them, but there was no commitment, there was nothing. So he was helping her out as a friend. So t
hat woman comes to their house and after that within two months she starts pressurizing him to get married, get married, get married. I have just listened to a video where that lady is saying that I will file a complaint that you have raped me. So that man is saying that nothing like this has happened. So she said that what will happen if I say that the police will believe that. I will file a complaint and after that the police has nothing to do with such things that I am just filing a complaint
, not filing an FIR. They will call you and they will ask you what you have to do and they will tell you that either get married or else they will put a rape case on you and we will have to catch you. So she said that I had never told her to get married, never said that we had not had any such conversation. I was just helping her and she is also not a very young girl, she is also 29 years old. So I am telling you this whole story so that you can understand how a girl can threaten a man that I wi
ll file a rape case if you do not marry me after a consensual relationship. And the second thing is that there is a lot of misunderstanding in the minds of men that if they do not do domestic violence, then no lady can accuse them. Not in men, but there is a perception in the society that if a man has not done anything wrong, then no woman will file a case against him. Most people think that if we have not asked for dowry, then how can anyone accuse us of dowry? If we have not done domestic viol
ence, then how can anyone accuse us of domestic violence? Or how can anyone accuse us of something that we have not done? And if they do, then that person will not be heard, but we will be heard. I used to live in this illusion until 2011. In 2011, my illusion broke when I came to know that there are so many women-centric laws in our Indian Penal Code, which has now become a part of Indian justice, which are so biased that whatever a woman says is right. We were making creatives for our protest,
so we made a creative that neither does he eat nor does he say what a woman says is right. So actually this is the implementation of these laws, and I came to this work because it happened with me in our family. The marriage broke down because of an extramarital affair of the woman. We had proof all over the world to prove that it is the woman who is infidel, it is the woman who has cheated. Within three months, this marriage broke because of her extramarital affair, which was not just an extra
marital affair, which was an affair which was existing for three years before the wedding, and it continued after the marriage as well. So this marriage was a sham. It was a mutual call between this woman and her lover that you get married to show the society because that man was married. And they decided that you continue working in this organization. They both used to work in the same organization, and this marriage was a sham. Although that woman was a little unfortunate that I met her in her
life as a family member, so I became a detective and removed all the dirty things and evidences. When the evidences were kept in front of her, it was obvious that she started denying first and started saying that this is my brother. So we told her that there is no need to make a fool of us, we have all the evidence. Then she agreed and said that we will divorce with mutual consent. So as a progressive family, as a decent middle-class family, we did not want to put anyone down for any reason. Ob
viously, it was a great setback. Every person has an emotional trauma. Every Indian family sees marriage as a very beautiful thing, as a celebration, and if it goes towards divorce in such a short span of time, then obviously everyone is very sad. But still, we were trying to understand the situation that whatever happened, maybe she was not willing, but the pressure of the family. And we use a lot of things to justify when a woman does something wrong. So we were also in the same zone. So we sa
id, okay, she said that we will easily separate from mutual consent and I don't want to stay, I want to stay with that person. We said, okay, thank you so much. So mutual consent was filed. Two months after that, I see a long list from the court. It was said that that girl was asked for dowry every day, there was domestic violence with that girl every day. I have fought with boys in public before 2011, if they were harassing a girl in front of me or that girl could not say anything or there was
any stalking or molestation in front of me. I remember when I used to go to college in buses, I myself taught a lot of people a lesson that you cannot behave like this. And until 2011, I also felt that men always do wrong with women. I never knew that a woman could do wrong with a man and she could be in such a bad condition. So I was alleged that I used to beat her every day, which was a white lie. And so many things were written in that petition, Akash, which were literally white lies, of whic
h we could disprove each word, each line, that this is a lie. But when the matter went to court, when we started talking to people, everyone told us, I come from a media background, I was working in the media in an exchange in 2011 and it was good that I knew the journalists. So I used to think that if something has gone wrong with us, then we will not probably be traumatized so much, especially if we are not at fault. But that illusion broke because everyone told us that we will not intervene i
n the matter of women. When I talked to people in the courts or took legal opinions, everyone said that the law is very much draconian, anti-dowry law, the law is very much one-sided, no matter how many evidences you have, there will be an FIR, there will be an arrest of everyone, not only the boy, but his father, mother, sister, everyone. Where there is a difference between truth and lie, the person who is wrong, action is taken against him. If someone is innocent, then there will be no misbeha
vior with him. This is the perspective of most people. Although today, because of social media, most families or most people want them to never have to deal with the police or the court because everyone knows how messed up these organizations are. But still, at least people have expectations from the court that there will be justice there. But even there, when I realized that no, brother, only women are heard here, then I felt that this is wrong. Our laws, our system, our provisions cannot be so
blind and one-sided that brother, she has always brought a woman, she is seeing a poor woman and she can do anything, she can play with someone's life and she can go scot-free. So that's when my, I would say, just effort started. In the beginning, I just wanted to make a documentary. I wanted to give back to the society. I did a course in that. You had to do a community project and I felt that a lot of people get stuck in such false cases and commit suicide. So why not I make a documentary? Bec
ause most people think that when such a situation happens with them, they think that it is happening with us. The rest of the people are very happy in their marriages or very normal in their lives. It has fallen on us that we have been trapped in some false cases. So a lot of men, you know, end their life. I share such cases every day where a boy or a man has committed suicide due to false cases or harassment by a woman. So most people think that this is the end of life. So I thought I would mak
e a documentary film because until then I did not get any movie, no documentary that talks about the misuse of 498A. So I thought that I will give back, I will make this film and give it back to the society so that at least people do not understand that they are alone. I started making documentaries in 2012. It took me four years to make a documentary and in these four years I transformed from a documentary filmmaker to an activist because I felt that I have that voice, I have that sensibility,
I have that rationality that I can bring these things to the world in a very balanced and neutral perspective. I can raise my voice against the injustice that happens to men and as a storyteller, as an activist, I can try to bring some change. So it's been 12 years, I am doing the same work day and night and we are trying to just help people. Yeah, that's so heartening to see what your journey has been and how did you came about doing this. So Deepika, I really want to understand what is section
69B, what does it say, what are the shortcomings in it? What was its purpose and how can that purpose become a danger? I would like to talk about that and very briefly I want you to explain it to people so that they are educated because as long as the people who are watching will not understand properly, they will not be able to support this petition and this movement. So can we take an example in very simple words and talk about what section 69 is and what do you think can be a danger from it?
I will go back to my previous answer and we will start from there. Like I said, people feel that if they have not asked for dowry during a marriage, then no dowry case can be filed against them. This is a misunderstanding. It takes only an allegation. Especially women, crime against women, which are female-related offenses, it just takes an allegation for a section to be applied on you. Like if a woman writes that she was forced to get dowry, then 498A is added to any family. Similarly, section
69 has come and this law is much more dangerous than 498A. Now I will tell you what it says first. Section 69 says that if any man has a deceitful relationship with a woman, that is, sex by deceit, that is what the section is about. So the section says that any man, if he has a sexual relationship with a woman by promising to marry her when he has no intent to marry her or induces a woman into a sexual relationship or into a sexual intercourse by promising to give her a job or by promising to g
ive her a promotion, then he can be punished up till 10 years in prison. Now there is explanation to this deceitful or deceit which has been used here. The word dhokha has been used here. In that, one more thing is added in the explanation that from the point of view of marriage, from the point of view of job, from the point of view of promotion, one more thing is added by suppressing identity if a person gets married to a woman. So you must have seen that there are many cases in today's time, e
specially the interfaith cases, in which we hear a lot about love jihad. In the last few years, this term has become very popular and these are the cases where a man married a woman by hiding his religious identity. He said that he is a Hindu or of some other faith while he was a Muslim and he married that woman and after that there have been many such cases where a woman has been forcibly converted or married by converting or such cases. So this law, section 69, says that if a man hides his ide
ntity, suppresses his identity, religion is not written there, nothing is specified, but if a woman says that the man she married suppressed his identity and identity is not only related to religion, it can be related to other things, it can have other meanings. For example, if a married man says that he is unmarried before marrying a woman, there are many such cases, then this section can be applied. So basically the intent of the lawmaker was to punish deceitful behavior. Now I will tell you t
he problems with the law. First of all, I would like to understand this in my own words and please correct me if I am wrong because you have used some English words and I want to repeat it in pure Hindi language and in my own understanding. Just correct me if I am wrong. So you are saying that if any man who says with the intention of deceiving someone that I will marry you, promises or says that I will give you a job or I will give you a promotion and makes a physical relationship with a girl,
then that girl can complain about him if she has been deceived, means she was not married to him or she was not given a job or she was not promoted. But Deepika, tell me one thing, you talked about identity suppression, meaning he is hiding his identity. So if he did not hide his identity, I would like to ask, and he still deceived, means he did not promote or did not give a job or did not get married, did not give a job, did not get married and did not promote and there was sexual intercourse b
etween the two. He has told his identity. What will happen in that case? Is there no law plan in that? No, no, no. So these are four separate things. Don't combine them with each other. These are four separate things. These are explanations of deceitful behavior. So what deceit is saying here, what deceit is saying, deceit is of four types. So what deceit is saying here, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit
is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what
deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying,
what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is s
aying, what deceit is saying, what dece deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what
deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying,
what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is s
aying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying, what deceit is saying It can be from 1 day to 10 years. There is no limitation. We will come to the problems of the law. If she says that this whole sexual relationship was between them, that boy gave false proof of marriage and established with them, and now they are not getting marri
ed to him, then also it will be considered a crime under section 69. And the law is non-bailable, cognizable and non-compoundable. As far as my understanding is, I have not read the non-compoundable clause yet. But definitely if the punishment is up to 10 years, then it will be non-compoundable, non-bailable and cognizable. What does it mean? Cognizable means the police will have to file an FIR. Non-bailable means that the person will definitely be arrested. He cannot get bail from the police st
ation. He will be arrested and then he will have to take bail from the court or he can apply for anticipatory bail. And non-compoundable means that there can be no compromise under this law. So this is the law. It basically says that if a man betrays a woman and forms a sexual relationship, then we will punish him up to 10 years. So what is the evidence in this? Is the statement of the girl or the woman evidence or does she have to give any WhatsApp chat or any video or any photos? See, all the
cases I have seen so far, Akash, let me give you a background. These allegations that a sexual relationship was formed by giving a bribe for marriage. This has already been done for the last 10 years, especially after 2012, when Nirbhaya case happened. After that, our rape laws were completely overhauled. After that, thousands of cases started coming like this, where after a long time of consensual affairs, the woman started saying that she had given me a bribe for marriage. And he said that he
will marry me, but now he is not getting married. So that came to be filed as rape on false promise of marriage. All the cases I have seen, there is definitely an element of love between them. There is definitely an element of sexual relationship between them. But I have seen such a case very little in my experience, where the boy wrote it clearly. I mean, when their first sexual relationship was formed, the boy wrote it before that, that you know, I want to get married to you, I will get marrie
d to you. In the starting, a relationship starts, the way it starts, the usual relationships that we have an understanding that people started liking each other. Things moved from one step to the next step. In such cases, but either there was some breakdown of the relationship. There are many factors due to which there was a breakdown or eventually the things led to the rape case being filed. But I have seen a very, very rare case. I have read so many such judgments, where only the woman's 164 s
tatement was the evidence, nothing else. Only the statement, means the answer to my question is that if you do not have any photo, WhatsApp chat, video, and you are a woman and you have given a statement, then you can put a man inside. Yes, absolutely. And he has to endure that financial agony, mental agony. Yes. So, but tell me one thing, this is after marriage. I mean, I will give you an example. I had filed a case in Gurgaon, where a girl had filed 9 rape cases. And you also know about this c
ase, the case of Ayushi Bhatia, in which she had put these allegations on 9 different boys that she also gave me the right to marry, she also gave me the right to marry, she also gave me the right to marry. So, there was a case in it, there were 2 cases, in fact, the last 2 cases were the 8th and 9th case. In that, when she filed an FIR on the boy, his family immediately contacted me. Because I had already filed a complaint against him. So, there were a few things on social media. So, although i
t was not with his name, but he understood that she is a girl from Gurgaon, maybe this is it, he somehow established contact with me. And I think his FIR was done 2-3 days ago, or it must have been done 2 days ago. It's been 2 years since this case. So, when I went to the police station with this family, the fact was that the girl knew that boy for a very short period of time. They had started a friendship with each other, they used to chat with each other. One day, they went to the Ambiance Mal
l to watch a movie. So, the girl's version says that he gave me the right to marry and took me to Leela, where he established a sexual relationship with her. The boy's version is that nothing happened between the two of them. They were there for only 2 hours and after that they had to go to watch a movie. So, when we went to the police station and we were sitting in front of the police officer, I was sitting there myself. So, the police officer said, you went to the hotel, right? That's it, that
's enough. Meaning, if a boy and a girl are in one location, it is not necessary that they are in the same room. If a girl wants to trap someone and if she says that this person was with me in this hotel and he did such a thing to her. From today, a case can be filed 1 month ago or 2 months ago or 3 months ago or 3 years ago or 13 years ago. So, in the statement of 164, what the woman says, especially in sexual offenses, that in itself is sufficient evidence. So, if a woman or a woman wakes up a
fter 10 years, even if she is not in a coma, the police do not ask. Is there any pressure from the police for performance? Because I think there is, correct? Because the government has to show that for the feminist movement. And this was a lot before, right? Because when the feminist movement, as you said, the case of Nirbhaya, after that the feminist movements. If a government supports feminist movements, then it will get votes, right? It was the same before, right? And all the men are also in
the same. It is still there, it is still there. So, somewhere or the other, there is this pressure on the police administration, right? That if a girl comes to you, then you have to stand up and help her. So, is this performance pressure, which is not evidence, or is it a loophole in the law? Or this can actually be done by the police, but they don't do it. Can you please elaborate a little more? Just briefly, I mean, what is your take on this? See, there are different perspectives. I am not too
sure what is the number in the new code. But in the IPC and CRPC, there was a special provision in the 2013 amendments. That if the police officer does not file an FIR of sexual offence, then there can be an investigation on them as well. This is the law, right? If there is no law, then there is pressure. If there is no performance pressure, then there is legal pressure. Legal pressure. His job will be lost. And Lalita Kumari, there is also a judgment of the Supreme Court. The law says that you
have to file an FIR. But the law also says that if it is a false case, then you have to take some action on that person as well. There is a recent case in which a girl filed a false rape case. And then she became hostile, saying that she doesn't even know that boy. So the court took a lot of strict action on her. And that girl has now been sent to jail. And in that case, the boy has been in jail since 2019. So there are such provisions that the police can use. And in some 8-10% rape cases, the
police file cancellation reports. But there is a very low percentage. And there are those cases where it is beyond doubt. That the person has an alibi that he was not there. Or there is a very strong alibi that the police will also take action against him. So somewhere the police will also have to tell the court that you are completely blind. So until and unless there is such a case, the police keep filing charges. Especially if the woman says that yes, brother, I have been given a marriage cert
ificate. He was giving me a marriage certificate. So the police says that brother, we cannot find out whether he was given a marriage certificate or not. So we will put you in jail and you go and prove your innocence in court. So first of all, there is legal pressure on the police, Akash. Secondly, there is pressure from women's organizations. No matter how much the girl is lying, if she stands with the women's organizations, then the hands of the police tremble that you are not taking any actio
n in the matter of women. So I did a similar case in UP. In that, that woman was married and was in a consensual live-in relationship. Hiding that she is married. And after that, when the boy found out that he was married and he stepped back, that he does not want to continue such a relationship. So he filed a case on him that he raped me by giving me a marriage certificate. So the police came in such a tightness, why did that girl go to the media? That girl went to the women's organization. I d
on't want to comment, but these people, if a girl has come, then she must be telling the truth. This guy must be lying. So they immediately start taking action. This is a little bit changing now. Only because of people like you, that the narrative on social media was a little bit set. Yes. After the MeToo movement. Yes. So it seemed that if a girl just said it, then that is the truth. And you did not support her. Correct. In this case only, the journalists, I personally took their number and con
tacted them. Because that boy was already in touch with me. I had seen all the evidences and I knew that the girl was lying. I contacted the journalist, showed the boy's evidences. So this journalist agreed that it was his fault. After that, those journalists started supporting me a lot in my work. So there is a lot of media pressure, political pressure on the police. And last but not the least, it is obvious that nobody wants to take a chance in today's time. I have met such police officers who
say that ma'am, our own brothers, if they even think of taking action against a girl in a false case or cancel her case, then the girl has filed a case of molestation against them. Or put an allegation against them. So the scenario was very strange. So why did Ranbir Kapoor come from this animal movie? So there should be a female character in this. No. I think Deepika should be in this movie. But on the serious note, I have a couple of loopholes that I want to talk to you about. To decipher it
a little more. Then we will talk about what could be the danger so that people can understand and join the protest. So, for example, if someone gets married and then gets divorced. Now anyone can be the reason for that. So you obviously make a physical relationship with your wife. But you got divorced. Means after a marriage. There is a simple problem in this whole section. When a marriage can break after marriage. So when you make a physical relationship with someone before marriage, can it not
break? It need not be always. See, we are all humans and we try to portray. We show our best self when we start with someone. We start any friendship. We start any professional relationship. We also go to give an interview. So we show our best self. But when you actually go to the floor and work. So many times it turns out that you do not have that thing. And this thing is also in a relationship that you do not have that thing. It also happens in a marriage. So if the boy means. The meaning of
this is simple. That boy from today. If this section is implemented. So you do not have to fall in the relationship. Or you have to get some legal agreement. Brother, you will not complain to me. So I will do it with you. I will be physically involved. If you do, then I am not happening. So should this be a legal agreement? I mean, I am not being. I am not joking here. I am just asking. No, no, this is not a joke. This is not a joke. Akash, the kind of cases that are happening everywhere. This i
s a very, very serious concern. And obviously the boys will feel that brother. How do they protect themselves? I have a lot of queries. Ma'am, what do we do? We will get married. If the girl turned out to be bad. Or the girl turned out to be Vendetta. 498a, 125 maintenance. All that is the law. If before that. If we go in a live-in relationship. Now you have to give maintenance in a live-in relationship. Even if you do not go in a live-in relationship. It is a casual affair. If the girl wants to
get married forcibly. So section 69 will file. So these are very, very legitimate concerns. So Deepika, if I. If I get married. The problem is that if you make such an agreement. So I don't think that the agreement will work. This kind of agreement is also taken against boys. Akash, that's the problem. We have seen such cases. Where a consent document was made. For a hook-up. And that boy. He used to think that I am very smart. So people have already become creative. Yes, it has happened. And t
his guy was in jail for 2 years. He. This is the story in Bollywood. For the role. Or for the role. That guy is fine. I am not calling. Whatever he did right or wrong. Very, very moral. Judgment for anyone to make. But he said that yes, brother. I am casting you in my movie. I want to have sex with you. And the woman was okay with it. So he said that those 50 shades of gray. Must have been inspired. So he made an agreement. Consent agreement. And the lady. After signing it. And after everything.
He started demanding lakhs of rupees. That if you don't give. I will sue you. Basically. The man had previously filed a case of extortion. And this woman had also gone inside. But when he came out on bail. Then he put a case of rape on him. And it took a lot of time to give him bail. Because of this. That the court agreed that brother. If you had signed such a consent document. So that means in your mind. There was already a court. So I don't know. I thought that I got it. In fact, I was going
to give the solution. So what you told. Many people must be thinking. But you gave the right warning. Because you are absolutely right. Because you know who knows. That you also put that consent under pressure. These affidavits etc. At least I did not see. So these dating apps. This tender. But one thing. Because many people become hopeless. The cases I have handled. In that. Some such chats. It definitely came in the work of the person. Again I am saying. When he is on trial. Already in a rape
case. That the marriage was given. So where there were such chats. Where the word marriage has not been used. In the whole chat. Where it is clearly known. That it is a relationship born out of. Love. Or any kind of. Casual relationship. Or dating apps. Or the boy has said. I will take this to a marriage level. Only and only. If both our parents. Agree. And if my parents do not agree. Then I will not be able to do something. Means. If there is any such documentation. The boy has very strong evid
ence. So during the trial. All these evidences. Definitely comes. Got it. So that is a good thing to know. And I believe. You should do this much. Keep collecting evidences together. And do not go crazy in love. Because in films, love happens. In which people go crazy. Be a little careful in real life. If you listen to Deepika's words. And follow them a little. I can understand. This misunderstanding. You can't judge anyone like this. When you are in love. You don't think about these things. Whe
n you are dating. You don't think about these things. Like now. The boy I was talking to. Whose case I was telling you. That girl is counting sections. That I will try to commit suicide. And you can be charged with 306. She knows all the sections. So obviously. She knows the laws really well. And she knows 376. She knows how to trap in 376. So now I will get her background history. Maybe she has trapped other boys. But when I told this boy. You are 17 years old. You are keeping a female in your
house. You are living with her. Don't you have an understanding of that thing? He said no ma'am. I have an understanding. And there was a relationship between us. I am not denying. But it was not about marriage. And I did not know that the law is such. That if we have lived together for a short time. So if the matter gets worse. Then she can go and say that. She gave me the marriage certificate. She was living with him for a short time. Because she was looking for a place. People don't think tha
t. Somebody can stoop to that level. But you never know. People can behave very weirdly. Exactly. So in that. I would like to discuss another small form with you. Like dating apps. And singles and bachelors. Or divorced separated people. Those poor people have. It is a very good tool. In the form of Tinder or Bumble. In the form of Hinge. I know all the apps. I am also single. But now I am afraid. Yes Deepika. It becomes very important. There is a misunderstanding. But Deepika the thing is that.
Means. Dating apps number one. If you use. There has been an incident with my friend. I would like to tell you. And I would also like to tell the viewers. What happens with a dating app. So he. Did a match with a dating app. Brother's sweets burst. That today the match is over. After a long time. So the girl. She said let's meet now. He says this is my planet. My astrologer had said. That yes, life will change. So maybe it has happened. I have won the lottery. Let's go and meet. He did not have
any such thought. He went to meet. He met a girl. And they had a lot of fun. Drank together. And among these people. There was a little physical relationship. Or whatever it is. After that the girl told him to park the car. The boy thought. Wow. This dating app. So it is God's gift. So after that how that gift. Changed into a curse. I tell you that after that. When the car is parked. So the girl says. Brother. Where I come from. I have to purchase a land there. And I need your help. From here.
The whole thing gets twisted. Now he says. He is surprised and worried. What kind of demand is this? Half an hour. After a meeting. So the point here is. At this juncture. It is as good as. This girl is as good as a decoy. Underworld. Mafia. More dangerous than that. Because now. You are in that situation. What should I say? How should I come out? How should I explain it? That I am a small child. I thought I got a gift. I got a lottery. I am vulnerable. So the point here is simple. That if you.
If you are using dating apps. So this can also happen. And if section 69 comes. So what do you know. In fact. Previously also that used to happen. You have met for a day. You have met for an hour. Or you have met for a year. Or you are living in. At any given point of time. This can happen. So it is very risky. Absolutely. So before this dating app. I would like to ask you for advice. For myself and all the boys. What dating apps should be used. Because it is very dangerous. How will you know? H
ow would you know? If you are not even hooking up. If you are just going on a drive. If a madam will ask you to park a car. Then how will you know. I mean just. Give me a blunt. Opinion on this. See I will tell you what. Get them in business. Their Tinder vendor. But give a balanced opinion. I will not close anyone's business. Because as a matter of fact. There are a lot of people. Who are on Tinder Bumble. They found their life partner. So Akash. Everywhere in the world. There are good people a
nd bad people. Everything is used. And everything is misused. So thankfully at least. Life or this world. Is going on because. I think even today. But. I can understand this concern very well. Some advices. Which I will definitely give to boys. Will definitely give to men. If they are using dating apps. If they go in casual relationships. So the first thing. Please don't jump into bed. With a woman that you don't. Know anything about immediately. You please have a healthy relationship. Know her.
What she does. Know something about her. Social media presence. Is there or not. There is no dubious profile. A simple thing. Search on Google. She knows a lot of things. You think the profile is very. Candid. You think her social persona. Legitimate. You know a little bit about her. At least. This is this. After that. Think of taking things to the next level. But. I can't even tell you. Can't even explain things. To what extent. Humiliation and harassment. And honestly. How much. Consensual. Y
ou haven't dated. How consensually. You haven't gone to the hotel. How consensually you haven't come out of the hotel. She knows how to play the law. The day you are called to the police station. Will be called. First of all. The police will tell you this. That son had gone to the hotel. Now see where you will go. Fine. It is said in front of me. In today's time. The society has changed a bit. I think as much as I have seen. It is also obvious with girls. People are very judgmental. But. If a po
lice officer in the police station. If he misbehaves with a woman. Then he has a little knowledge. That yes, he can also be blamed for it. But people. There is so much division in the police station. No matter how innocent he is. Now I am doing a matter. There is a girl in it. She has already filed two rape cases in Jaipur. Now she is filing a third rape case in Kathgodam, Uttarakhand. She was in a two-year relationship with this boy. At the time she was in a relationship with this boy. At the s
ame time. She was filing a rape case on another boy in Jaipur. So you think. Is she getting an award? Should give. But let me tell you. When a rape case was filed on this boy. And when he met the investigation officer. That investigation officer. Do you know what this boy was saying? I will put you in jail. You have done so much wrong with this girl. And today when that investigation officer. Went to the police station. And saw the documents. The investigation officer said. We thought. This girl
is very worried. She has done a lot of wrong. We are surprised. That she has done this before. So the point is. No evidence will be seen. That a girl is bringing. That she has come to the police station. To file a case. Like a rape or a section 69. It is thought to be. Or seen to be a big thing. In our police system also. In our courts also. That a girl has come. Something very wrong must have happened with her. Otherwise girls don't do this. And then there is a pressure. And then there is a pr
essure. This will be said first. I wish in the police station. If a man is loose. If such a case is happening with him. Then he deserved it. In today's time. No matter how innocent a man is. If a woman has put an allegation. Then first of all he is told. Yes brother. You deserve it. If the boy has done a consensual affair. Going to a consensual dating app. If he has sex with a girl. I myself am a men's rights activist. People say in my comments. Yes brother. He had sex with a woman before marria
ge. Oh my God. Let me sum up this advice from you. What you have advised. I would like to sum it up in my words. I will say it quickly. I will say it quickly. Know the woman. That you are going to have sex with. Second. Please have public meetings. As much as possible. Before you eventually take the relationship. Or your affair into the next direction. Third. Do not lie about anything at all. If you are not divorced. If you are separated. If you are using a dating app at that time. If you are lo
oking for a companion. Please be very honest. Please do not lie. People get stuck so much by telling the truth. So if you have lied. Then your condition will be very bad. Fourth. Do not commit if you are not into commitment. Fifth. Please know that there can be. Very very serious repercussions for you. If you get into any case. Sixth. If someone is threatening you. That he will put a false rape case on you. Or allegations. There is a demand for money. Do not sit silent. You probably are dealing
with an organized racket. Organized crime. Go to the commissioner of police. At least file a complaint. And do not sit silent. So will you make a checklist. I will put the link in the video description. I will put the link in the video description. Please download it from there. Deepika. I will do so much work for you. When you will make this checklist. I will make a web page. Through which people will be able to download. Because I believe this will be a wonderful. Checklist for people to carry
in their wallet. Correct. And I will say. Guys put it on the background of your laptop. By mistake. If you want to check your wallet. Do not take it. Thank you so much. I believe it is a very good advice. First meet your parents. Then do whatever you want. This is also right. Go for tea. Rajesh Khanna's song. Maybe mine. Do something like that. Go for tea. Do not meet like this. If you can not do that. Meet your first friend circle. Means. Because if any person is dubious. He will meet friends.
And your friends will also tell. There are some red flags. Close your eyes. On someone. Whether it is a girl or a boy. Take Deepika with you. I am saying. Deepika. I will contact you. Next time. If you feel that I have fallen in love with this girl. Then I will take Deepika with you. Deepika. Come with me. And validate. I will start my own organization. Which will provide such services. But coming back. One thing that I really wanted to share. Akash is. Section 69 is very problematic. Because.
It assumes. That the woman has no choice. Not to have such a relationship. Which is wrong. Any woman. Does not marry anyone. She just said. If you are so important. Sex. Then do it after marriage. You can not do it. You have a choice. If someone tells you to do it for a job. And do sex with me. You can go to the police station and file a complaint. But after doing everything. If she is saying. She is making someone else a criminal. Then the law is wrong. This law is not gender neutral. The law s
ays. Cheating is a crime. But if a man cheats. If a woman cheats. Then it is not a crime. A woman can break up. After 5 years. Or after 50 years. Dad wants to get me married. Dad wants to get me married. Found a rich boy. But you will tell your boyfriend. That my family is not agreeing. Have you seen the movie Shilpa Shetty? No. In the heartbeat of the heart. Is it like this? What happens in it? Like this. It happens with beautiful boys. This is a very important film. I will tell you. People wil
l be able to relate. People of our age will be able to relate. Because it is a movie of that time. Sunil Shetty and Shilpa Shetty. Both are in love. After that Sunil Shetty is saying. You are the heartbeat of my heart. Majnu is made. Shilpa Shetty. Both are mad in their love. After that Shilpa Shetty's father comes. He says. I will die. I will die. I will take a bullet. Shilpa Shetty goes to the hospital. Shilpa Shetty cries. My father has gone to the hospital. Whatever you say. I will get marri
ed. This is Shilpa Shetty. And this is a super hit movie of that time. This law did not come at that time. Nirbhaya case did not happen. This girl did it. What will Sunil Shetty do now? Does Sunil Shetty have anyone? To use the section. That this has gone wrong with me. He married me. He made a marriage relationship. Because he has shown in songs. Nothing. I will tell you a case. Which is so damn disgusting. Akash. Sometimes it feels bad. In some cases. Bombay High Court has finished a case. It
has been quashed. It was a rape case. The woman had filed. This woman was in a consensual relationship with a man. And. The boy wanted to get married. So the girl said. I will get good help from you. I don't want to get married. So the man said. He got a good job. After that he also engaged with someone. So this woman. Filed a rape case on him. That he raped me. For two years. So. You yourself. Are refusing him. That I don't want to get married. And after that. When he filed a rape complaint. Th
e boy said at that time. Okay. I try to talk to my parents. And if. So this boy said that I talk to my parents. So his parents did not agree. And that's why he didn't get married to her. So after that. This rape case was filed. Bombay High Court has finally finished. But I think it took 4-5 years. To prove his innocence. But why? Because. The girl. Was very sad. That she lost. A very eligible candidate. She got a very good job. Imagine she herself refused. That she won't get married. But the rap
e case was filed on the boy. No punishment to the woman whatsoever. So. He filed a rape case. And he married someone else. She is living her life comfortably. This guy is fighting a rape case here. So my question to you is. The protest that you are doing. In which. You are protesting on Jantar Mantar. If. The result of this protest is nothing. And. There is nothing about this. So should the boy. Lock himself in the room. And work remotely. At home digitally. And start using. Blankets and mats. A
nd stop going out. Because you never know. If you find a girl outside. She stopped you. She said that you gave me a plane. And clicked a lot of photos. And went to the police station. To blackmail. Before going out. He used to roam around. So if you see a girl outside. It will be very difficult. You will have to take a bulletproof car. I am being very serious about it. Tell me what are the repercussions. She came. What is the status of this. When is it going to get activated. So BNS. Different s
tatements. At least my knowledge. There is not much clarity in it. From December 2024. Trainings and implementations. Will start. And I guess from April. I think. Notifications will start coming. But we still have. As much as I have met. Members of Parliament. For many months. I have been working on this. I have seen some ray of hope. But. You know having said that. I in my personal capacity. And along with me. There is a group that we have formed. Which is called Citizens for Equality. It's a p
ublic initiative. It's not an organization. It's a citizen's initiative. Where we have. Almost 5000 people have joined us. Who want equal laws. Neutral laws. We have a petition on exchange.org. To repeal section 69. It has more than 20,000 signatures. And we are making our efforts. Until we. Will not be able to do anything solid. Our efforts will be on. Our efforts on ground. Will definitely be on. We will definitely file PILs. We will definitely request the media. That. A good debate should sta
rt. Because we are living in that country. Where section 498A IPC. Has been called by our Supreme Court. Legal terrorism. Where section 498A law. At this time. 50 lakh rupees. 1 crore rupees. 1.5 crore rupees. The kind of demand. And extortion. Just because a man. Committed the crime. Of getting married. In such a background. When we have seen so much misuse of laws. In that perspective. You are bringing a new law. Without any checks and balances. Whatsoever. After 10 years. A woman can go and s
ay. She was in a relationship with me for 10 years. You are in a consensual relationship. In which there is an adult girl. Who can decide. Can exercise her choice. You. With a consent. Whatever happened between the two people. Suddenly. You are telling the mistake of only one person. And you call it such a big crime. I think that is absolutely unfair. So women. In this case. Clearly you are not forced. I will tell you something. In the Rajya Sabha. The discussion on this provision. That I have g
ot some notes. I will tell you. And these are very very important. Is this the current session? This was the discussion. That happened during the. Brainstorming or the discussions. In the Rajya Sabha on the new provisions. So here. The committee of the Rajya Sabha. In this. IPC 2. It was overseeing the transformation. In that. They are talking about the promise to marry. Subjectivity and intent. Determining whether a promise to marry. Has been made. Can be subjective and challenging to prove. In
tentions. Can change over time. And proving that a promise was genuinely made. With the intention to marry. Can be difficult. Yeah. Privacy and autonomy. Critics argue that relationships. And decisions about marriage. Are deeply personal matters. That should be left to the individuals involved. Criminalizing a promise to marry. Can be seen as an. Undue intrusion. Into individual's private lives. And autonomy. Lack of clear parameters. Defining what constitutes. A legally binding promise to marry
. Can be vague. And open to interpretation. The lack of clarity. Can lead to inconsistencies. In enforcement and judgment. Then they say. Cultural and social dynamics. In many cultures. Premarital relationships and commitments. Are complex and can involve. Various factors beyond. Just legal obligations. Criminalizing such promises. Might not take into account. Cultural or social norms. Think about it. The Rajya Sabha committee. Said so many points of hesitation. For this law. What did they do? I
nstead of addressing. These problems. They didn't just limit. Marriage. They included job and promotion. Indirectly. What are we saying? I am so disappointed in this law. Indirectly you are saying. If a woman. Sex with someone for a job or promotion. What is the pressure? Which women are putting pressure? But if you don't get a job. If you don't get a promotion. Then it will be a crime. I don't know. We have filed RTIs. We are trying to do everything. To gather data on this provision. On what re
ally is the thought process. Because I don't understand. I have spoken to legal luminaries. I have spoken to members of parliament. I have spoken to police officers. Somewhere. There is a little hesitation. In some people. There are boys. Who lie. We will get married. Emotionally manipulate the girl. A little bit. But still it is understandable. It is highly irrational. It is absolutely irrational. You are making a law with rational logic. What is rational in this? What is the logic? There is no
evidence. So Deepika. What are you doing in the protest on 14th? Akash. We are protesting on 14th. It is against section 69 BNS. We are trying to reach our voice to people. That this law. In its current form. Should be rolled back. This law should be withdrawn. It should be reviewed. And not be passed. Notified in its current format at all. On 14th February. At 1 PM. We are gathering on Jantar Mantar. And obviously. Against section 69. We are raising our voice. This is a gender biased law. This
is a very draconian law. According to a woman. Any man will be put in jail. Under this law. There are no checks and balances. The punishment is up to 10 years. So in the name of a heinous crime. This law. Has been made. Provisions. Many such people will join us. Akash. Who are fed up of fake rape cases. Such people will join us. Where. One boy. A girl trapped in a rape case. Who has already filed 4 rape cases. Has already filed 5 rape cases. Has already filed 9 rape cases. Saying that. All the
boys. Had given her a wedding bouquet. So we will have testimonies of people. We will have poetry. That when a person is accused. Of a false rape. Or a false sexual offence. Then how does his life go. So. Obviously there would be a lot of discussions. And last but not the least. A lot of people. Will get the opportunity. From which my life. Will begin. People will know that they are not alone. People will meet such people. Who are suffering from such cases. From such false allegations. So it's a
community initiative. It's an initiative. By citizens. There will be men, women, families. Who have suffered. Because of false cases. It's a united effort. I don't know what we will achieve. But until we raise our voice. No one will listen. I am sure this will amplify. And this podcast. Guys. This is also an effort. So hashtag. Deepika is rollback69. Or rollback section 69. Hashtag rollback69. Hashtag rollback69. Guys this is on your screen. Please from today. And from now. About this. Start ex
pressing your opinion. On social media. And who should be tagged Deepika. What is your guideline around that. The most important individual. Who can take a call. On this law. Is the Home Minister of India. Mr. Amit Shah. Definitely please tag him. Along with him the Law Minister of India. Please also tag the Members of Parliament. Who are from your location. Your state. Tag them. You can also meet them. If you need any material. Email me. I will provide that material. We have provided a petition
on change.org. It is very exhaustive. It tells why the law is problematic. You just take that petition. And show it to your Members of Parliament. Request them. If you want to join us. We have a Telegram group. I will share the link with you. You can also join that. And this protest. Against section 69. On 14th February. It is happening in Delhi. And in Bengaluru. You can also join this protest. In Bengaluru. At Freedom Park. I will share the details with you. Thank you. If you believe in equal
justice. Please be a part of this initiative. Thank you so much Deepika. There are two ways. I will divide them into two ways. One is digital way. One is physical way. On 14th February. You can be at Jantar Mantar. If you are from Delhi. You will get the details of Bengaluru. In the video description. There is a Telegram channel. Where you can join. There is a Telegram channel. Where 5000 people have joined. There are 20,000 signatures on the petition. Both the links are in the description. And
the link of the Bekhoff community. Is in the description. All the people. Who are watching this. Start talking about it in the community. Start talking about it on social media. Share this podcast as much as you can. If you think that. Your one share will not make a difference. Then you are wrong. If you are sitting anywhere in the world. If you share a video once. And in your WhatsApp communities. In your Telegram communities. If you spread it on your social media. Then this voice can be ampli
fied. And if you want to reach Jantar Mantar physically. Then nothing can be better than that. But do join the Telegram community. I am also there. From an LA side. But I am also there. And Deepika is also there. So we will also monitor. How many people are joining after Deepika. Because I am sure. There are a lot of people who reach out to me on email. Dms. Deepika does not get time. She gets so many emails. But yes. Please send whatever information you want. But the best part is. If you join t
he Telegram group. You will automatically get the support system. To keep yourself aware also. And probably escalation points also. You will get some clarity for everyone. One thing I would like to say in conclusion. Some people feel that. My work is against women. And from the perspective of section 69. Particularly I want to tell people. That we are not against any women. We are not saying. That women lie. And get false cases done. This fight is between. Justice and injustice. Our laws are. Ju
st one-sided. Or keeping only one side. We cannot make laws. Keeping it in mind. What is happening in the society. What kind of cases. Are happening in the society. I think. A balance. Should be brought. By the new laws. And where. So much of misuse. The scope has been left. There. Without any checks and balances. It is basically a fight. Against injustice. Not against women. Last but not the least. You have friends. You have colleagues. You have brothers. You have family. You don't want. If you
r near or dear one. Has not done anything wrong. Even then. He is trapped in such laws. And his life is ruined. Behind this protest. And behind this initiative as well. To all the women also out there. Please do read. What I am trying to say. Please do read what the law is. Please do try to find. Why this is problematic. And then make your opinion. Or a decision. Thank you. Thank you so much. Very well said. I would like to say one more thing. It is very important to join this movement. Because
I will tell you what. Feminist movements. Are all about gender equality. And here we are talking about gender equality. We are talking about gender neutral law. We are not talking about. We really don't want a biased law. And if you support gender equality. If you support feminist movement. Then you should do it first. And tell all those women. And make them understand. That it is very important for them. It is very important for clarification. That this is actually. The actual intent of feminis
t movement. Is in this. Thank you again Deepika. For the work that you do. And spending such quality time. With quality discussion. And so easily. You told me. A person who did not know much. About this. And because of this. I think there will be many more people like me. Who will be more active about this. So thank you so much for coming. And sharing all the info that you did. Thank you so much Akash. Thank you so much. Take care. I am Akash and you are watching PeePoye. Now nothing will be hid
den.

Don't ask men to be careful, Raise your daughters well.

@ParthaGhosh-bc2uc

This is all beyond logic or rationale, law ministry is not acting responsibly while drafting such laws.. or they are deliberately doing so to create a tool for extortion..The man should demand a hefty compensation from the court for reputational damage

@deejayshaurya5213

This is highly unacceptable from the law lord ,Why would a consentual agreement result in something which will only punish one side of the world ,This is highly unacceptable , Section 69 BNC should be removed

@atushsharma1707

Let's shift the narrative from the allure of quick gains to the enduring value of hard work and education. It's time to unite against the easy money mindset, recognizing that both genders share the responsibility for fostering change. By promoting awareness and emphasizing the importance of diligence, we can safeguard our generation from falling prey to scams and ensure a culture that respects the genuine efforts of our parents and society. Together, let's redefine success through dedication and knowledge!

The checklist for men as discussed from @55:40 onwards: 1) Know the woman that you are going to have sex with 2) Please have as many public meetings as possible before you eventually take the relationship/affair to the next level. 3) Do not lie about anything at all 4) Do not commit if you are not into commitment 5) Please know that there can be serious repercussions for you if any case gets filed against you. 6) If somebody threatens you with a rape case and demands money, you are probably dealing with a organized crime/ racket, in that case, do not sit silent and atleast file a complaint with the commsioner of police. 7) Do not sit silent

@sharma0993

Men are tired of screaming for justice. Thousands of men loosing faith in judiciary. Thousands of men who already faced the injustice are waiting for someone to hear them. Still working every day with a heavy heart and contributing to the country. Instead of doing amendments of women centric laws of 1950s , government is bringing more gender biased laws . Bhartiya nyay sanhita section 69 is one of them . The problem with the law is 1. If a boy doesn't agrees to marry after sex he will be punished with 10 years of jail. if a girl doesn't agrees to marry after sex ,then nothing?? 2. Any male can have sex with female employee if he promises job or promotion and he fullfills it.if he fails then 10 years of jail. where is the dignity and modesty of women?? what if a female promises for job and fails to give it????? The day is not far when men will stop believing in judiciary.
