All right, another year, another batch
of fifth-grade headcases. Let's just get through it. I hope everyone's met
our class pets, Leonardo and Squirtle. I'm not touching those things. Don't they eat, sleep,
and poo in the same place? Hey! I poo where he sleeps. That lizard looks pretty old. Do I look old? Thank you. No animal wants to be locked up. I wasted my life! This year, every student
has to take home a class pet. -This is my shot.
-Are you nuts? So I go with these kids, then I escape. The

-He talked, he-- People can't know! Why are your hands wet? They're naturally moist. You're talking to them. These kids are all benefiting
from my 74 years of wisdom. Everyone thinks I'm weird. Kid, they don't even know you. Try doing this. Wait. Leo! Cheese. First one? Usually it's in the front,
but very nice. -You're growing up.
-No. It's my dad. What is so special
about this reptile? He made me feel like
I
could do anything. This is gonna end badly. It's a tough time,
but these are the best years. Believe me. This is incredible!

I'm glad to see Adam Sandler in different roles, he can act if he has actual material like in Uncut Gems.
Adam Sandler was a massive part of my childhood, and I can’t wait for him to be a massive part of my kids’ life. I’m just happy it’s gonna be earlier than expected.
When he said “Everyone is scared, so don’t keep it to yourself. Find your Leo, your friend, your teacher your parent”. I was teary eyed on the ending.
I just watched this last night, and my whole family laughed through the entire movie. It's probably one of the funniest animated kids movies I've ever seen!
I am a teacher, and I loved how realisticly were shown every first graders!🤣

I know that some people might think this movie might be crap, but honestly I admire the work they put into these animations. Look at the detail, the textures, the face expressions, etc...This stuff takes a lot of work.
This is such a great movie. Humor for kids and Adults. Life lessons for days. Such a breath of fresh air from Adam Sandler. Beautiful message delivered
I just watched this and absolutely loved it. A must watch with the whole family :) It’s a breath of fresh hair of a comedic yet heartfelt movie with good life lessons. Awesome job to the creators of this!
As a Floridian with a pet lizard I had to watch this, didn’t expect to love it so much! This was really an amazing movie! ❤
This is gonna be one of those feel-good lessons on life kind of movies which a lot of children and even grown ups will benefit from watching. Looking forward to it 👍

This was a cute movie to watch with the family over fall break. The scene where Leo attempted to do his mating dance and the girl chameleon just camouflaged herself onto the tree in response had my mom in a fit of hysterical laughter for like 15 minutes.
I just watched this and it was actually way better than I thought it would be. Adults can definitely enjoy this too.
At first I thought I'd skip this one bc it looked bland, but seeing the trailer I'm definitely gonna give i a watch. The concept of a class pet seeking to make the most of his life all while befriending and teaching a class of kids is very wholesome and clever.
2:11 Leo word of caution there, fireflies are actually toxic and EXTREMELY dangerous for lizards to eat. Bearded dragons especially have croaked from being fed just one of them.
So a metaphor for how some old folks feel like they never really lived and also about how kids can learn from basically a 70+ year old man (or lizard). That’s actually a pretty sweet message.
