citizens getting to relive some fun Memories by going back to prom Arbor Robinson takes us inside the St Patrick's Day fun Long Beach High School student council giving their community's senior citizens a sham rocking time every year our student council tries to do a big philanthropy project and so this year we thought of a way to help back with our community we're calling at our senior citizen prom but it's not kind of like the proms we're used to in high school we kind of ditch the formal dres
ses and we have we do have music but we're doing fun more carnival style games student council president and Senior Jared Smith says this is a way to bring more awareness to a community often times forgotten and I think sometimes we kind of forget about our senior citizens cuz you know we try to move on keep going the Next Generation but we can learn so much from these old people and I think people kind of forget sometimes the Divide we have but we are very similar kind of the old people and the
new prom attendee and longtime Long Beach resident Jane Wallace says she loves seeing kids give back and that it's a great time to learn from one another well they teaching me how to do my smartphone I can't I just got it a couple weeks ago and I'm still trying to figure it out Wallace says she holds dear opportunities like this they're fantastic I love them I love them in Long Beach Harper Robinson WX news now
