i will tell yall if it works!im a bit chubby so ill try this! Day 1 ✅️ :: felt a little burn (i did it twice but missed some of of the exercises) Day 2✅️ :: did it 3 times! my belly started to have some shape! (it burns!i also eat healthy!) here’s a tip for people who struggle with neck pain in the first two parts: you can put your arms under your neck as a support but keep doing the workouts as you would without your hands; your stomach will still feel the burn!

day 1: FELT THE BURN. got a cramp 2 1/2 mins in💀felt like i saw slight changes… day 2: felt it a lot in my core. didn’t get a cramp this time thooo so that’s good. i definitely feel skinnier and sorta see a bit of change day 3: same as day 2 day 4: starting to see results, my core feels greats lol day 5: same as day 4, day 6: day 7: like to remind me💗

doing this every day till new years! weight: 57 - 59 kgs height 5'5 date :21 dec 2023 day 1 : did it once + 2k walk :) lifted 1kg weights reps 35 - 40 times 50 star jumps day 2 :did it once felt the burn alot more then yesterday did my 2k walk aswell did my 50 star jumps and only did 15 reps my tummy has gotten a bit flater not comptley yet day 3 : did it once + swiming for an hour (just playing games with my siblings and cousins lol ) might not be able to do my walk because its raining but will see maybe after dinner i might do it again tonight because tommrow is xmas eve and im pulling an all nighrer day 4: its xmas eve!! i did it once this evening because i didnt want to do it but i did it once and thats probs all ill do today day 5: so it was christmas so i didnt do it i did do 2 - 3? Hours of swimming day 6: did it once the my stomach is almost comptley flat im not sacred to wear crop tops any more! day 7: did it once plus like 4 hours of swiming? it felt so easy! day 8: did it once 1 hour of swiming! was so much easier then day 1 day 9: did it once! day 10: did it once plus cleaning yk how that it is lol legit took one break the rest of the time it was so easy omll did a 2k walk as well day 11:new years eve | did it once! day 12: new years ! happy new years!! did it once plus play nucken ball with my sister its a mix between vollay ball and net ball i probs will do my work while were on hoilday just cuz i dont wanna lose my streak did a 2k evening walk! day 13: did it once so far its only the morning! day 14: did it once! day 15: its day 14 but i just wanna say ill do it in the morning and ill try to do it while on hoilday day 16: did it once day 17 : did it once plus oce skating ⛸️ for an hour day 18: day 1k let's go did 10.7k steps did it once day 19: did it once went to the biggest water parking in New zealand south island also flew home today day 20: getting teeth out did it once Day 21: done it once so far Day 22: did it once!! Doing this for 2 weeks! Day 1: ✅️ Definitely felt the burn in my legs and core, but I found this workout more enjoyable than demanding. Day 2: ✅️ I did it twice today! Still hurt my core a little. Day 3: ✅️ It was slightly easier to keep up today, but I'm definitely sore. Day 4: ✅️ Same as yesterday. Day 5: ✅️ Didn't start feeling it till halfway through! No visible changes yet, but the exercise is getting easier. Day 6: ✅️ Did it twice and got through it really well! Day 7: ✅️ At one week a see very little visible results, but I definitely feel them. My (nonexistent) abs feel tighter and the exercise has gotten easier. Starting tomorrow, I will be adding a one minute plank every day. Day 8: ✅️ Super easy, plank was the hardest part. Day 9: ✅️ Did it twice today! No visible results yet but I can confidently say I feel them. The plank was still difficult. Day 10: ✅️ I did it 3 time today!
