ve thanks for having me I am glad that Rance took my credit cards cuz just while his package was running I'm already shopping and here discussing it exactly exactly so what is entropy and how is that helping you authenticate different designer pieces that you get in your store so back in um once Louie went to stop doing date codes back in 2021 it was a big um ordeal for us because you know it's one thing for the customers to just take my advice and and trust me to authenticate the pieces but onc
e it gets a little more complicated we wanted to back it up with um this is actually AI technology software that the country uh that entropy designed and they send us these machines oh wow it's like and then we do in-depth uh photos and details like uh it has the magnifying glass and we have to get up close and you can see the grains of the leather wow um up to the taking pictures of the Louis Vuitton stamps and everything and then there's actually also a live person on the other end to talk to
us whenever we're submitting the certification so if we have to take ref photos or anything there's still a live person on that other end communicating with us and at theend and you get the certificate with anything that's authentic wow that's phenomenal I love you know because because there is so much unfortunately like there is so much fraud in the luxury handbag designer shoe we see a lot of that and so this is a great way for your customers to feel safe but I love the fact that like vintage

shoes they love purses and there's the women that just love everything and we get to provide all of that for them and make sure biggest thing for me is making sure that it's always authentic and they don't have to worry about that and we get provide a great variety of stuff you know cuz we don't here in Jacksonville we don't have all the luxury stores like you find in Orlando and other places and I get to curate it and bring it right here to our town yes I love that that was first thing I notice
