Mark Wahlberg is currently fasting during Lent and he's looking absolutely shredded so I've been intermittent fasting 18 hours no food I got that six hour window to eat most days he uses a fasting window but other days he will Fast for a full 24 hours or abstain from meat and take a plant-based meal replacement plant-based protein Secret Sauce but even when he does eat the total calories seem low and he doesn't include any carbs so I could have one regular sized meal I'll have fish and some vege
tables and two small meals that don't equal the size of a full meal so I might have a tiny little tuna salad so I have some eggs and uh maybe a little smoked salmon or something what makes this extreme is that he's doing this while working out at three or four in the morning followed by a second f45 workout later in the day the 4am Club is officially back we're doing this all throughout lent man I feel good I feel good I woke up at 3 20 a.m tied up and fire it up let's go

I'm doing intermittent fasting. It's called being broke.
I wake up at 3am to take a piss, then I go back to bed
"Man I feel good" he said looking so exhausted to even raise his voice.
Shirt off = Beast Shirt on = Gandhi
I honestly don't think I've ever seen Mark Wahlberg looking that tired.
I wake up at 2am, roll over & go back to sleep
😂 His face at the end. He looks miserable 🤣
Bro that's Kevin Bacon.
My man is ripped, but looking worn out😢
"man, I feel good" emotionless expression and eyes 😂
Let's not forget the nap you take every day between 8-10am.
Don’t forget he’s 52 not 25, he’s looking better than the haters!
I'm also up at 3:20 AM. Granted, I didn't go to bed yet, but that's not important.
bro transforming into kevin bacon
face shows unhappiness
No carbs has him looking tired 🥱
I wake up at 3am. Realise I'm not Mark Wahlberg and go back to sleep.
His mouth says that he feels good , but his face shows that he is about to pass out
-"I feel good!" You don't look like you feel good. Lol😂
I did intermittent fasting while in the marines (0311) and it worked wonders. I would eat dinner and that’s it. Never looked this tired/fatigued ever. For those who might say I wasn’t training very hard, dropping from 205 to 170, back to 205 in 4.5 months takes some effort
