Listen to the first single from the MARRY ME soundtrack “On My Way” by Jennifer Lopez: https://jlo.lnk.to/OnMyWay -- https://uni.pictures/MarryMeFB https://uni.pictures/MarryMeTW https://uni.pictures/MarryMeIG https://uni.pictures/MarryMeTikTok https://uni.pictures/MarryMeSite Packed with original songs by Jennifer Lopez and global Latin music star Maluma, Marry Me arrives next Valentine’s Day with Lopez starring as musical superstar Kat Valdez and Owen Wilson as Charlie Gilbert, a math teacher—total strangers who agree to marry and then get to know each other. An unlikely romance about two different people searching for something real in a world where value is based on likes and followers, Marry Me is a modern love story about celebrity, marriage and social media. Kat Valdez (Lopez) is half of the sexiest celebrity power couple on Earth with hot new music supernova Bastian (Maluma, making his feature-film debut). As Kat and Bastian’s inescapable hit single, “Marry Me,” climbs the charts, they are about to be wed before an audience of their fans in a ceremony that will be streamed across multiple platforms. Divorced high-school math teacher Charlie Gilbert (Owen Wilson) has been dragged to the concert by his daughter Lou (Chloe Coleman, Big Little Lies) and his best friend (Sarah Silverman). When Kat learns, seconds before the ceremony, that Bastian has cheated on her with her assistant, her life turns left as she has a meltdown on stage, questioning love, truth and loyalty. As her gossamer world falls away, she locks eyes with a stranger—a face in the crowd. If what you know lets you down, then perhaps what you don’t know is the answer, and so, in a moment of inspired insanity, Kat chooses to marry Charlie. What begins as an impulsive reaction evolves into an unexpected romance. But as forces conspire to separate them, the universal question arises: Can two people from such different worlds bridge the gulf between them and build a place where they both belong? The film also stars John Bradley (Game of Thrones), Michelle Buteau (Michelle Buteau: Welcome to Buteaupia) and Utkarsh Ambudkar (Mulan). Marry Me is directed by Kat Coiro (Dead to Me, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, upcoming She-Hulk) from a screenplay by John Rogers (The Librarians) and Tami Sagher (NBC’s 30 Rock) and Harper Dill (The Mick) based on the graphic novel by Bobby Crosby. The film is produced by Jennifer Lopez p.g.a. and Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas p.g.a. (Hustlers, Maid in Manhattan) for Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions, by John Rogers for Kung Fu Monkey Productions and by Benny Medina (Hustlers, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air). The film’s executive producers are Alex Brown, Willie Mercer, Pamela Thur and J.B. Roberts.

This is gonna be EVERYTHING! she's bringing early 00s romantic comedy and we're here for it!!!
I forgot how much I've missed rom coms. I grew up on rom coms from like the 90's and I feel like they were killed off in the 10's and to see this gives me hope that more will come.
Saw it with my college yesterday and well as someone who normally cannot STAND romance movies, this is one I would gladly watch over and over again! The chemistry between the two characters was amazing! The songs were pure gold and the plot was just so loving, it had me both angry (*cough* Bastian *cough*), laughing, crying, and dancing. I am so glad I took a chance and watched it.
I love that these two are in their 50s, enjoying life and each other. More like this, please! Seeing it this week!
"Will you marry me?" "No!" Roll Credits 😂
I love that the romance is between two people in their 50s. We need more cute fluffy romance stories for mature audiences. Young people shouldn't be the only ones to have fun!
Pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this movie. Despite the same type of ending we see in pretty much every romantic movie, the concept itself felt unique. Oh and the music was great
Now I can write a comment about the movie because I saw it yesterday and let me tell you: it was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed every second of it. The chemistry between Jennifer and Owe, the beautiful singing, the story line, it was the perfect movie for Valentines. Go and see it, you won't regret it!
I hope we see a return to big, dumb and fun romcoms like this.
The premise is so dumb that I freaking love it, I need to watch this, yes! Yes!
I find it sweet and the chemistry between the two was just great. I love the scene where they shared a kiss during the 'wedding' - it was like they've found each other right there at that perfect time.
That video was amazing! I love romantic comedies! They always make me laugh and cry. I can't wait to see this one! Save up to 90% on flights using Mighty 👌 Travels 🖖🏿 Premium.
I'm not going to lie. This actually looks kind of original. I'm sure we all know how it will end already, but it's a new method for two people getting together. I'm actually really interested in seeing this.
JLo’s romcoms are always good! I miss the 90s-early 2000s romcoms. Wedding Planner and Maid in Manhattan are a couple of my faves. They don’t make ‘em like that anymore! Hope she starts the trend again! ❤️
( 48 ) year old guy here. I'm 52 minutes into this fricking awesome movie. Just a shout out to all those that are in love with romantic movies. This movie is so good.
Saw the movie last night AAmazing Love you J.lo❤❤❤
So ready to watch it on Valentine's Day 2022 ! Another great Jennifer Lopez Movie !
This seems like it ticks every box of a romcom checklist I didn’t know I was into: a premise seems outta Wattpad: ✅ marriage before romance: ✅ nerdy guy: ✅ 40+ protagonists: ✅ music: ✅ good styling: ✅ if it has a decent screenplay and well executed, I can’t see why this can’t be a hit!
I remember when this was a webcomic only, years ago, and I read it every week and reread it a number of times whenever I needed a pickmeup. So good to see it's finally a film. The creator deserves every bit of his success.
Just finished watching it & I gotta tell you, it's pretty awesome...amazing chemistry between jlo & Owen Wilson...love to experience that same early '00s kinda romcoms that I missed so much...love it!!!
