As a Muslim i loved this show and was extremely disappointed when they cancelled it. It created really interesting discussions in our family about Dajjal and Imam Al Mahdi (as), his coming and whether in this digital day and age, if we would truly believe his reappearance. It was a fantastic show.

Probably one of the most amazing series I've ever watched I was literally glued to the tv the entire time waiting on what would happen next. It's unfortunate that we can't have nice things it would've been great to see where this was going but I can probably guess. The hair on the back of my neck stood up when Al-Masih said "What would you do to bring about 1000 years of peace" a very chilling suggestion and a very bad omen.
This is one of those shows that you stumble upon on a weeknight and end up finishing the whole season early next morning. I watched it twice. I am still devastated that it’s been cancelled. Such well written script, brilliant and yet low key cast and masterful execution in every aspect, it’s captivating in every breath. I really don’t understand why Netflix canceled the show, apart from it being a terrible decision that I personally hold a grudge against. With deep and lingering sorrows I must say, The Messiah was completely awesome while it lasted.
This is the best show i have ever watched. Netflix you will never get a dime of my money again. Such a great series and you give everyone the finger by not finishing the story.

Gutted this show got cancelled, the first series was beyond brilliant. Would love a second series.

The day of dajjal's coming out is near and may Allah keep us firm on our faith so we can be protected from this fitnah .. every word that Quran says is true subhan Allah
This series deserve to have many more seasons. It is that good!! It has so many angles to it which makes you watch it over and over again.
