Welcome to a new vlog I am Asmatullah Kohistani with a new video from The City of Hearts I am currently in Konya city of Mevlana Today we will be exploring Konya starting from Mevlanas Museum [Music] Lets talk about the location of Mevlanas Museum and Shrine There is a square a small park and a mosque Sultan Selims Mosque which was build in 1570 and on my left is the Museum There is a big gate called Meydan
gate which is used for exit I see other gates we go and find entrance gate On the corner there is another gate called Khamoshan There is a grave here also called Ashiq Semi His real name was Ahmed he was a poet We entered the Mevlana area, the first thing I see is a park The Mueseum is open from 09:00 to 06:30 and there is no entrance fee There is another door just before the shrine called Chalabeyan There is a pair of chain hanging at the door Probably this is because you should enter with resp
ect I see some graves here also But there is no information on who these belongs to here I see multiple buildings here a lot of tourists and school children [People talking in distance] There is a building on the right side which has 15 rooms Different Mevlana related items are displayed here like, Masnavian, Islamic Calligraphy Also Mevlana Music lets see inside There were 15 rooms and items were in glass boxes Therefore you see reflex in videos Interesting historic items and last two rooms wer

re outside Musuem We then go to Shams-i-Tebriz shrine which is located about 2-3 KM from here I see mostly souvenirs which you usually find in touristic areas But I see two items which I have not seen before Islamic Beads and sugar cubes which is also called Mevlana sweets You see religious people in Konya more than other cities I see copper pots everywhere in Turkey I see also sugar bowl which I have not seen anywhere else I think these sweets are same as we have in Afghanistan Different types

From 20 to 50 TRY Those with dry fruits are more expensive I try this one which is with hazelnuts Same taste as in Afghanistan [Making a joke] Lucky it was not a taste for me I ate it directly We continue our exploration of the Bazaar Hello!
