That's why I'm starting with me. I'm an alcoholic now sober for 1 year and dam proud of myself. My husband kids father passed away Christmas day at 12:57 pm 2023 and still stayed sober. So whenever I feel like giving up I play this song to remind myself how far I've become, that my children are proud of their mom being sober and it has bought us closer. You have to want to change for yourself no one else but you and it's ok to put yourself 1st
