India launched a plan on 13th October 2021, claiming that in a few years, it will defeat the world's largest manufacturing giant, China, and take its place. PM Gati Shakti Master Plan The 21st century India will be given Gati Shakti. With the determination of independent India, we are building the foundation of India for the next 25 years. Second claim Let's be honest and face it. According to the standards of developed countries, Indian roads suck. Indian infrastructure sucks. And until we don'
t understand our shortcomings, how will we be able to grow? Today, the infrastructure of all developed nations, including countries like China, is something like this. But if we talk about Indian roads, I live in Mumbai and if you leave the house, there are 100 potholes and thousands of cars, which will cause traffic jams for hours. India's infrastructure and city planning is one of the poorest in the world. But again, it is a claim that PM Gati Shakti will fix this problem from the root and mak
e India's infrastructure world-class level. In fact, the second name of this plan is PM Gati Shakti Infrastructure Master Plan. Next claim This generation infrastructure and multi-modal connectivity will be given Gati Shakti from this national plan. Third claim If you are a businessman, then you must know that establishing a company in India is such a big task. I myself am the founder of two startups and I have a lot of entrepreneur friends. So trust me on that, it can be really very bureaucrati
c. Where and how to open the company, what documents are required, from which department to take approvals and how much tax is to be paid. This is the plan. If the government's projects are fulfilled within the time limit, then this Gati Shakti National Plan will provide correct information and accurate guidance. So is it truly going to be a big game changer for India? Well, in reality, the Gati Shakti that the government is making such big claims on the Yojana, that Gati Shakti is just a map-ba
sed digital platform. That is, Google Maps. Like an app. So now the question arises, how will the government fulfill such big claims? Is it practical or just a matter of air and air? Can India really defeat China with this one plan? Or is it just an election propaganda? As it has been said many times before, that they will turn Mumbai into Shanghai and so on and so forth. Well, for this, we must not only look at the facts, but also at its practicality from an unbiased and rational perspective. W
hat is the vision of this plan? Will it be able to be practically executed or not? If yes, then how? And what are the strategies that have been proposed that will improve the business sector and infrastructure of India at the root level? So let's find it out. And I highly recommend friends, whatever business you are doing or want to do, watch this video till the end. Because in this, we will understand how Gati Shakti will benefit ordinary Indians. But we will also understand in detail what uniq
ue benefits businesses will get from this. Now, before we understand PM Gati Shakti, we need to understand why India has not yet become a manufacturing hub in the first place. What are the problems that have made it very difficult to do business or open a company in India as compared to some other country like America? So well, there are two major problems behind this. The first problem is the problem of business setup. Basically, if you want to start a manufacturing startup, or if you are think
ing of starting a business, then these four major challenges will come in front of you. Challenge number one, finding tax-free zones. That is, to find special economic zones for your business. That is, those governmentally developed and privileged areas where supporting facilities are found after starting a business. Facilities like free tax for five years, subsidized rent and electricity, etc. benefits. Challenge number two, logistical connectivity. Finding this out is also very challenging and
time-consuming. Whether a potential business location is connected to the most routes to bring raw material and deliver finished goods or not. Challenge number three, licensing and clearance. Before starting a business, it is important to have a complete understanding of which licenses and clearances you need to take. And it is also important that all those documents are available under one roof, which is not yet available. Now, it is not that these problems have not yet been addressed in India
. Today, there are 232 tax-free zones in India. There are no companies that want to come here. And the reason is majorly one. Lack of connectivity. Let me give you an example to help you understand. So, this area is Boisar, the largest industrial suburb of the financial capital of India, Mumbai. And as you can clearly see, this cluster is only connected to local roads. If we talk about railway connectivity, it is only connected to this single railway line. And let alone the airport. The nearest
airport is in Santa Cruz. And it takes three hours to deliver goods, depending upon traffic. So, now just think, if an economic capital like Mumbai is one of the biggest industrial suburbs, then you can imagine the situation of other areas. So, basically, what is stopping India from becoming a manufacturing hub? If we sum it up in one line, then the answer to this is lack of connectivity. Now, let's understand how the problem will be solved by the speed of a map portal. Challenge number four. La
ck of online presence. Now, coming to the last challenge. Apart from connectivity, business development, especially startups, is a major challenge. A major reason behind the failure of 98% of startups in the first five years is lack of online presence. How beneficial is it for any business to have a website or e-commerce store? I don't think I need to tell you this. But most of the founders are unable to go online because they think that making an e-commerce store is a very difficult task. It ta
kes a lot of money and you need coding and technical skills to do it. Otherwise, it becomes very difficult. But today's world has completely changed. Today, we have such platforms that you can make an e-commerce store for yourself with zero coding knowledge. Let me tell you how to make an e-commerce store in just five minutes from a platform where you can make it for free. So, first of all, you have to go to Udo and select e-commerce. And then you just have to follow four simple steps. First, yo
u have to describe your business. For example, if I want to sell online pizza, then I have selected that. Second, choose an option from the color palette or get the color palette detected from your logo. Third step, select the pages and features you want. Fourth step, Udo will present you with three AI-generated themes. From which you can choose any of your favorite themes. For example, I selected this one because it looks a little cool. Now, everything in your e-commerce website is customizable
. First of all, I add some good images to the homepage. And then I add text on top of it and change its color. Then below, I want the customer to be in the Quotes section. So, I drag and drop this Quotes block from the side panel. And then maybe there should be one section that tells the steps of purchasing a pizza. So, I also drag and drop this steps block. So, the homepage is ready. Now, let's add the products. For this, go to New and then Products and mention its name and price. Then, upload
the image of the product and write down its basic details. Also, you can drag and drop blocks like the homepage on this page. And the text is customizable. And then, the product page is done. By adding as many products as you want, I can make my e-commerce store. Basically, Udo is 101% customizable. Plus, you will get a discount. You will get a free custom domain for a full one year. And unlimited hosting with customer support for life. Which is a game changer for any business. So, you know how
to make an e-commerce store. But if you are running a company, then you have to pay attention to so many things other than the website. Sales, Finance, Inventory and Manufacturing, HR, Marketing, Service, Productivity, etc. Now, of course, there are different softwares for all these things. But if you get the solution for all these problems under one roof, well, that is also possible with Udo. Because this is an enterprise resource planning software which will get rid of all the tension of all t
hese things. And the best part is that you can always try their first app for free. Always. That too, without any credit card details. And Udo's flexibility is such that you can modify your plan according to the requirements of your business. You can add apps and you can also explore their yearly and monthly plans. So, if you want to start your new business or you want to grow your existing business, then I would definitely recommend you to check out Udo. This is a brilliant business solution. L
ink is in the description. And now, let's come back to our video. Now, friends, before we move on to the second major problem, I want to share a very unfortunate fact with you. Did you know that in 1977, China stole the idea of making special economic zones from India? And by adopting this idea, instead of India, it has become the world's manufacturing hub. Whereas India is still struggling. And the reason behind this is only one. That is better execution. And that is why I personally hate corru
pt government. The first major mistake is that till date, all these Zs in our country have been unplanned. They were made according to the vote bank only, not for actual purpose. Neither any connectivity was seen, nor was any benefit of the country seen from it. Basically, think of it this way. A politician said that he will generate jobs and to fulfil his promise, he declared a particular area as SEZ. But in reality, no company came there. And the second major mistake, where our SEZ plan failed
, was plain corruption. If you search for SEZ corruption on Google, you will find so many politicians who declared SEZ and defrauded in the name of construction. Anyway, now let's talk about the second major problem, which is preventing us from being a manufacturing hub. And that is the lack of coordination between government ministries. Now look, let's understand this with a simple example. In India, it happens many times that if there is work to build a road on a land, then the road ministry g
ets it done, right? After that, suppose, optical fibers have to be laid on the same road, then the telecom ministry lays it down. Then they also come and dig the same road, and leave after doing their work. Then the road ministry makes that road new again, but then the water ministry remembers that water pipelines have to be laid on the road. Again, they also dig the road, and after that, once again the road ministry comes and makes the whole road again, and then suppose, there is a problem of d
rainage in that area, then again the cycle of do, undo, redo keeps going on like this for so many times. Due to which, of course, the quality of the road gets spoiled, plus because of the digging again and again, the transport jam that happens, what about that? People literally cry tears of blood, that dude, whenever you see, the road itself keeps on digging. And plus, to make the same road, the government's 4 times money is also being wasted. And frankly speaking, this is a very common thing in
India. You must have seen yourself digging your own roads many times and coming back. Let me share an incident with you. In 2021, there were 250 road accidents in Bengaluru city. And the reason for these accidents was useless road quality and potholes. Those who had the responsibility to fix, BBMP, that is the municipal corporation there, but whenever there was a question on the MP, they put all the blame on the road contractors. But is it true? Are these accidents only caused by the contractor
s? Because the contractor Manjunath said that there is no problem in the road quality of Bengaluru. Timely inspections are done to maintain the road quality. But there are two major reasons for the roads to be spoiled and potholes to be made. The first reason is heavy rainfall. And the second reason is that optical fiber cable companies and BBMP and other government bodies have to come again and again and dig those roads. That means absolute lack of coordination. Because of which, so many road a
ccidents are happening. And unfortunately, the problem of this same miscoordination is present everywhere from east to west, north to south of India. In the north, in Lucknow, then in Turochi, Pune, and even in the capital of India, Delhi. So now the question is, how will Gati Shakti solve this? Well, let's understand the problem solving formula of this map-based portal. So first of all, it will connect all the ministries of the government with its map-based portal. That means all the ministries
will be together. And every ministry will always know which ministry is doing what. This will set the protocol for the execution of the project between the ministries. And ultimately, the goal will be that the same project will not be redo and undo. Now we will understand it further with more detailed examples. But first of all, let's understand how Gati Shakti will solve these three major problems of businesses. And India will also understand that India will potentially make China a better man
ufacturing hub. So the first problem that we talked about is the problem of tax-free zones. So for a business, in its initial phase, capital is the most important. But as we already knew, in SEZ, there are zero taxes for five years. And plus subsidies are also available, so the initial capital investment is very low. And so, PM Gati Shakti Portal to find the right SEZ areas. On which, you can go to your desired location and select the exact state, district, and relationship. Further, you will ge
t the option to fill the land requirement according to your needs, that is, how much land you need. And as soon as you fill this requirement, all those tax-free areas will be highlighted in front of you, which suit your requirement. Now, of course, land is not enough After that, comes the second challenge, which is the challenge of logistical connectivity. And only then will you be able to get raw material and easily reach the market with finished products. Again, Gati Shakti Portal will solve t
his problem for you where you can clearly see which connectivity and services are available in the selected SEZ area. For example, how far is your selected business location from the national And how far is the availability of electric lines, water bodies, and petroleum pipelines? And once both these challenges are cleared, then the third and biggest challenge of your startup is to get license and clearance certificates for your business. This too, through Gati Shakti Portal, you will be able to
go to your specific business and find out which department and which clearance you need to get And this, in my opinion, is the most frustrating step. So, where to start your business, which services are available what is the connectivity like, what licenses are required to start your business, every step becomes easy for you with Gati Shakti. Now, obviously, when this portal will be launched, it will be launched in an initial stage. And then, further on, it will also have evolution and updation
. And the goal of this portal is to empower a businessman no matter if he is from a small city with as much data, analytics, and information as possible so that his decision-making process becomes very easy. And there should be and scaling a business. Because these entrepreneurs will generate employment and will increase the economy of India. So, now, moving away from the business sector, let's understand that Gati Shakti connectivity or lack of coordination how will it solve the problem? So, ti
ll now, to make India a manufacturing hub, 5 ministries are running projects at their level. Like, the first one is Ministry of Railways. It is currently working on Freight Corridor Project, which will connect India's major manufacturing hubs through railway. Second is Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, whose exclusive focus is Bharat Mala Pariyojana. Once the project is completed, all the manufacturing hubs in India will get a highway connectivity, which will make transport, which is a li
feline, time and cost effective. Third ministry is Ministry of Ports. Their Sagar Mala program, is developing port-led in India, which will connect minor ports to major ports and major ports to manufacturing hubs. Because currently the situation is such that small freight ships and big freight ships both unload their goods at major ports. Which increases the waiting time of ships. But, this project being completed, freight traffic, will reduce and eventually the logistical connectivity will incr
ease even more. Fourth ministry is Ministry of Civil Aviation. It is currently working on the flight program. And the main goals of this project are development of regional aviation market and affordable aviation. Which is economically profitable and which delivers goods fast. And finally, the fifth ministry is Ministry of Commerce. This ministry is especially developing SEZ areas, which are linked to the current projects of all the ministries. So, in these ministries, you get to know what each
ministry is doing for logistical development at the pan-India level. But, that is why it becomes even more important to have effective coordination. We have to focus on smart work rather than hard work, in which PM Gati Shakti Plan will help. All the ministries of the government will be together on this portal, so that they will already know which products are currently running in which department. And whether there is any overlapping in those projects or not. This will help all the departments
to know, which will increase the smart work and not the hard work. For example, if road construction is about to start anywhere, then telecom and water power ministry will come and do their work. So that after one road construction, it will not be necessary to dig and make it again. Now friends, PM Gati Shakti project is not just on paper. But this project has also started at ground level. The perfect example of this is Mumbai's JNPT port. This is the old map of JNPT port. But this port only had
a roadway connection. It was a big task to take any item to the railways. Because locals also used the same road. And railway station was 12 km away. And perishable goods, for which instant delivery is needed, for such goods, there was no aviation connectivity. So now what will happen? When raw materials will not reach factories from the port, then India will become a khak manufacturing hub. But Gati Shakti completely changed the map of JNPT. Through this portal, all the ministries, along with
the JNPT, and they have planned how to work collaboratively on this project and develop this area. And the result of this is, the first change of the map of JNPT is direct railway connection. That is, there is no tension to take heavy containers to the railway station 12 km away by road. And now this railway route will give connectivity to JNPT from Jasai road to Western freight corridor. Due to Gati Shakti, now JNPT will not only connect from local road, but also connect from two state highways
and one national highway. And yes, JNPT was already a major port. And that is why Gati Shakti joined this port with Sagar Mala project. Due to which this major port is connected to many minor ports. And moreover, for the transport of perishable goods, now this port has aviation also available. DB Patil International Airport, which is only 15 km away from the port, will be connected to JNPT by railway goods at the nearby station of the airport. And from there, by road to the airport and from the
re to the airport, Goods will reach any corner of India in just a few hours from the airport. So now when JNPT has roadways, railways, waterways and aviation, these four types of connectivity are present, then it becomes quite obvious to become an actual special economic zone. And this is exactly what happened. After seeing all these connectivities and services, the Commerce Ministry declared the entire area of JNPT's 5km radius as SEZ. Automobile, Electrical, Electronic, Engineering, Food Proce
ssing and Pharma industries have already been established, which is taking full advantage of tax-free trade. And yes, JNPT is contributing fully to making a manufacturing hub. So just like that, Gati Shakti Project is planning to make more manufacturing hubs in India, which will position India as a manufacturing hub in the near future. So in my opinion, this is a very good step, and practically, it can be executed. I mean, the way strategically planning has been laid, the tactics that have been
developed, the practicality that has been seen, the proof of concepts that have been established, I feel that this is very much practical, and work on this has already begun. We can see the results in many places. But will India be able to beat China by facing this policy? Only time will tell. I want to know your opinion on this. What is your opinion? Share it in the comment section below. And if you don't agree, then I would also love to listen to your rebuttal. Now, if we put aside constructiv
e projects like Gati Shakti, then there is another dark strategy of the government, which the opposition and the media have been cursing a lot. The allegations of the opposition are that central agencies are scaring it away from the ED, or by giving money to the MPs and MLAs of the opposition parties, BJP is ending the competition, and bringing a single-party rule. As soon as BJP joins, all the lies of corrupt leaders are forgiven. This is also an allegation. Just like Mamata Banerjee called BJP
a Bhajpa washing machine, which washes away all the stains of corrupt politicians in a blink of an eye. So what is the whole truth here? Is BJP really doing all this? Is it actually an unfairly killing competition? And will India be dominated by only one party in the future? Well, we have covered this whole issue in a 28-minute video in great depth, which you can click here to watch. You will understand the entire political scenario. That video will be available on the i button here. One thing
that Gati Shakti won't be able to fix for aspiring or existing entrepreneurs like you, which is taking your business online.
