try prioritizations that are used used for decision making especially quick decisions uh but there's no ethical feedback loop that takes place uh during you know there's no internal conscience to the decisions it's based on programming and and what the sensors see Johnson oversees testing of autonomous vehicles and says bad weather has led to vehicle failures and they have yet to test them during periods of freezing rain
