Grayson County Kentucky has reopened today shutting down after a man broke into the shelter Tuesday morning and released 16 dogs today police confirmed one is dead Lichfield police say surveillance video shows Michael Baker breaking into the facility releasing the dogs and then walking outside that building looking for one in particular he later catches the dog and leaves the property surveillance video showed multiple dogs fighting which police believe led to the injuries of four of them and th
e death of the other one dog is still on the run last scene with Baker on Monday before this incident he is charged with burglary criminal trespassing and cruelty to animals
