hello everyone and welcome back today is the end of my second week using Swift I haven't been doing much except for really Zone 2 rides so I don't have a whole lot of rides to share with you all but instead today I'm going to be giving you all a quick tour of my uh zwift setup and my desk so before we get started I just want to say a quick thank you to all the people that have subscribed I think I have six subscribers now so thank you very much so with that said let's get on with the tour so her
e we are in the corner of my home office slash Swift cave here in the center we have my bike this is a Trek fx3 hooked up to my trainer The zwift Hub what I would normally do when I'm done working is just take this chair move it out of the way like that and then I would rotate the bike to face the screen in the back of the office I also have a air purifier next to my shoes and then by the closet I have a foam roller with a Camelback water pack which I also use for some of the longer rides [Music
] coming back over here to the desk this isn't actually an office desk this is a garage workbench which the cool thing about this is It's height adjustable so another thing I would do is actually just come over here and then twist this and this would raise the desk up where everything is at like hand reach eye level when I'm on the bike so let me show you what that looks like I've turned the bike to face the desk I've also put my shoes on so I'm actually going to hop on the bike and show you wha
t this looks like in first person so here to the left I have my fan behind the bar grips I have my keyboard so if I need to look something up or change whatever YouTube video I'm watching it's easily in reach here and then to the right of course I keep my water and sports drinks whatever there other stuff on the desk I have a Bluetooth speaker here and then this is the camera that I actually use to record my commentary videos and when I want to record my rides the cool thing about this is I can
actually just rotate this in the stand and then I can record vertically so yeah it's a pretty simple setup but uh it's mine so it's a short video today but I hope you all enjoyed seeing my setup as I mentioned I've been doing entirely Zone 2 rides since I started and I'm probably going to continue doing them for the next few weeks I definitely feel like my legs are adapting every time that I ride I'd like to give a special thank you to all of my subscribers so far and I'll see you all in the nex
t one thanks

Cool short video for the room tour, desk setup is pretty functional, I like how everything is new starter friendly!
