Governor Ray Cooper one of the very first people to place a bet in North Carolina so today the governor released this video you can see him getting into a car it appears he's headed to a very serious business meeting he's driving through downtown Raleigh and then all of a sudden PNC Arena pops up so the governor makes his way through the PNC Concourse by the can's Team Store love that store then he heads to the Cane's locker room where on his way he finds a 2006 Stanley Cup champion sign on the
wall then the governor Scopes out some hockey sticks found on the wall the next thing you see is the arena where Governor Cooper made this announcement sports betting is now legal in North Carolina and I'm taking to Canes to win the Stanley Cup I love that that's hilarious that's a pretty fancy video right that's a pretty fancy video
