gymnastics on ESPN it's time to Crown a Mid-American Conference Champion the Mac championships live from mud Indiana inside wein Arena Mary McDaniel MC chitro with our entire ESPN crew Mary it's an opportunity for seven teams to chase the ultimate crown and win a m- American Conference Championship what could be the Difference Maker today well Mick today I think the Difference Maker is going to be the balance beam it's going to come down to who stays on who gets all their credit who can stay cal
m and really work the balance beam all these teams have struggled this season on balance beam so I believe that will definitely be the def Difference Maker there four athletes we're keeping our eyes on because they're ultimate difference makers for their respective squads looking first at Easter Michigan's Boris and then Central Michigan Alvarado Reed ball State's Zoe Middleton and Wester Michigan's pton Murphy who has been Sensational in postseason play in her career absolutely you can see that
they're all really strong all-arounders they're all very close together in their national qualifying score you can also see balance beam is one of their weakest events they're going to have to step it up on the other events and get up on the balance beam and really lead their team with some poison confidence some allaround gymnasts to watch in the 2024 Mid-American Conference gymnastics championships rotation one we'll see Northern Illinois on the Vault Kent State on the uneven bars the balance
beam as Central Michigan and then Ball State takes the floor exercise for the first rotation and marry with seven programs competing for the ma Championship three squads do get a buy each rotation absolutely it's going to make it hard to follow who's in the lead and we'll try and do it with the sidebar here so what we'll have is the back Championship each rotation that is up on the right hand side and then the overall score will be on the bottom right hand side throughout the entire Championshi
p meet but you have to keep in mind that they won't have done the same number of events so when you're looking at the overall scores it's going to still be difficult to see who's leading and we may not know who's in the lead going come down to the last rotation so all seven men American Conference programs here in action today all state takes the flp central Michigan takes the beam and for Ball State Hannah ruthberg leads it off and for Central Michigan Ashley vigi and this is an important routi
ne on the balance beam here first one of the competition little bent legs on that series but nice and solid she's going to set the tone for her team hi I always liked when my team started on the balance beam then you know where you stand big wobble there but she saves it nice Dismount sticks are landing that was a really good start for Central Michigan mag Luchi with a stick of the landing little bounce on that Landing there on the beam me Luchi averaging 9.775 this year here's Hannah ruthberg o
n the floor floor is a great event for Ball State andna just needs to settle in on our Landings a little bit I sleeps front hands bring Rudy to a split jump great landing on that one solid start for Ball State on the floor and a Ruth bird second Team all M American Conference this year leads things off on the floor for Ball State back to the beam with Central Michigan Gina laner follows up the gluch Freshman from Flemington New Jersey our best score this season a 9.825 on the balance B well Ashl
ey set her up so if she can stay calm she should do great up there like maybe the judges are taking their time over there on the balance beam nice Mount I love it when they do a hard Mount front toss back hands spring oh she manages to save it pretty big deduction relev on that full turn to a shoot jump the blind landing on that sheep jump half Dismount I'll hop on that Landing two down made it on the beam laner completed still waiting for both scores on the beam to come through the scores on va
ults and bars will also start to populate as we're on the floor and the beam once the floor and the beam are complete we'll then show how the Vault and bars routines went when they're in their intermission and and changing apparatus so we'll make sure that you'll see the vaults and the bars as well but for now focusing on the floor and the beam so for Ball State it's now Carissa Martinez the second floor routine I love this music it makes me feel like I'm in an 80s video game every time I see he
r go I think about it it's Pac-Man right Pac-Man maybe some Donkey Kong okay nice double tuck start ruthberg scores a 9.70 round off one and a half layout with a half a switch split layout front fold great way to finish nice Flor team barisa Martinez the junr from Albuquerque New Mexico scored a 9925 on the floor earlier this season will await her score as she followed up Hanah ruthberg now Samantha Shannon on the Beam for Central Michigan janon The Freshman from naville Illinois that's our flig
ht series little extra bounce with that back leg Michigan looking confident on the balance beam today nice side Su that goes right to what you were talking about Mary at the beginning of the show as beam is going to play pivotal today absolutely doing a great job handling this noise it's a really good crowd today switch Le to a split half nice bonus combination just the Dismount left Shan and the Freshman stick this Landing a she tried a little bit too hard she sat up just a little bit too early
anticipating that Landing good routine three on the beam in the books and so far 19325 score for Central Michigan through two routines there not a bad start they're going to hope to drop that 99.6 got a few more routines to go Suki Fister ready to go on the floor for Ball State Suki's fun to watch on floor unreal Talent All-American second team last year specialist of the year a season ago as well for Ball State she does a great job performing she opens with a nice double tuck beautiful Landing
this crowd loves her no I've been watching Ball State all season their leaps have really improved on floor I love seeing that that could be a separator by the time we're done with this one today absolutely it can handspring front full front Pike nice landing Senor from Fort Wayne Indiana for Paul State Suki Fister finishing with the double Pike another great landing over on balance beam we've got a series coming up nice flip-flop layout switch Le switch half she could split those legs a little
more there that's Amber Mueller on the balance beam senior from Wheaten Illinois front aiel to beat jump seeson best this year a 9825 on the beam she works the balance beam nicely see if she can get her Landing here one and a half Gainer one and a half little step backwards good solid beam routine Beamer te completed for Central Michigan guchi holds the top score so far and with the update now Samantha Shannon with a 9750 the top marks for Central Michigan up to this point of the P now back to t
he floor after Suki Fister completed her routine it's Megan Teter a graduate student from Ohio all state is full of very experienced athletes and Megan terer just continues to rack up the Accolade second Team all Mack in the all-around this year with a front layout to a Rudy double tuck good Landing when scrup takes to the beam for Central Michigan swich Le to a split jump over there on the balance being very nice last tumbling pass for Megan over here the deer followup Fister 990 finishes with
a really pretty front layout front full should be a good score gr the Junior from Canada our best score on theme this year at 9.825 front aial to a split jump one and a half nice landing that's five athletes that have stayed on so far they're just going to hope the sixth one stays on scores higher than a 9.6 Mar you can feel the energy that you mentioned the crowd a little bit ago but there are pockets of fans from each program inside more than Arena you can see the orange intertwined with all t
he red that so many of these teams have yep see the pocket of green for Eastern Michigan up there and the stripes of Central [Music] Michigan couple of pulling GRE green fans with the the striped overalls should get us a pair so Megan ters finished and for Ball State now on the floor it's Zoe Middleton and her soft more season has been Sensational averaging at 9925 rather that's her high on the floor this year she's got a great floor team second in the conference in the floor nice open double tu
ck I would venture to Guess that she can do a full twisting double back there if she wanted to front layout front full All State definitely has some strong music this year there goes Middleton oh no Central Michigan's going to have to count that 9.6 now will probably also take Lana out of the allaround it's alado Reed the sophomore from Costa Rica on the beam beautiful front AA Le to switch half what a shame this is a beautiful Beamer team you just see she was off from the back handspring on tha
t series Pike sticks The Landing what a response on the beam there after the start absolutely what a shame for her though that was a beautiful Beamer team so the beams now complete in rotation one for Central Michigan Ball State has one left on the floor that's Victoria Henry she has a big Flor Team Six in the conference on the floor routine in terms of average this year second Team all Mac for the third time in her career Victoria Henry finishes ball State's floor routine been a good floor rota
tion so far triple W end up on the beam 48 650 before Alvarado Reed's score comes in FR tuck through to a double tuck great landing she knows exactly where she is there doesn't step out of bounds switch as side to a Popa see her teammates really getting into it over there coach s in as well front layout font full little bit short on that Landing manages to stay upright though Middleton just grabbed a 9.90 score ball STS second on the floor How Can Henry finish this first rotation last doubling p
ass double Pike good landing and a point to our teammates to finish up routine number one great floor rotation for Ball State so we'll flip our attention to what happened over at the Vault while we were on floor and beam Samantha nickel starting things off for Northern Illinois earlier today the sophomore from Yorktown Virginia leg separation not a lot of block on the table she lands a little bit squatty there so what we're showing on video is what has already happened and those scores that are
on the screen have already taken place just walking through each routine so Nickel in the books the Joselyn Harbeck finished with a 9.77 here on the fall big step on the landing little leg Separation on her pre-flight pretty good Vault her score just a tad under her season average andise Nook up next junior from Ros Mount Minnesota oh she was way off to the side of the table there you can see she landed outside that line on the mat which is not a deduction in college gymnastics it is in Elite Gy
mnastics um but they do have to have those lines to help the judges see where they're Landing so definitely they're going to take a direction error there just makes for harder Landing too da s The Freshman from Kentucky nice Vault a little Pike down she manages to hold on to the landing great form in the air and her Vault helps set the table for the last two competitors to help Northern Illinois pick up that Vault score at the end y you can see it building Isabella CC the Junior from Blaine Minn
esota averag is just under 9.8 on the season another stick excellent job she gets the stick glasses then the final competitor on the Vault this was a huge Vault here oan the sophomore going to do a one and a half here starts a half tenth higher and she Nails the landing and about a time to get the new season High coming in the MidAmerican conference championships no better time she gets the glasses oay wraps up the Vault for Northern Illinois and those last three vaults yeah last three volters t
hree sticks in a row now we flip over to the bars what happened with Kent State Charlie B the sophomore from Milton Georgia to handstand let's go Maloney overshoot to handstand a little leg separation there the judges probably don't see that they're on the sides staler double tuck six The Landing good start for Kent State 975 for pen and then on the bars now Heidi Schulz the sophomore to Fondulac Wisconsin aashna kova leg separation in the back and definitely not a handstand on that overshoot ni
ce hand in on the high bar double layout legs glued together just came off the bar touch early so a little short on the landing SS with a 960 score and Bren cus Jun at of North Carolina now on the bars averag is at 9.83 nice Str Jagger nice handstands pack Salto love to see your legs together there half pouette another great handstand giant full finishes Just a Touch Lake double tuck sticks The Landing 13 for C Kendall Gilbert senior from Tennessee giant full to a tkachev nice tkachev right into

ing her feet are a little staggered there but really good routine and the best score on the bars comes from her and it's Sarah haxon the senior from Fortville Indiana just down the road here from buy finishing up the bar stradle Jagger right into an overshoot like to see that be a little bit higher when she catches double layout legs fued together small hop on the landing really good start against State on the bars that wraps up rotation one the overall score for the four programs that have comp
eted so far as Ball State right ahead of Kent State Northern Illinois Central Michigan the other three squads coming up here for e welcome back into the 2024 ma championships here from waran arena in M Indiana it's rotation two time and for the first time this afternoon we see Eastern Michigan Western Michigan and Bowling Green all on on the floor right let check out the beam in the floor routine first and then we'll go again to Vault and bars once those first two routines are complete leading t
hings on the beam is Sarah Haxton for Kent State very nice front toss to a feat jump laa banister the senior for Prospect Kentucky performing on the floor oh no stay up there way to start front layout front full over on the floor jump back tuck on the balance beam little wobble switch side to a POA on the floor over there nice strle three4 on the beam just your Dismount left double tuck big double tuck there at the end tough way to start the balance beam rotation haed and Lauren Bannister comple
te their routines to open up rotation two so on the beam for Ken State Zoe ranking sophomore from Pennsylvania and then to the floor goes Bowling Green Kint State's balance beam coach is Josie Angy a great balance beam worker from University of Kentucky just graduated a few years ago it's a luxury to have on the staff it is one of the best balance beam workers I've ever seen actually so ranking for Kent State and then on the FL meadus be the second competitor for Bowling Green good start for Bow
ling Green on floor She is the senior from Mesa Arizona I bet she has a wake up call today with the weather has it really been that friendly the last couple of days well we had 70s a few days ago last week a baly 40 degrees today yeah let's keep the let's keep the snow away though too haven't seen that in the forecast thankfully here goes dius and rank it on the beam loud in here today and the whole opposite side of the arena is pretty full here inside War FR layout front full solid Landing that
can't spring layout step out solid on floor could have gotten a little bit higher with their legs switch SLE straddle quarter on balance beam side aerial nice connection has a turn in and Dismount ready to a split jump on floor not quite all the way around but you can kind of hide it when you do a jump out of it like that eous routine comes to a close big step on the landing there but she got them back on track stayed on the beam no major breaks it's what they needed aent score comes in for Ken
t State on the beam and 9 to5 hope will await Zoe Rankin score and on the floor banister picks up a 9.775 the beam a couple of freshman going to compete next for Ken state in the lineup Gabby Riley from Carri Illinois never fun to have to stand there and wait for the balance beam it's a nerve-racking couple of minutes it is especially at this point in the season judges are taking a while over there on balance beam today at least brup onto the floor for Bowling Green scavage is just under a 95 th
is year round off one and a half font layout very nice one and half a little bit short on that amount of turn there to switch half to stradle full nice connection on floor goes Gabby Riley on the tumbling pass Spring layout stays on the beam good flip full you don't see that too often on Bal screen C full good facial expressions up there on the beam side Ariel just a Dismount left fresman Gabby Riley Gainer full sticks the land solid routine see 33rd year head coach Bryce big in the background o
n Fresh absolutely he's been associated with Kent State gymnastics for over 40 years wow it's a coach that is seen 23 NCA Regional appearances an eight Mac tournament championships always hoping for another one today Kent State and Ball State co- champions in the regular season so that dominance that he's had throughout his coaching tenure with the golden flashes has lived on this year I just saw a strong performance from The Freshman Gabby Riley back pans now the floor for bowling PR double Pik
e good Landing freshman from Columbus Ohio it's an interesting Mount double tuck couple steps there on the landing of it just a little short Danny F tastes on the be now for Ken State another freshman from Michigan back spring layout step out really nice in the air just turned her hips a little on the landing L out front F over there on floor a little shorter than the landing very nice full turn not P where over on the floor that is the fourth Bowling Green competitor that routine switch sleep s
plit jump I love how she gets up off the balance beam very light the way she works balance beam front full big step on the landing really nice routine W St on the beam two wins on the beam this year in her freshman campaign there is strong for Kent State I have a feeling by the time she's a senior she's going to be super confident up there I hear her name a couple of times throughout the course of her career Lissa guns for Kent State Junior from Royal Oak Michigan has two wins in the beam this y
ear G thoron on the floor for Bowling Green another freshman from leads over the UK front tuck the double back tuck oh she manages to stay in bounds nice lift off the floor jump front aial little bent legs nice and solid flight series here double Pike on floor nice flick lay on the beam s j the dismount left fix the landing a great routine Alissa guns fires up K State couple of strong beam performances the last few rotations for the golden flashes and thoron also finished up a routine on the flo
or for Bowling Green been a good start for Bowling Green on floor too and nine sevens are higher for Bowling Green up to this point yep so far all the teams look like they're ready to go today one more turn on rotation two on the beam of the floor Katherine wallacker the Junior from Houston Texas for Bowling Green wraps up the floor routine and for Kent State Heidi Schultz the sophomore from Fondulac Wisconsin four wins this year on the beam and picked up second team on Ma honors hope she can do
it today F says the best average in the Mid-American Conference on the beam and you said the beam was going to be the key piece is could play large for Kent State down the line yes it could tuck through to a double tuck on Flor very nicely done I love to hear the energy in here it's a great Le combination jump combination on the balance beam at Le front toss very nicely done Popa POA beautiful on the balance beam full turn and then a Dismount nice double Pike on floor just the Dismount step on
the landing but hint State needed that on the balance beam that was a really really pretty balance beam routine fabulous routines from wallacker over on the floor and Schultz on the beam igniting the crowds on each respective program's ends it is loud in here tonight and we'll we'll check the scores but those were great ways to end the beam and floow routines for Kent State and Bowling Green and another team escapes the balance beam without counting a fall over to the Vault and the bars while th
e floor and the beam were taking place Eastern Michigan and Western Michigan in competition just look at the Vault from Jana Daniel scored a 9.75 little Pike down on that your Chinko full low now the Vault Chinko layout half with the front little low on that Landing it's a difficult Landing coming out of that b and a Grace McCulla the Senor for a Birmingham Alabama Mr her second appearance on vault this year same vault as her friend landed a little straight leg now Abby Brushwood The Freshman fr
om State College Pennsylvania spring front tuck with a half sticks The Landing good Vault these are all replays of what was taking place while we watched it on K State and Bowling Green on the beam and floor respectively the Brushwood score is just under a 98 and here's Boris oh round off full twisting back handspring on back tuck off that's a difficult Vault she did it well and to wrap it up on the Vault a lot of Fisher a 9.90 here on the Vault beautiful your Chinko full great landing do it too
much better than that just under her season High On That Vault but a great performance from fiser to end the Vault apparatus for Eastern Michigan and over the bars we go for Western Michigan Kev nice handstand tow handstand overshoot another good handstand bik Soul Circle giant full double Pike step on the landing you don't see double Pike too often off the bars it's Danny pic leading things off in the bars at 9825 score on to Katherine Roy second up good save there Maloney legs apart on that b
ack swing oh hand s a little bent arms there you really want to see them swing with straight arms on the bars double layout sticks The Landing good for her Roy from Rock Hill South Carolina a huge tach up oh no it's too bad fall there from Western Michigan and was seeing that unable to stay on the bars affected by that a little bit to get to the handstand there at the end really nice Dismount full trsting double layout just a small stuff on the landing that was a beautiful let look at pton Murph
y on the bars for Western Michigan front giant delev you don't see that very often it's fun to see overshoot to handstand front tuck with the half I don't know if you noticed on that release move but she actually turns through the bottom and does a front flip instead of going backwards into it that was pton Murphy GI in half straddle Jagger there are more ransy now on the bars i s sand double layout just a hop on the landing have a little better leg for on that double layout good rtin he scores
a 98 and it's mckena King the soft throw Han Hannah Indiana to wrap things up from the bars line change strle Jagger overshoot to [Music] handstand double layout holds on to that Landing so mckenic King sends us to the end of rotation two can see where some of the teams are at through two rotations of course some have only competed in one rotation Station 3 up next to the Championships e thanks for joining us in the 24 MidAmerican conference gymnastics championships two rotations are through Ken
t State with a 9785 o at this point but again every rotation has three buys and so the scores will be pretty uneven until we get for the end of this championships so in rotation three Central Michigan is on the floor leading things off there for the chips is Quinn sco up and another The Beam for turn there on the beam you don't see that too much in the college ranks and he Patrol it leading it off for the beam for Western Michigan spring layout step out to Landing there to avoid a wobble arel ca
rtwheel beat Josh double tuck over there on the floor te over there to start Central Michigan off just a little hop on the landing fantastic way to start off balance beam for Western Michigan so Danny Pik and Quin scupa great starts for their respective programs here in rotation three and a Milton The Freshman from Hillsdale Illinois on the beam for Western Michigan and for Central Michigan Elizabeth butle senior from Vermont SC a season ey 99 earlier this year Well season best of the beam is a
9750 you're going to see it later that was a heck of a vault right there it's a good tease we won't say who it was by either but we'll leave the audience guessing that's right either Martinez terer or Middleton for it was good you could probably tell by the crowd noise yeah making them wait over there on the balance beam again one of the coolest part about the Championships though Mary is within all the waiting there's still so much to watch he cack up and the energy never dies down it does not
and like I said several times already this crowd is really into it they are keeping the energy up and you know the athletes feed off that Milton and butle start their routines FR layout front full over there side Ariel round off over there on the beam at Le switch side toss over there on bean Dismount left beer full off the side tiny hop on the landing double check on floor chest just a little low on the landing good way to end the routine though hopea to a Wolf full and there's good energy in h
ere B and Milton's routine complete I think I've seen this many overalls in one building before from a fan base had bowling green Central Michigan all behind the competitors I love it that shows the personality it does I love to see these athletes supported they work really really hard during the year it's nice to have the reward of people coming to watch me Julia corlad The Freshman from witch talk Kansas onto the beam for Western Michigan Elizabeth cesarone will take the floor here in a few mo
ments as well for Central Michigan tell me they're making these athletes wait let specifically on the floor and the beam because they're basically starting at the exact same time yep back handspring back handspring oh she'll get credit for that series but she won't get the bonus front Flor front layout nicely done double Pik ooo a little too much juice there switch side to a split F last tumbling pass double tuck buled her knees just a little on that takeoff so she landed just a little short man
aged to stay upright though tone completes a routine the senior from Lancaster Pennsylvania awaits her score but 9775 and above so far on the floor for the chipa core Flats finished up it's now Sarah moranski the senior from Maryland on the beam for Western Michigan averages a 9615 on the beam the good news is she's a senior so she's should have the experience in this position going up after a fall on the floor it's Luciana Alvarado Reed a softball from Costa Rec looks like the balance beam judg
es are going to conference what are those nerves like in these moments when you're waiting the champ ships to just is the extra tenth of a second of having to wait just you have to be really careful not to let your mind go crazy and start thinking about what could happen you got to keep thinking about what you know you can do her coach come over and talk to her hopefully and probably talk to her about what she had for lunch anything but gymnastics anything but gymnastics oh was a go-to pre meat
meal then well depends on the athlete yeah know most of them don't want to eat too much before the competition but they'll be starving afterwards round off one and a half to a front layout nicely done on floor Swit half to W full showing office routines re completes on the floor back handspring back handspring layout stuff out very nicely done there's moranski on the beam switch Le standing layout step out that is not an easy skill to do from a stand full turn not a probably a leap left well loo
ks like she's just going into her Dismount round off one and a half scks the landing I don't know how she did that her feet almost came off the side of the beam on that round off more of vanke with an exclamation mark on the beam for Western Michigan that's the advantage of having a senior come up after a fall and now two graduat students up next on the beam for Western Michigan to try and put this one in a great position for the Broncos Ashley vuchi awaits on the floor for Central Michigan grad
uate student that wanted one more chance with the chipo FR handspring front double full what is a chipa anyway Native America two and a half front tuck last tumbling pass double tuck little stumble out of that Landing definitely didn't run out of gas I can spring layout step out eler on the B the man that grber over on the beam average is a 9755 on the beam as a graduate student at Le switch half to a ST quarter wow that was nice nicely connected round off one and a half great landing good for h
er backto back impressive performances on The Beam for Western Michigan and they'll end it with pton Murphy who was the M jist of the year a season ago wow to try and follow up the last two beam performances that help Western Michigan in this third rotation three time all Mack pton Murphy the H horn Barker over on the central Michigan side with the floorer the red sophomore from Michigan Master chance for both of these teams to capture some momentum layout nice Rudy really pretty leaps over ther
e on floor good splits nice Pike front toss lands really tall bring layout step out good double Chuck over there on floor he likes that Flor tetine just the Dismount left very nice pton Murphy showing why she won the ma title on the beam two years ago wrapping up the third rotation for Western Michigan look at those scores too for the beam from those last few competitors very good escaped without counting a fall so now move over to Vault with Ball State that's Carissa Martinez again the Vault an
d the bars that will show have already been completed those scores on the screen a representative of what happened a few moments ago so Martinez the 975 open here's Megan terer second to Vault for the Cardinals handspring front Pike and she just Nails The Landing couple minutes ago you said there's going to be a reaction that was the one that was it from Megan Peter Zoe follows that up with another great Vault your Chinko full beautiful I love how she flares out of the full at N9 for Zoe Middlet
on now Suki Fister Suki has a great Vault she just tries a little too hard to stick this one front Pik C you can see she was hoping to stick just anticipated a little too early she has the ability to do anything she wants to on the Vault score a perfect 10 earlier this year there's Hannah ruthberg Chinko full really nice little hop on the land beautiful position in the air and then Victoria Henry to round it out for Ball State on the ball you can see she tries a little bit too hard to stick to s
he just sits up a little bit has to take two steps back that's too bad cuz she's got a huge Vault that wraps up the Vault for Ball State and then over on the bars for Northern Illinois Lana Anderson Jun from Juliet Illinois starting it off to handstand to Maloney overshoot a little short on that handstand hand stand front disount there score a 9725 and then Emily snook the Jr onto the bars where she's averaging 9543 this season Kev she's a little short on her handstands over here double layout h
as to Pike it down to get it over hangs it up in the air just a little shade from Illinois it's been a staple on the bars this year Maloney to an overshoot love to see her work on her feet a little bit good Dismount just to step on the landing Dalia Krauss put up a 97 have handstand shapos nikova see your legs separate back there good connection to an overshoot to handstand giant full double tuck sticks The Landing gets her heels together and here was Isabella CC's routine hi kager it's all the
way to the handstand little bent legs under the bar there double layout short on the landing stays on her feet final routine on the bars for Northern Illinois Al this is Alish Shari the senior from laning Michigan second team on ma on the bars this year line changed to a big strle Jagger overshoot h stand double layout oh sticks Landing great way to end the bar rotation Al ashari second in the conference with her national qualifying score on bars puts it on full display to wrap up rotation numbe
r three we come back rotation four about halfway through the ma championships here mon no e State on to 2024 mid americ conf gymnastics championships and we are off and running three rotations out of the seven are complete and rotation four starts on the floor with Kent State's Zoe Rankin rank it averages a 9830 on the floor i' talk to a big double talk great landing side to POA wolfle finishes with a double Pike but coach Craig sure likes that what a start on the floor for Ken State and Zoe Ran
kin it's a Ken State squad on the floor Mary that does not have anybody that scores less than a 9.82 wow these six in this Kent State floor lineup are absolutely incredible that was a great save over there on that series on the balance game this say Kendall George the senior from Wester Ville Ohio first up for NIU toss split jump split 3/ quter pretty short on that split there round off one and a half just a small hop on the landing manages to stay on the balance beam the senior routine complete
first up for U just feel the weight of what this moment means for these gymnasts well they're all handling it very well today I've been impressed with the Poise so far last Rudy Sky up competes to the floor for Kent State she averages 9.825 on the floor this year double Pike great landing to a POA just joining us the floor and the beam rotations are the first ones we'll look at in each rotation and then we'll go to the bars and the vaults that are happening at the same time we'll have those rep

le full teammates are having as much fun as she is front layout front full double tuck oh no couple steps back there that ends the Freshman for T's floor routine the ma championships and State's going to need some big scores those last two they want to pull into the lead here yeah typically they're best apparatus and so far only one score over that 98 Mark that Zoe ranking at the at the first to go look like we're conferencing over here on the balance beam that conference happening after Olivia
Lind went and before is Bella Ross has a chance to go freshman has to wait a couple more moments for her first time on the beam at championships seems very composed though she does she seems like she's doing a good job keeping those nerves at Bay extra weight time not affecting her I'm sure they practice this in the gym though all right hold up hold up then we'll go yep the girls always hate that in training too I mean coaches probably do that right before they're about to jump on the beam right
and and mess with the the Rhythm yep guns on the floor two wins for guns on the floor this year front layout to a Rudy nice done just have a little too much power on floor today switch ring to a switch half bring layout step out she hangs on to it Ariel nicely done last tumbling pass over on floor double pipe round off one and a half small hop on the landing great job staying on the balance beam after a fall though first ever performance of the back championships for Isabella Ross mats over the
