New Beginnings (UPDATED) - A Sci-Fi Blender Animation
After completing the first cut of this so quickly, I decided to spend a couple days updating the lighting and doing just general polishing. I am personally much happier with this version, as this is much closer to the vision I first set out to create. This is my first animation and was created for the Rokoko "New Beginnings" Challenge. While made in one week, I spent close to 16 hours each day working on it from writing the story, storyboarding, hiring voice actors, making the characters, finding props, rendering and editing video/audio. The parameters of the challenge were to use the Rokoko Motion Library as they have many mocap assets to make character animations. For all the body animations I used those with slight tweaksI also used their facial capture software to animate all the faces. I will be posting a vlog of the process soon, feel free to give any tips or ask any questions!
