OnePlus Nord 3 Indian Unit Unboxing And First Impressions ⚡The Perfect Nord!

At the start of the video, I told you that OnePlus is probably making a big comeback. And we're going to unbox the OnePlus Nord 3, but before that I'm going to tell you something interesting. OnePlus has brought good phones. OnePlus 11 is probably the best & cheapest Edge N2 phone out there for Rs 55-Rs 56K. And then there's the OnePlus 11R which you get for Rs 40K. It's a great value for money! Now Nord's branding was for phones under Rs 30K because they're budget phones. But the Nord phones al

ways had some shortcomings. Like the camera, the alert slider etc. But the Nord 3 changes everything! It's probably one of the most all-round phones out there. But it's now in the territory of the OnePlus 11R. It's very close when it comes to pricing. Seriously, I don't know what to say because this is a great offering! It's a very good offering! But again, if it's priced at Rs 35K, then why not buy the OnePlus 11R for Rs 4-5K? There are a lot of questions out there, but I'm happy because OnePlu

s is bringing out great phones! They're actually going all out! Having said that, let's open the big box! It feels good to open the big box! It's written Nord Nord Nord! Let's open it! Ok, nice! What's this? It's a phone. Let's keep it aside & open it. Ok, it's a coaster. Pretty much everything you could ask for! That's absolutely true! Pretty much everything you could ask for! Except probably the price! Let's do the unboxing & first impressions! Let's open it! It's going to open right in front

of you! It feels good to open the box. I've done around 1000-1500 unboxings & I'm excited every time! Black, Blue & White. There's documentation as well. There's a sticker, quick guide, stickers & a Red Cable Club Card. It's a soft & decent quality case. It's a decent quality case & I'll tell you why! There's an 80W charger & a familiar red USB Type A to Type C cable. Let's keep everything aside & look at the phone. It's a very thin phone with flat sides & an amazing in hand feel. The design lan

guage looks very premium & the back is glossy. There's an LED on the side & this is the colour sensor. It's a glass back & it has Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has a flat front & yes, you also have a garage guard which is very satisfying. It's lovely & feels light. And it'll be an average hand as well. It looks like a tall & narrow phone. It feels very good in hand. Ports & Buttons Let's look at the ports & buttons. There's a speaker grill, a USB Type C port, a microphone, a sim 54 0:03:00,600

--> 0:03:00,000 card tray. On the left, there's a volume rocker. On the top, there's an IR blaster, a speaker grill & a noise 57 0:03:10,200 --> 0:03:10,000 cancelling microphone. So it's very good. I love this alert slider. On the right, there's an alert slider & a power on off button. There's Gorilla Glass 5 protection at the back & Dragon Trail protection at the front. 92g, but I always say less so I said 195g. I overcompensated with 191.7g, so that's nice! Alright, we've seen it from the outside, now it's time to start the phone. I have to tell you a few interesting things about the OS. Wait for that! And yes, the camera! The Ace 2V that was launched in China has been rebranded. But it's different & I'm very happy! Display- It's a 6.74'' 1.5K display with 120Hz fast refresh rate. It has AMOLED display, HDR10+, 1450 nits brightness. So the display is absolutely gorgeous & very nice. If I talk about the bezels, see for yourself. It's thin at the bottom, top & sides & it's uniform. It's not like the chin is big. I think the screen-to-bo

dy ratio is 92-93%. It's a very immersive display. Excellent! Big thumbs up! It has an adaptive refresh rate from 40Hz to 120Hz. So that's good. One more thing I noticed while setting up, the haptic feedback is very nice. It's priced at Rs 33,999 i.e Rs 34K. The 8GB 128GB variant & the 16GB 256GB variant which is more than Rs 4K is priced at Rs 37K. In the introductory offer, it'll cost you around Rs 1-2K less. So it'll be priced at Rs 31-32K. If we look at it, then Dimensity 9000 is a good proc

essor. There are some caveats which I'll talk about. But Dimensity 9000 is a very good processor with 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, LPDDR5X RAM type, UFS 3.1 storage type, 5000mAh battery, 80W charging. So on the specs side, I'll say it's definitely a premium mid-range. Yes, it's priced above Rs 30K but they're also offering good specs. Performance On paper, the AnTuTu score is around 9.5L which is above 1M if you use the latest AnTuTu version 10. So in terms of performance, it's absolutely great! So

if you want to do gaming, you can do it on the highest settings & it runs smoothly. It's very nice for gaming. But! That's where I'm not very happy. If you want to play long sessions, then it does throttle a bit. There's some amount of throttling that happens on performance. It might change with updates. But right now, it does throttle a bit. And it gets a bit hot in thermals too. So when we tested it for 1 hour, it went above 45-47 degrees. So yes, it does get warm. Although this is a 4Nm proce

ssor, so it should be more power efficient. But we didn't get the expected SOT of 5-5.5 hours. We should've got at least 6-6.5 hours. So there too, I think there's some optimization issue. But probably with updates, that might change. But the issues stop there. Everything else, oh wow! Let me talk about the cameras first. Because it doesn't have an Omnivision sensor like the Ace 2V. Yes, it has Sony IMX890 sensor which you get in 11R. Exactly the same primary sensor. And yes, with OIS, Optical I

mage Civilization, you get the primary sensor. Which again, wasn't there in the Ace 2V. So like I said, they've gone all out. There's a secondary 8MP ultrawide & a tertiary 2MP macro sensor. And as I said, there's another sensor for colour. Talking about the selfie sensor, there's a 16MP selfie sensor in the centre punch hole. There are a lot of photos taken. There are 2-3 things that I liked. These are my first impressions, so I can't say much. Low light performance impressed me. Yes, because o

f that Sony IMX sensor, definitely low light performance was quite good. We've taken a lot of photos in every condition. Do check it out, I'm giving you the G-Drive link. We've clicked a lot of photos in different conditions. If you're serious about this phone, do check out all the photos in the original quality. Talking about the video graphics, you get 4K 60FPS in Rare. And with OIS, you get stabilized footage too. But it's 1080p at 30FPS. Talking about the features, you get all the standard f

eatures like 240FPS, Slow Motion Mode, Pro Mode, etc. But, I told you about an OS. When we were looking at Realme 11 Pro+, the Intelligent Search Services was on by default. You have to go to deep settings to find it. So we'll see if it's on by default. Let's go to Additional Settings, then System Services. It's on by default, just like it was in Realme 11 Pro+. Oh wait, there's an update here too. Yes, it was on by default after the update. But the language here has changed & a lot of things ha

get IR Blaster, Face Unlock & an in-display fingerprint sensor. That also works very well. It also has NFC, so all the sensors are there. Connectivity. You get 9 band 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi Calling, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3 & NFC. You have everything. OS Features. You get virtual RAM up to 12GB. Yes, so 12GB plus 8GB is 20GB. If you take 16GB, then it's 12GB plus 16GB is 28GB. Including virtual RAM by the way. Features are no problem. This is the 1st phone that's come on OxygenOS 13.1. This is the

1st Nord phone with 3 years of major updates & 4 years of security updates. So again, a big thumbs up there. IP54 Certification. So it's dust & water resistant. And small things, SAR value is within limits. There's no notification light. There's Widevine L1 support. Everything is there. I mean, I'll say this is definitely a premium mid-range. And finally, what do I think about OnePlus Nord 3? Like I said at the start of this video, it's very close to the 11R's territory. And it offers everythin

g. Definitely, I can say this is one of the most all-round Nord phones. Yes, but the price has gone above Rs 30K. This is the 1st Nord, about Rs 30K. Except that, the intelligent services that I showed you. Other than that, the battery optimization & throttling. Other than that, I think this is a great phone. Even with the throttling, it's performance for daily use is fantastic. I wanted to tell you that we noticed the throttling, that's why I told you. But for a normal user, you won't be able t

o see the throttling. You'll only be able to see it when you play heavy games. So yes, this is a very good offering from OnePlus. They're doing very well, they're going all out!
