e officer M Marquette and back in January Perkins Widow Katella Perkins she did mention that she was given an opportunity to see body cam footage of the events of the incident of Steve Perkins but she just did not want to see see that body cam footage and now footage has been released allegedly by an online Source from an online news source footage has been released and the Perkins Family they've released a response to that saying in part quote the release of this information should have come fr
