kosher salt and while it was salt it was not the right mouth feel yeah I don't know if this is going to be the mouth feel you're looking for this is not what I would traditionally think of as like salt that goes on a bagel But it is divine I mean it's just good sea salt it's pyramid salt right if you've ever seen it it evaporates a little pyramids but in the bucket it it kind of breaks down over time so you end up with this real nice flaky stuff it just dissolves And it's got a wonderful table

Wonderful taste I bought some salt and water to evaporate for my own flakes that's a very good way of doing it that's exactly what this is this is seawater from I don't know Oxford or wherever And they and it's just they harvested it from like tide pools there where it evaporates all the time you know they like flood big tide pools and just let him evaporate and they harvest the sea salt and put it in the buckets and you buy it it's been around for a long time there's only recommended it and I b
