क्यों राहुल को करना पड़ा मलिक का इंटरव्यू | Rahul Gandhi interviews Satyapal Malik

Hello, I’m Ravish Kumar. Why does the media go silent at the mention of Pulwama and Adani? Why is a busy politician Rahul Gandhi forced to become a journalist? These are the two points for today's video. Because Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has interviewed former Jammu & Kashmir Governor Satyapal Malik. Whatever has emerged from that has been suppressed by the media again. Acting as a journalist, opposition MP Rahul has succeeded in bringing the issue back to the surface, but those that are 'journal
ists', by excluding this from the news, have behaved like ruling party ministers. If you look at India's democracy from the media's perspective, you will feel deeply regretful. Has the lapdog (Godi) media made it so bad that to raise people's questions for the govt, opposition leaders will now have to become journalists? This is a video from today. There is such a long queue outside the Reserve Bank of India, these people are exchanging their Rs 2,000 notes, the government has made this arrangem
ent for those who couldn't exchange notes in time, can come to the RBI for the same. But this long queue shows that the experiences & problems of exchanging these notes has not been properly reported by the media, rather it has erased the fact that common people are queueing for hours to get their notes exchanged. This is similar to demonetization; but is wholly absent from the media. You will be surprised to see this video that people are still queueing up to exchange their notes, and there is
no reports of this anywhere, even when this is happening in Delhi. There are many newspaper agency offices near the RBI, you can simply walk down to Press Club of India from here, where many journalists congregate. It is not possible that no journalist passes through this route from morning till 2.30 pm. Leave aside the news, we can't see this information in their tweets or FB posts. In this way, many issues just disappear from public view. Even if some people step up courageously, the lapdog me
dia does not let their words go public. Therefore, the video of the conversation between Satyapal Malik & Rahul, is significant in this context. What Malik & Gandhi have said on the Pulwama incident, we will discuss that, but how lapdog media has forced the public & the opposition, that needs to be examined too. Our question is: why does an opposition MP have to play the role of a journalist? Why does Rahul have to become a journalist? Is this the opposition's last resort, that it launches its n
ewspaper/channel, & everyone from an MP to the party President plays the anchor/ journalist? India's lapdog media is not only anti-Muslim, it is also anti-opposition. It makes the opposition's questions disappear and whenever the BJP targets the opposition, it attacks the opposition on those questions. Recently, the opposition alliance released a list of 14 anchors where its spokespersons would not participate, because they peddle hateful issues. If you go to Rahul Gandhi's YouTube channel, you
will see him in many roles. Recently, Rahul Gandhi visited a furniture factory in Kirti Nagar, Delhi and made a bench along with 2 artisans there. Gandhi may not know the game of politics, that he can build a bench, the media remained silent even on this! If the PM had done this, then lapdog media would've done innumerable programs on the hard work, technology & tradition of bench making! Similarly, Gandhi's met people from various professions, even working with them. You can say this too is a k
ind of political act, or an image makeover project, but it is also a public relations campaign. How many ways an opposition leader has to devise for public outreach, cannot be ignored. Rahul is not approaching and meeting a selected individual, but also going among crowds. He went among the students preparing for examinations near DU, and also faced their questions. When you watch his conversation with Satyapal Malik, Rahul appears comfortable here. He is talking without a pen & paper, his quest
ions are small but while asking, he looks comfortable like an experienced journalist. This is the same Rahul Gandhi, about whom it was said 10 years ago that he cannot face the camera, gets nervous as soon as he sees the camera, feels nervous taking questions of journalists on camera. Arnab Goswami interviewed Gandhi for the Times Now channel. where he had appeared very weak. At the same time, Narendra Modi was seen roaring and full of confidence on the camera. In fact, he was also projected in
that way by asking only lightweight questions. It was said then, the country needs a speechifier like Modi, not Manmohan Singh. This interview was read as Rahul's big mistake. He should not have given that interview. But so much has changed in ten years. At least on camera, Rahul Gandhi has changed a lot. He has now started doing interviews as a journalist, there are many such videos on his YouTube channel. His press conferences are open press conferences, dozens of journalists are present and h
e fields a lot of questions. In these 10 years, Modi, who used to roar at the camera, could not hold even a single press conference like this. Leave aside giving a repeat interview to a journalist like Karan Thapar. Not only this, the PM reads out pre-written speeches, and also needs a teleprompter. So in these 10 years, the opposition leader who was called a 'novice' or a 'kid' before the camera, the same Gandhi seems to be a friend of the camera on his YouTube channel now. During his India tou
r, Gandhi also did videos with some YouTube influencers. Here, he is seen doing 'cool' chats with them. During his Bharat Jodo Yatra, Gandhi also met social media journalists who have been the victims of government repression. The way a journalist can be seen rising to question Gandhi, will be impossible to see or hear in any of PM Modi's meetings. Rahul includes this in his video, instead of editing it out. So, Rahul's presence in social media is different from that of Modi & ministers. If thi
s same journalist had attended any of Modi's meetings, he would have been immediately thrown out, locked up in jail, without bail for two years. Anyway, this journalist got it quite right. So, Gandhi isn't doing this to avoid press conferences or sharp questions, As long as he is holding open press conferences, he cannot be accused of trying to run away from the questions, and seeking out influencers. Gandhi would also know that in politics, one has to remain a leader till the end. One has to co
mmunicate with the public as voters. PM has been unable to hold a single detailed, open press conference in 10 years! His ministers sometimes give interviews but there too, only pleasant questions are asked. Even then, his ministers are finding new hooks for interviews. They won't talk to journalists known for tough questions, for example Karan Thapar. Instead of Karan Thapar, these ministers talk to social media influencers, who ask them kind-of-personal stuff, things like cricket, or their 'da
ddy' or son. Now you must understand this process. If the minister gives interview to a journalist, they will ask questions pertaining to their work, as journalists scrutinise the activities of their department. Now, these social media influencers do not know/care about the exposés on the dept of their interviewee, about which the minister wouldn't want to talk. For If they did talk, they would be cornered, and therefore, only 'personal', 'feel good' chats are done! Have a look at these tweets a
nd social media posts. Many Modi ministers, including official BJP and PMO handles, have shared content by various social media influencers. Somewhere, the leaders are giving interviews to influencers, or appearing 'cool' by 'talking candid'. Some have even been presented as the face of govt campaigns along with the PM. What happens is, you think that the minister is giving an interview, but this is a lie, a smokescreen. This is an interview but not an interview given to a journalist. You can de
finitely ask this question that when the Minister can talk to popular Instagrammers/ YouTubers, when there's time for that, then why don't they give interviews to journalists who ask real questions? Journalists who have exposed their depts in their investigative reports? It has also been reported that many of these influencers are sponsored by some govt dept, and given ads. Btw, we've not forgotten Pulwama & Satyapal Malik... we're getting there, but discussing this process is crucial. In 10 yea
rs, the media-govt relationship has changed so much, its image has been ruined. The government, whose ministers and party leaders were called adept and smooth players in front of the media, started being accused of 'managing' the media, enslaving it. The government, which has such a colossal lapdog media apparatus, is also beginning to feel that journalists exert a negative impact, so they go to new influencers for 'positive' effect. By 2024 - it is almost here - you will see a lot of such dram
a. Anyway, back to Rahul Gandhi. A politician who has been blocked by the media is not only challenging the media but is also creating his own media within the media space, becoming a journalist himself. I want to examine this process. You remember, when the Adani issue came up, Gandhi himself made a video and tried explaining the issue. This was a journalist's job, but when journalists abandon their mandate to chant Modi, Rahul had to do this. Another interesting thing: The media today will NOT
write/ talk about this change in Rahul, or his challenge to the media. Because then, it will have to expose itself. The leader whom we blocked, made fun of, is creating his own media within the media space. When Rahul visited Manipur as the leader of the opposition, or was manhandled by the police en route Hathras, or was returned from Srinagar airport after Article 370 abrogation, how did the lapdog media report/ debate it, you should try and revisit that. Why did Congress MP Rahul Gandhi need
to interview Satyapal Malik? Because the allegations made by Malik on the Pulwama incident were suppressed by the media. Former J&K Governor Malik's allegations 6 months back on the Pulwama attack, what happened to that? Were there any concrete answers? Now an answer has been found. The answer is that nothing has happened and nothing will happen. The same thing will happen/ continue to happen that has happened to ALL the allegations made in the Adani case. Meanwhile, another report on the Adani
case has emerged. Bloomberg and Reuters have reported that SR Batliboi, a member agency of Adani's multinational auditor Ernst & Young, is being investigated. National Financial Reporting Authority, the regulatory body of auditors in India, has sought audit data of the Adani Group companies from this agency. Bloomberg has written that this has been sought not for the recent period but from 2014. Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh has tweeted that the statutory auditor of Adani Total Gas L
imited resigned in May 2023. Another internationally renowned statutory auditor resigned in August 2023. In October 2023, there was a report of a third statutory auditor, being investigated by NFRA itself, and who is the auditor of 5 Adani companies. Jairam states that there's surely something wrong in this most favorite group of Modi. Obviously, lapdog media will never speak up. It never does. That's why you don't know anything about this government. At least nothing via this media. It's good t
hat many have stopped watching lapdog media on satellite, cable & YouTube. Whoever is doing this I send them my respects and salutes! Now to that part of Rahul–Malik conversation, where Indian media is being discussed. The media remains silent and proves Rahul's & Malik's point, only if this news had been published/ discussed, both would have been proved wrong, but the lapdog media, which is preoccupied with disproving Rahul all the time, why does that lapdog media not question Adani & Pulwama a
nd prove Rahul wrong here? That could be a way of approaching this. If this is done, then at least in disproving Rahul, it will begin proving its master, Mr Modi, wrong. It will have to ask Mr Modi, WHY did your government not respond... or not investigate the Adani case...? you are shielding Adani... blah blah blah. 6 months ago, when Malik had talked about Pulwama, I too went to talk to him. Just a day before that, The Wire's Karan Thapar had interviewed Satyapal Malik in which he had made all
these allegations for the first time. Even then, Malik was astonished that no one published/ telecast it the next day. Given the regulations, we cannot play all of Rahul's video here, it is not allowed, nor is it proper to show the whole video beyond reasonability. We are using it only for reportage and analysis. If you want to see his complete interview with Satyapal Malik, then you will have to go to Rahul Gandhi's YouTube channel. A new detail that's emerged from this conversation is that Ra
hul Gandhi was locked up in a room, when he went to Delhi Airport to pay his respects to the martyrs. You will remember that the mortal remains of the martyrs of Pulwama were not taken directly to their homes. Even after Defense Minister Rajnath Singh & Governor Malik paid tribute to the martyrs in Srinagar, their mortal remains were brought to Delhi Airport, & PM paid his tributes in Delhi. You can watch the coverage from that day on YouTube itself, but Rahul's allegation that he was locked in
a room when he went to pay his respects at the Delhi Airport, Satyapal Malik wants that the guilty should be punished, the country also needs to know if this was a mistake or was allowed to happen... so that the attack took place. You cannot dismiss such questions at the time of elections. According to Satyapal Malik, when he told the PM that the soldiers were killed due to our mistake, PM Modi told him to remain silent for now, but after a few days, Malik saw that PM was asking for votes in its
name, is even saying, 'when you go to vote, remember the martyrs of Pulwama.' So WHAT was the mistake that Malik is referring to? Malik says that CRPF soldiers were martyred because they had asked for 5 aircraft from the Home Ministry to leave their base. This proposal remained pending for 4 whole months and an entire battalion kept waiting in Jammu. When this proposal was rejected after 4 months, the soldiers were taken in a bus to Srinagar when a bomb blast took place in Pulwama in which 40 s
oldiers were martyred. Why did the Home Ministry not give 5 aircraft to CRPF for 4 months? Why were these soldiers transported by bus? This was the burning question that lapdog media does not ask. If this was not the era of lapdog media, then all the anchors would've gone to the bombing site, the place Malik is talking about and would have done live reporting from there questioning the government. But is this even possible now? Today, not just lapdog media, but also the investigative agencies ha
ve become lapdog agencies. I have already told you about lapdog tycoon, or Godi Seth. Elections are going on, ED raids have begun at Rajasthan Congress homes. Have you ever heard of ED raids on the houses of BJP CMs during elections? From the point of view of Congress/ Rahul Gandhi, it may be good their leaders are comfortable on camera, doing interviews, but from my perspective, this is disheartening. Rahul would not have had to do this if Indian media had not become lapdog media. The media wo
uld question the government. In this way, interviewing Malik, Gandhi has embarrassed current Indian journalism, reporters and media owners. So what IS the Indian media doing? Now have a think, the issue of exchanging Rs 2000 notes persists, but why is this news missing from the media, because no decision of the government may appear anti-people, so none of this is news for the media. The people in this queue have put aside their daily work. Some have left the court, some have had to stop their a
utos to come here. People's problems disappear from the dailies when news don't get reported. But these problems don't disappear from real life. You HAVE to stand in long queues, you are burdened with interest, the debt burden is increasing, unemployment and inflation are increasing, but the media has made you disappear like the opposition leaders. It is better that you understand this immediately, else 20 years hence, you will cry, that you have also helped ruin this beautiful country. You know
all this but pretend to be unaware. But, well, I know you. :) From today, stop paying for the newspapers/ channels you subscribe monthly. With this money, buy and eat coarse grains/ millets, or eat jalebi, eat gulab jamun, eat fafda, eat lots of momo, but do not watch lapdog media. It is a symbol of YOUR slavery. Get independent now, else you will be left red-faced one day. Goodbye, this is Ravish Kumar.
