Pennsylvania's System of Higher Education gives extension to commitment deadline

State system of higher education is giving more time for students to enroll right now there are delays for financial aid offers because of the new free application for federal student aid form all 10 universities within the state system are pushing back the commitment deadline 2 weeks to May 15th school officials hope this will give students and families enough time to decide which college is the best choice
