Oklahoma State University  and the National Ground Water Association brings you NGWA University. 44% of Americans rely on water  provided by the groundwater industry, and the National Geoscience Workforce  faces a 130,000 person shortfall by 2029. The world is in need of geoscience  professionals like water well drillers, pump installation experts, water quality  specialists, regulators and geoscientists. NGWA University provides K-12 outreach experiences to explore geoscience careers early  on
through Awesome Aquifer 360. Earth science just got more fun! Through sponsorships, schools receive  five physical kits plus digital access with AA360 to enhance exploration,  discovery and interaction for free. NGWA University also understands the impact of professional development for  those entering the workforce or upskilling individuals who are  currently within their careers. NGWAU offers online training on  demand with interactive content and knowledge checks, where you set the pace. This
