ood are pregnant or nursing or are a young child then it might be wise to avoid high mercury level seafood like swordfish yes um actually there are not trace amounts of mercury in all shellfish and fish that is close enough i mean especially not fresh water uh there there are trace amounts uh but uh is your specifically your shell shellfish are considered low uh are considered low mercury um there is uh uh there are still trace amounts in just about anything just from from pollution runoff and s
