identity to India? It is making us all aware citizens. Our thoughts are not just in our minds, but are revolving around the whole world. You got it correct. This is the power of media and media. This is the new India of the new era. New India, strong and capable India. And today, we are fortunate enough to have amongst us, Shri Hirendra Kaushik, the State Coordinator, Pradesh Sanyoja Social Media, BJP, Rajasthan. Hirendra Kaushik is a name that has made its mark in Rajasthan's social media. So l
et's get to know his story in his word. Respected Sir, thank you so much for being here. Thank you so much Supriya. Welcome Sir, to the inaugural session of conversation with Supriya. Thank you once again Sir. Thank you. Please Sir. Sir, there is a question that is very important in our lives. That we have to make our identity. So we have to make our identity. And our identity has been made. How was your journey? Supriya ji, first of all I would like to thank you for inviting me to your show. Ba
sically, social media is a field where we work behind the scenes in politics. And today you have brought it to the screen. So thank you for that. And as far as your question is concerned, how was our journey? I was also a student like any other student. My education took place in a government school. My parents were both in government jobs. And I belong to a middle class family. And just like a child's aspiration to do something in life, almost the same aspirations were mine. When we used to stu
dy, our parents used to pressure us to become an engineer or a doctor. In the same way, my parents also wanted me to become an engineer or a doctor. But destiny wanted something else. After completing my graduation, I joined a management course. And after completing my MBA, I worked in the corporate world for about 7 years. I used to work in Delhi. And coming to politics was a coincidence for me. I used to live my 9 to 5 job in Delhi. Life is a little difficult in Delhi because of the traffic. I
f you leave the office at 5, you reach home at 7. So my life was going on in all this. And since my father was a government employee, coming to politics was no less than a dream for me. But life circumstances are such. And whatever destiny wants, it happens with you. An incident happened to me too. At that time, I had a temporary minister, Mrs. Sushma Swaraj. She has been a senior leader of our BJP. So I went to meet Mrs. Sushma Swaraj for some work with my friend. And seeing her leadership, her
charisma, her personality, I was so impressed by her that I requested Mrs. Sushma Swaraj that I also want to work with you. So she explained to me that you don't work with me, you work with your country and you work with the BJP. So that was the day and today is the day. When the political journey started, it started as a worker. And I was a booth worker. There is a unit in our BJP called Booth. Booth is that unit where elections are fought. So I was a booth worker, the smallest unit. And I sta
rted my journey as a booth worker. And in the party, I always worked honestly and positively. So while fulfilling various responsibilities in my political journey, today the party of Pradesh gave me a responsibility. So I am doing social media work. Really, this is a big inspiration that you got. So truly, I wish that we all get it in our life. Our childhood, childhood memories are always fresh in our mind. So what is the childhood incident that you would like to share with us? See, childhood is
very pure for everyone. Childhood is a time in a person's life that he does not forget for the rest of his life. So my childhood was also very good. As I told you, both my parents were working. Both were in government jobs. So we had a feeling of independence since childhood. We were independent children. And if I tell you, so when we were in first class, I think a 6.5-7 year old child is in first class. So when I was in first class, I used to travel 35 kilometers to go to school. Because I bel
ong to a remote town called Hapur in Uttar Pradesh. And I used to study in our nearest Central School in Ghaziabad. So I was in first class. We used to wake up at 6 in the morning and go to study in Central School Ghaziabad 35 kilometers away. And our journey from first class to 10th class, I have done it in train and bus. When we used to go to school and return from school, we had to travel a distance of 35 kilometers. So childhood was from first class to 10th class. So it was in our education.
And let me tell you another very interesting fact. My father was a gazetted officer. But in our society, the old people were very used to saving money. So when my father used to get down at the railway station, Ghaziabad or Meerut, So from there, we used to sit on the cycle and go to our school 7 kilometers away. So our parents struggled a lot for us. And they struggled a lot to build up our future. And keeping all those things in mind, when our parents struggled so much for us, and gave us suc
h good values, we should use it positively. And it was also a part that whatever we do, at least do it in such a way that our society and our parents' heads are always up. So childhood was spent in these feelings, in these values. No sir, you are absolutely right. Our struggles become our strength in the future. So you have taught us a very big life hack, that today's struggle becomes tomorrow's strength. Thank you sir. Sir, it often happens in our life, that whenever we touch the heights of suc
cess, or get stuck in some problem, there is a person who always reminds us. Who is he, whom you consider your Guru or Mentor? Whenever the question of mentor comes, I remember a Doha, in which it is said, Guru Govind Dohu Khade, Kaku Lage Paye, Balihari Guru Aapne, Govind Diyo Bataye. So our Guru, the word we have used today, the terminology we have used, mentor, it has a very positive impact on our entire career path. And first of all, your permanent mentors are your parents. In the same way,
my parents are also our permanent mentors. Often we get positive advice from them, because they have more experience in life than us. And they have a lot of experience in life, so they never give us wrong advice. So first of all, our parents are our mentors. Apart from this, when you go into student life, there are different mentors in your student life. Our teachers used to be our mentors. Now we are in political life, so in political life, there is no mentor greater than Modi ji. And the one I
mentioned in the beginning, the one who inspired me to come into politics, Mrs. Sushma Swaraj, she was a mentor in today's politics. Not just me, the mentors of millions of workers like me, are our country's Prime Minister, Narendra Modi ji. Apart from this, our State President, CP Joshi ji, our Chief Minister, Bhajanlal Sharma ji. These are all the mentors of our life, with whose guidance and guidance, we often do our work. Absolutely sir, this is the beauty of our Indian culture, that our eld
ers and our mentors, they always stay ahead of us and teach us. You are from Rajasthan's capital, The Pink City, Jaipur. You have taken an MBA degree. And presently you are doing a great job as a social media BJP Rajasthan So I want to know, when did you decide to come into this field from MBA? And why did you do it? As I told you, when I came in touch with Sushma ji, she instilled in me the feeling of loyalty towards an organization. What is Bharatiya Janta Party? What work does the Bharatiya J
anta Party do? What is the vision of the Bharatiya Janta Party? I got this opportunity to know from Sushma ji. After that she gave me this direction, that you should first work at the booth of the smallest party. So I used to live in Ghaziabad at that time and used to do a corporate job. So I started working as a worker at the booth in Ghaziabad. The most important task of a worker is to work honestly on his booth. If you are in the party center or in the state, the party government will only be
formed when we come victorious from the booth. So the unity of the booth, I first experienced working there. And after working at the booth, this is about between 2001 and 2002, at that time there was a boom in information technology in the country. Before 2001 or 2002, we did not even have mobile phones. So we saw that the party gave me the responsibility that at that time all the STD PCO booths used to be there. So the party gave us the responsibility that you have to go to the STD PCO booths
and you have to stick the stickers of the Bharatiya Janta Party there. STD PCO used to be a very important place at that time. People used to get phone resources there. People's phones used to come there. So we used to go to the STD PCO once in three or four days. So from there we started branding the BJP. Then slowly mobile came, computer came, then laptop, internet, all these things came, Facebook came, Orkut came. So slowly when we started working on STD PCOs, the people who used to come to
our booths to make calls, we used to interact with them. During that interaction, we used to tell them about the BJP, what are our visions, what are our policies, we used to tell them this work at that time. So since STD PCO was a medium of information technology, we got a line that we got information technology and since I was a youth at that time, I was an educated youth, I had studied management, so somewhere we used to get the benefit of technological advancement. So slowly, while working, I
got a responsibility, I became the first IT director of the district in Ghaziabad, UP. And in that district, the first job that the party gave me was that all the engineering colleges that are opening, the youth who are aware of technology go to those engineering colleges, you have to connect them with the party. And at that time, there were 60 engineering colleges in Ghaziabad, I contacted about 60 engineering colleges personally and conveyed the thoughts of the BJP there. And slowly, slowly,
slowly, there was a great dependability on social media and IT in the party. When we fought the 2013-14 election, you will see that in the 2013-14 election, social media used to be a very important tool for us. And at that time, there were a lot of people who understood social media better. So I worked in this field from 2002 to 2014, so I got the benefit of it. And slowly, slowly, slowly, today we are the citizens of social media, the party gave us the responsibility. Absolutely sir, you have s
tarted working from the grassroots level. This is a very big thing. Sir, please tell us about your hobbies, your passion, your hobbies, and what do you like? See, my favorite hobby is cooking. I am a very good cook, and I cook in my free time. My wife, my children, my friends love to eat food prepared by me. Okay sir, thank you so much. Next time we would like to join you. Sure, 100%. Thank you. Sir, what were the biggest challenges in your life? And how did you overcome them? See, challenges ar
e also like the phases of your life change, your challenges often change. When we graduated, it was a challenge to get a job. When we started working, it was a challenge to get a promotion in the job. When the promotion was done, it was a challenge to fulfill those responsibilities. Then when you overcame all these things, you had to go into a new field, politics. It was a big challenge to introduce yourself in politics. In today's dynamic world, your challenges change daily. If I sleep at night
thinking that tomorrow will be peaceful, it will never happen. Before you open your eyes, there will be a new challenge in front of your eyes. So today, the challenge is not only mine, it will happen in your life and in the lives of all the viewers. Challenges are an important part of our lives. How do we tackle those challenges? This is an art. Absolutely sir. And the more challenges we overcome, the better we become. Yes, absolutely. Right sir, you are absolutely right. Sir, there is a line t
hat struck me For our country, it is said that young country , old leaders. So I did a little research on this. I found some data that I would like to share with you. 66% of India's population consists of youth. Which is a very large part of our Indian population. 35% of these are youth who are interested in politics. 25% have very little interest. And 40% of the youth say that they are not interested in politics. Right. And if we look at our daily life, there are many teenagers, college student
s. And ask them what do you see as your career option? So I have heard very rarely that I want to become a politician. So why is this? Why is this? It is not that our youth is afraid of politics. Look, first of all, the image of a politician. Till date, we see in movies, in serials. The image of a politician that has been shown to us on the screen, we take it from our mind. If you told me the data, according to the data you said that 40% of the youth are such who are not interested in politics.
And if you compare it with the voting percentage, then you will find that the voting percentage of the country is around 60-65%. So the 40% youth who are left, because of this, many times it happens that wrong governments are elected in the state. So we need to address these 40% first. As far as politics is concerned in youth, politics is basically not our career. Politics is a medium of service. If you ask me, then I am an event manager by profession. My home, my family, or where I earn is my e
vent management business. But I am in politics for service. So first of all, the youth will have to understand that politics is not a means of income. Politics is a medium of service. So today's youth should understand that the importance we give to our career, if you do not want to directly interfere in politics, then what is going on around you, which leader is right for you, which leader is not right for you, which leader can protect your future. If you have at least this much awareness, then
we can better understand politics in the youth. Right sir, you gave a very big message to our youth that politics is a medium of service for our country. Now a highly sensitive issue, women and crimes against women. And I have to say with a lot of sadness, that in Rajasthan, cases related to crimes against women are increasing. And if you talk about cities like Kota and Jodhpur, then it has come in India's top 10 cities. So what do you think, that how and to what extent can social media control
this? You talked about crimes against women. So the statistics of crimes against women, you might have from the last government. In the last Congress government, the statistics of crimes against women increased. But the people did not vote for Congress. One of the main reasons was that women were angry about this. Women believed in Modi's security model and voted for the BJP and got the BJP government established. And from the day one, when our Chief Minister Bajanlal did his job, he first held
meetings on the law and order situation and restricted the officials to the fact that there should be no crime against women in the If you look at it, there has been state. a group of organized crimes in Rajasthan for a long time. These organized crimes, not only against women, but also chain snatching, motorcycle loot, gang war, such incidents have increased in Rajasthan. And if you look at it slowly, these incidents will be less in the administration of And we will restore the same self-respe
ct the BJP. in women that was prevailing in the previous BJP governments. Absolutely sir. We are also hopeful that what you said will be fulfilled soon. India is a democratic country. We have fair and free elections. Elections are held here every five years. And since Lok Sabha elections are still on our head, what will be the role of you and social media in this? The BJP always uses social media very positively. The first thing we do is to make voters aware that you have to vote in the maximum
number. The first thing we do is to get a voter out of his house and send him to the polling station. It does not mean that we make them available. We create awareness that you should vote. Your vote will bring prosperity to the country and your future. So our first strategy is to get as many voters out as possible. Our second aim is to show the process of the BJP. Where did the BJP start? How did the BJP slowly move forward? How did the BJP come to power for the first time? What did we do after
becoming a government? What are our thoughts? What are our plans? What is our vision? We tell all this to the public. We use social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube to convey our vision to the public. We also tell the public about the availability of our governments. We tell the public so that the public can judge what we get in the administration of the BJP and what we get in the administration of other governments. What rights do we get in the administration of the B
JP? We make the public aware of these things. Just like our government was formed in Rajasthan, what are the availability of our government? How will our government move forward in Rajasthan with a vision? We tell the public all this unbiasedly so that the public can be aware of our work. We have discussed a lot of serious issues. Now let's chill out a little. We will have a short rapid-fire round. Are you ready for this? Sure. The rule of this game is that I will give you a word and you have to
define that word in one word. For example, I said sky. So you said sun. So this is how it will go. One word for one word. First is politics. BJP. Success. Modi ji. Failure. Me, myself. Rainbow. Pleasant. Family. My family. Bharat Varsh. Unnat Desh. So that was really interesting. You defined it beautifully in one word. You said failure, me. So what message do you want to convey with this? A person should never compare himself with others. He should learn from his own failure. Suppose I want to
achieve something and I have not achieved it today. I will learn from my mistakes. If I learn from my mistakes, then I will be able to stand up again as a better person. If I compare myself with others, then every person is different. Every person's ability is different. So you should never compare yourself with others. A person should first look at his failures and learn from them. Sir, but you have said a very big thing. Really, meaning failure and me. I was also shaken once, that what are you
saying? But the way you defined it, that failures are actually the stepping stones towards our success. So this is a very beautiful message for today. Yes. Now let's move ahead. Now we will change the direction of our questions a little. And we will make it a little more funny and happening. Suppose you have to host a dinner party. So who will be the three guests whom you would like to invite? This is a very difficult question. Our guest list starts with at least 50 people. So we don't make a g
uest list. But you said three people. Absolutely three. So are kids allowed? This is your wish, absolutely. But after this, no one will tell you how you missed us. This is a very difficult question. After this question, I will definitely get to hear a lot in the family. I will also tell my friends. But yes, if you said dinner, then I will invite my parents and my wife. Okay sir, right. And sir, as you said that you are a very good cook. So what will you keep in the main course? Tell us this too.
In the main course, I make very good Indian dishes. And in the main course, if you ask me to keep, it might be a paneer dish. With the paneer dish, dal makhani, butter naan, which is made at home. And apart from this, in the sweet dish, ras malai, which I make at home myself. Great sir, great. Very good sir. Then I will have to come to your house. My mouth is watering now. Most welcome. Time for question on question. A question, which you expected that I would definitely ask you. Which I have n
ot asked you yet. And you are expecting that I will definitely ask you. So tell me that question. If I tell you that question, will you ask me what it is? Yes sir, and you have to answer it too. You have the question and answer in your hand. Both things are in your hand. I was expecting that you will ask me that how far I want to go in politics and what I want to become. I was expecting that. Right sir, right. Absolutely sir. So I want to ask you sir, what is your vision for the future? Where do
you want to grow in politics? Where do you want to reach? See, where I am today, I did not even imagine that I would come here. I was a booth worker and today the party made me a partner of the state. I did not even imagine here. But as I told you that according to the time and circumstances, a person's vision changes. So definitely, as a worker, I have taken a lot of experience in the Bharatiya Janta Party. So I want to go to a position where I can bring change in people's lives. Somewhere, I
should go to such a position that I should give a break to politics. Because of me, many people have had positive changes in their lives. I can do something positive for society. This is my vision. Rest, I do not see anything else. I told you about the medium of service of politics 2. So, with the service of my service, I can do something positive for the society. No Sir, you have said a very good thing in this. We should not predict the future. We should not be after the astrologer's show and a
sk what will happen. We should create our future. This is a very big message for our youth. Sir, there were many questions on our social media handle when they came to know that you are coming to our show. So, there are some questions that I want to ask you on behalf of my viewer family. You are most welcome. Thank you Sir. Everything has two sides. Like, there are pros and cons. So, the same thing happens with social media. Fake information, deep fake video. I will go to this extent and say tha
t people are floating their own death message on social media. People are sending them arbitrary messages. Then the next day, they put the message again that I am alive. That was just a prank. So, death a prank. This is a very big question. What will you say about this? See, the incident that you have told was more of a PR gimmick than a social media incident. So, PR gimmicks can be done by any celebrity. But, you are right. Social media is a double-edged sword. And, there are positive and negat
ive aspects. You said fake news. So, instead of generating fake news, there is a social media. So, the place to diffuse it is also social media. Sometimes, I also get such information, which is fake. But, if you do my research, or if you do a little bit of scrolling on social media, or if you do a search, then you will immediately know that it is a fake narrative. First of all, we should be aware of this, that before we trust, we should at least check the truth of anything. So, because most of o
ur time is spent on social media, the way we make our decisions in life, very wisely, in the same way, before we receive any information from social media, we should think wisely, that whether this incident can be true or not. Absolutely, sir. You are absolutely right. It is very important for us to learn a perfect balance between knowledge and wisdom in today's world. Sir, I have one more question for you. Artificial Intelligence, which we call AI, so many people had this question that the AI t
hat is coming, is it not that it will swallow many jobs? What are your views on this? See, AI is also bringing new opportunities. If there is nothing like this, when computers came in some time, or the internet came, then it was said that the computer has come, now many jobs will go. But, over a period of time, you must have seen that more jobs have been created due to computer and information technology. Whenever a new field is generated, then we do not need to be afraid that our jobs will go.
It is possible that more jobs will be created due to it. So, for our future, and for this kind of technological advancement, we need to be positive. I don't think such technologies will affect the employment of people. Right, we should not worry. We should have confidence in our position. That what we are doing is worth. Thank you sir. So, as we are going to wrap our session, some smart tips, techniques, life hacks that you would like to tell our viewers to be successful. Look, social media is s
uch a medium that even children have mobile phones. And children know more than us. If we get stuck in mobile, children solve it immediately. So, social media is not a science. When you gradually connect with different tools of social media, you understand the utility of it. I would like to ask this question to the youth and to the viewers, that you should always use social media as a positive tool. And, there is no shortcut or hack in life. You have to get the result of what you are doing. If y
ou think that you have got some useful information on social media, then what change can you bring in your life, in your friends' life, in your circle's life? If you apply that thing there, then it is the benefit of social media. Otherwise, social media is just a time pass. Right sir, you are absolutely right. Social media is such a thing that serves you with one hand, when it stabs you from behind with the other hand, you will not even know. Well said sir. Thank you so much for being in this se
ssion, that is the conversation with Supriya. Today, we learnt a lot of good things with sir. First of all, respect your elders. Your parents are your mentors, they are your gurus. After that, we learnt that there is no shortcut for success in life. We have to learn from our failures, we have to always move ahead. And, even after being successful, we should not put a full stop. We need to keep going, because life is all about moving forward. Thank you so much once again. Thank you so much sir, f
or being with us on our channel. And this is our gratitude for your benign presence. Thank you so much. We hope that Ramchandra ji's blessings will be with all of us. Thank you so much dear viewers for watching us Soon we will be coming up With more such sessions Do share and subscribe We are really looking forward for your valuable comments and please do comment that whom you would like to see in our next show Conversation with Supriya Thank you once again
