get over what just happened so it increases productivity concentration and focus so instead of just sitting and thinking of it I know it is very natural to feel that way but just take a little bit of an effort to get up do the things that you have planned for the day and while you're doing a routine just inculcate a little bit of self help also which means talking to a counselor or going for a walk then meditation is reading the Bible or your faith book um listening to motivational messages on
how to get over the situation so definitely um a routine coupled with self-help would definitely definitely be a a great source of relief in times of stress so now let's validate the power of a routine with science now there was a study done by Northwestern University and they suggest that a routine may help to manage stress more effectively now how does it do that you know stress can put you at a higher risk for heart disease and negatively impact your overall health now an effective routine ca
n help you reduce stress which can lead to better mental health more time to relax and less anxiety that you know more time to relax and makes you less anxious and it also helps you to reduce stress so this was a study done by Northwestern University and we did a statistics and also they help the next one this helped us help you to sleep better now having a consistent uh uh sleep schedule and bedtime habits affect your mental sharpness emotional well-being and energy so making consistent times f
or waking up and going to bed can help you get better rest this is something to consider and next is eat healthier now without uh you know uh spending time for grocery shopping and just ordering food and you know it seems convenient and especially when you are stressed at having a bad day it's very natural to order and eat and indulge and just ice creams and pizzas and all the Chinese and everything you know a little bit unhealthy but you know once you start cooking and it's definitely helps you
to maintain and reduce your stress levels so so what are they so let's summarize it again so what does a routine help you with many stress more effectively sleep better and you know eat healthier so this is what and one more thing I would like to add is like exercise that will definitely definitely your dopamine level swap that is a good hormone and you feel more active if your mood gets stabilized so definitely you work out also is better so let's validate it with the Bible it's another Bible
clearly says about having a routine and our proverbs 31 10 to 30. he tells about a woman who wakes up Before Dawn and she prepares breakfast for her and her family and her servants and she does the daily tasks that she has been assigned to do and because of that she is such a blessing to everyone around and she is uh you know she takes care of how she looks she takes care of her family looks and she's uh to making slime with efficiently so the Bible also clearly says In this passage so definitel
y the Bible and science both are aligning with the fact of you know having a routine so you know something definitely worth considering [Music] and now all of you who are feeling overwhelmed thinking of how am I going to start a routine how am I going to do it just relax and I just want to say one thing just try one thing you know uh I try for 5-10 minutes of per day and then you increase the time limit so that's one thing and uh you know just reframe your mind and you know just uh just consciou
sly make an effort and talk to yourself telling that you know I want to make a change and then it will make substantial changes in your life and also you know make a plan make a plans write it down and start planning your day and definitely I would also suggest one thing try to get help from somebody older than with parent or a teacher or something you can always motivate you yes you can do it yes you can do it because sometimes we as an individual keep doubting and you know read Faith Build and
