down there in the guest l so people can sit there and look at it and go oh nice cool all right well um I really want to talk about psychic protection today because that's a question I get all the time um but I thought before we get into that topic of psychic protection that first we could talk about multi-dimensional reality um and I wondered if you could share what is multi-dimensional reality and what does it mean to be a multi-dimensional being okay well the to answer that we have to look at

the nature of the soul and the Soul you know in conventional terms most religions think we might have one lifetime some may think we have a few but it's all you know on the Earth plane you know and um multi-dimensional the idea of multi-dimensionality is that we and experience different dimensions of experience this one is one and on the Earth plane there's different dimensions of the Earth plane so in other dimensions other things are happening you know uh but there are other dimensions higher

frequency ones and also from where we're standing lower ones and so basically most religions class classify those as um Heaven and Earth and Heaven and Hell so the hell Realms are the real lower frequency ones and the higher frequency ones are lovely ones you know yes CU When we pass over we don't go up the clouds playing hops with the angels there are actually other dimensions that we can go to um other layers of of reality so the channel Seth was brilliant the one of the first real channels I

suppose in the 1960s Channel by Jane robberts talked about multi-dimensional reality and so if anybody's interested in that read the Seth I love the Seth books I loved his material yeah but even in the Bible Jesus the Avatar of the Western World talked about in My Father's House my father's Mansion I think he said or house or Mansion depends on the translation there are many rooms and I remember reading that at school thinking who cares what does it matter if there's many rooms in his Mansion yo

u know I'm here it doesn't seem to relate at all to anything but now I understand it and if you if you're a kind of Avatar going to Palestine you know when the Romans were around and um how would you talk about multi-dimensionality other than in my father's house or are many rooms right exactly you'll probably go there you one day you so the soul is multi-dimensional the other aspect of that is we are not the only projection of our soul into physicality there are other aspects of the Soul explor

ing other realities at the same time which is a bit like AR I special aren't I the special one the you know isn't the soul interested in me well you and others yes exactly other realities and of course the linear mind which we're all grow we all trained in to think linearly and rationally and you time is like past present future it all scrambles up our logical mind when we think that actually there could be someone exploring a parallel reality at the same time in a different space or parts of us

could be exploring different times in the past or a future and again when I first heard this my brain was like I I can feel resonate and get excited about it but my brain goes I I don't get it and I remember sitting there listening to it I don't get it how is that real what does it mean I mean now I kind of get it intuitively at a body level my mind is kind of relaxed around the whole thing now it's kind of going okay yeah we kind of relax about it so the soul being multi-dimensional there's di

fferent aspects exploring different realities why are we doing this I mean why do all this stuff the most basic idea is that um the soul is a fra is a is a spark of light that has um kind of been projected out of um you could say god goddess all that is the kind of the universal mind or whatever and is exploring separation so here we are exploring I'm separate I'm a separate being you're there I'm here I have boundaries you know hopefully but the high the higher vibrational level you go up those

kind of those things start dissolving and we go into that kind of oness connection everything's interconnected but down here everything is not interconnected in the the same way things are interconnected but not in the same way and we have more challenges um certainly in this 3D World there are lots of challenges at this time with you know I mean war is not um a symptom of Oneness war is a symptom of we this group don't like you and we're going to kill you and vice versa I mean that doesn't hap

pen in higher uh planes because there's this experience of what I do to others I do to myself it's that kind of principle so I don't have answer it multi-dimensional reality the universe is more magical and more expansive than we could possibly imagine really agreed totally agreed and just as you were talking one thing I just wanted to touch on too is would you agree then that these higher Dimensions you you could describe those higher Dimensions as Closer To Source energy or more congruent with

Source energy and then the lower Dimensions there's more separation or more how would you describe that are you understanding what I'm trying to describe I don't know I don't know exactly how what I think closer the higher up we go the more we realize um beings at the higher Dimensions realize there are different planes of existence there's different dimensions they realize we create our own reality and some I know Seth was describing his reality and because he comes from a higher plane and he'

s saying in his reality a house could be created and the next day that creation could be slightly different or change whereas in your world the dense world you create a house and it's you wake up in the morning and you know that house is going to be exactly the same way probably unless is Storm whatever going on if you wake up expecting the house to be the same way the garden is more or less the same way maybe the grass has grown a bit more but in his reality things shift because it's energy and

so it's kind of really odd to think you can go to bed in a house or you can and then some hours later the house starts moving and shifting and you because it's a constant creation and it's kind of odd but down here in this world the more separate we feel the less we understand that we more disconnected we are from Source the more disconnected we are from our own true being our own true gifts and there's a lot which has been switched off to play the game down here we have to switch off from a lo

t of stuff a lot of wisdom and knowledge and gifts to be able to play this game of Us and Them male and female the good guys the bad guys but when we start waking up we start to think it is a game of Consciousness but when we're not waking up it's real you know what the government says is real and the economy is real and money is real and all these things are but the higher up we go the more we realize everything is energy everything's Consciousness and everything can be manipulated by the Mind

by intention of focus but most people in the 3D World don't know that right so what you're saying with Seth then is that his reality was more fluid because it was you know there was less density to it perhaps when he had a desire an intention to shift something it could shift automatically whereas here we experience more solidity because there's this denseness that Mak sense okay seen that film What Dreams May Come with Williams yeah I have yeah I love that one yeah that's explaining the astral

planes really how the astral planes are completely fluid and movable and you meet people and they can even change their identity at a higher level that kind of goes on in a in a kind of similar way but there was a whole thing around um him going to rescue his wife who was in a kind of Hell realm who committed suicide I mean people can be stuck in hell Realms but in that film it was like they can never come out but um yes people can of course you're never going to be eternally stuck in the hell r

oom right because we can shift you know our spiritual evolution is about shifting and experiencing through these all the all these different dimensions and the learning and the evolution that we acquire as a result of that I would say so you're a 5D Ascension Mentor so that kind of fits in with this topic of the conversation because would you say that Earth is Shifting Dimensions right now and part of the purpose of the star seed or the spiritually awakened is to facilitate that shift yeah you d

escribe this shift into 5D I I describe it the Earth plane is Shifting I I think that the I feel in experience the Earth plane is Shifting and we're in in a volatile period because as more light come this is New Age of light coming which is decades away fully from anchoring um as that light comes into the planet more light is coming in since 2012 more light's coming in it's created more and more volatility more and more uncertainty more and more you know old structures are crumbling and moving a

nd wobbling around you know in in America and Canada the political scene has been shifting in the last few years quite dramatically I think you guys in Canada with u Justin I think everyone loved Justin and everyone we're not talking about Justin Bieber no we're not talking about be Justin t everyone loved him at the beginning or most people loved him but now that's kind of shifted and in America of course you've got the whole thing going on there that's really volatile yeah and old systems are

crumbling and also we've got things like whistleblowers coming out the woodwork because you know more lights coming and these guys are saying we're here to dismantle some of these old structures because you know they're abusive and they're creating conflict and they're just in creating money for a certain group of people so you know but of course the 3D forces on the planet don't like whistleblowers so if you're a whistleblower think twice at the moment unless it's your absolute Mission don't ju

st dive into it because they pretend to be imprisoned or or bumped off at the moment you know by our lovely Western governments who are democratic and freedom loving apparently so um this this this we're in this kind of Two Worlds at the moment whereas 50 or 60 years ago my parents were there was one World you know we knew where we are men or men women or women it's all very stable but now as the light's coming everything even gender issues you know I created a website and I had to put a drop do

wn for gender and there was like 100 possible gender types people can associate with so it's like you know my parents day they'd be looking at going what that everything's changing money's changing work is changing relationships are changing everything is changing because all of the old ways of doing things are are kind of going the goddess is rising the old the feminine energy is coming back it wants to rebalance you know it's been banished for well not completely banished you can't completely

banish the goddess it's kind of still there but but it's been diminished and subdued in many many ways and her ener is coming back not to create matriarchy but to rebalance you know this crazy patriarchal system we've been living under for a few thousand years so the Earth plane Shifting the planet is shifting into light slowly but star seeds on the planet can shift their reality to 5D quickly you know so we can shift we don't have to stay in the old suffering martydom Paradigm we can actually s

hift into creating our reality freeing ourselves from old structures that is quite we can do it in a few years really whereas a planet is like the Titanic it takes a long time to turn these energies in the planet been going for a long time and they're not easy to shift you know let's talk about that let's but first before we talk about how we can shift it as star seeds just in case we have some people watching who have no clue what a star seed is yeah and you give us a definition of a star seed

and then perhaps describe how star seeds can shift into this new reality and not have to wait for the entire Collective to shift first well star see uh most people don't realize they a stared most most people call themselves a light worker or spiritual being most not all are star seeds and going back to the multi-dimensional soul and multi-dimensional realities many Star seeds uh have come primarily from other worlds where the vibrations different the uh rules of reality are different and people

don't do what they do here so most stares at some point growing up look at the world and think the world is crazy you know this is an insane World um they may be drawn to Alternative sci-fi futuristic things they may be they may know there's solutions to all of these problems but they don't know what they are because they can't recall them but they know this is doesn't have to be like this star seeds a sensitive which ties into the protection area they're sensitive they can absorb stuff until t

hey learn around energetic boundaries until they realize there energy and boundaries are needed so they feel like the black sheep of the family often they're not really fully understood they may not feel they belong these are all common and everyone I talk to who is star has the same thing you know the same black sheep or rainbow sheep with the family thing they're here for a reason they're here to help anchor a new light to help uh bring this new age of light into being um without star seeds th

e human Collective would probably flounder around but all the in inovation a lot of the Innovation is coming through star seed now even in the world of science and technology to me Steve Jobs was a a complete star seed they may not have been a happy one because they're not always happy they can struggle John lenon was a star seed all these kind of innovative Cutting Edge people are star seeds they're bringing something new in often uh and the planet needs certainly needs to change the technology

we're using now which is destroying the planet to one which is um utilizing energy in the universe that doesn't destroy the planet and that's very possible and that's where we're going now you know if you think hesler who was a star came in and he he um I think he said to um JP Morgan I can give free energy to the world and then basically his lab was destroyed within two weeks the old forces I mean the JP Morgans yeah right if any JP Morgan family members listen to this you know you know that m

eans you're a star seed in a dark family but don't worry um so he was he was blocked but he could give free energy to the whole planet and you know of course some forces don't like that M Oil and Gas which is runs most of the world and creates most of the problems in the world terms of Wars along with other resources is an old energy and it's not one that will probably keep going for many years there are new forms of energy going to come online are coming online so that's what star sees are here

for they're here to Anchor a new reality they're kind of showing the way and they're also anchoring this new light coming in their body and energy field which is not always easy until they realize what they're doing being grounded is really important because the more ungrounded a star seed is the harder it is to Anchor it in and going to create more chaos in their own personal field and the reason why most star seeds are not grounded is because they don't always want to be here yuck I'm in this

stse body this world is crazy get me out of here be me up Scotty and that means so many times I've heard that over and over again yeah that's why star seeds is not grounded they don't want to be here usually yeah all this trauma and it's caused to kind of their energy field to kind of separate a bit from their physical body I completely get that I mean I've experienced that myself so I toally get that but here here's a question so you were saying about the the whistleblowers like it's really no

t a safe time to be a whistleblower I was curious when it comes to you know psychic protection are star seeds more vulnerable at this time to let's say psychic attack or negative energy being projected at them because of this resistance of what you would call the dark Forces not wanting to lose their grip on this reality so I'm just curious if star seeds are more vulnerable to negative energy at this time because of this almost energetic intention to keep everything the same uh the bad news is y

es that's true that's what I thought you're were gonna say yeah that's the bad news and the good news because the good news is once you realize it you can do something about it but if you don't realize it the more unawake aarid is the less the less their reality flows they may even create some crazy scenarios they may even get themselves really stuck and you know go down some real dead ends but once they start waking and sometimes the dead end wakes them up you know I have to go down a dead end

get whacked a few times by the 3D World and then you go there must be more I have to start exploring star seeds are vulnerable because from around the I think it was around the turn of the century around the 2000 year mark That's that dark Forces became increasingly aware of what was going on up to that point they were kind of going something's happening we're not sure what it is there's a load of souls coming in that don't really Vibe with us but you know we'll deal with them but somehow there

was some kind of waking up moment I don't know really what who knows what goes on behind closed doors and from that moment on there was a kind of more of a concerted effort to block star seats certainly on the inner planes on the astral planes Dark Forces became much more active in attacking stares this was a problem but of course it also helped to wake them up because if they're being attacked they're looking for Solutions now the dark Forces are not trying to wake them up they're trying to sto

p them but actually the effect of it was to wake them up and that is the thing at this moment of the age of because there's so much light coming into the planet whatever dark Forces are doing is having the opposite effect they're trying to do something and it actually creates more waking up so 911 MH was an act the the first major Act of dark Forces to keep the planet locked in a lower vibration it was a deliberate agenda I feel and what it did was help wake even more people up I remember I look

ed at it and go I never really questioned the news so much I never was really into it but I remember looking at The Story Goes that's not real yes yeah that's made up and I remember a lot of people around me going what do you mean that that's made up do you are you trying to accuse the American government of blah blah blah blah blah are you saying that they would kill their own blah blah blah you know all of this kind of thing and I'm just saying something doesn't add up that was the first time

the second major one was Co which locked down the whole planet you could have imagined it dark Forces with their agenda and you know people have been researching it and have been uncovering things whistleblowers and all kinds of thing that this this has been going on and planned for a long time it's not been a few years it's been planned for many years mhm and it was released either accidentally or deliberately and it created the whole thing and it's w woken up a lot of people I went on a March

in London a million people and these are not star seeds these are the human Collective mostly waking up so the dark Forces don't want the human Collective to wake up because that changes everything because you know there might be 20 or 30 million or 40 million star seeds or 50 million on the planet but there are billions of non-star seeds and you don't want them waking up but there are waking up increasingly they're waking up so um yeah so the dark Forces are attacking stares they really don't l

ike the agender of stares there you know I think all whistleblowers I think are stares or the majority are and so they get thrown in jail or they have to be they have to run away to Russia or to get away from the reach of our lovely Western democracies who are into Justice and fair play of course in England we think of fair play and justice but uh yeah it's a real I think most people still believe that's what's going on they read the newspapers and think yeah I live in a just world the laws and

the Parliament but it's not right all it's all an illusion really right so yes what star seeds need is protection from energetic attack from the inner planes and also in this world that people might attack them energetically and because they're so sensitive they're going to feed it even more than anybody else imagine someone who's an alcoholic having a drink to no problem but if you're a tea Toler like Star seeds are a bit sensitive and they have a drink it's going to knock them out yeah uh we h

ave to be protected against um dark Forces and negative stuff going on on the Earth plane so let's talk about that term psychic attack because I also hear that term quite a bit and I don't think everybody really understands what that even means so what is psychic attack who or what is attacking us how do they do it well in L do you tell us what's really happening on the Earth plane you know um well before most people in experience psychic attack they're going to experience psychic disturbance th

at opens you up to psychic attack if you're not open to it it will probably bounce off the psychic disturbance are because of what I mentioned sensitivity black sheep of the family uh all of the stuff maybe trauma in the family um star seeds are sensitive to things like emfs diet and environmental it all opens them up a little bit busyness and stress can can weaken our energy Fields weaken our defenses poor poor boundaries a lot of star seeds don't have good boundaries where they're like I love

I remember an ex partner of mine um I was in a long-term relationship and she did this personal development spiritual course and I was a bit worried because I knew what was going to happen with her she she was Italian cancerian right and I waited by the I opposite the bus stop where she was going to get off got off the bus I was watching her there was a homeless person oh let me hug and she's hugging all these people and I'm like you're too open you know and and I had to go and rescue a little b

it a few times I've rescued her actually I think um uh we were on a we we when I was interested in um wicker and Shamanism we were on a train we come back from a magical Retreat and we're on this train journey and the woman started talking to her where you been what you been up to and she said oh we've been up to we went to this witchcraft Gathering we went to this kind of this Camp it was like Hogwarts it was fabulous and I'm like you you don't just tell people these things and the woman happen

ed to be a born again Christian and I had to really rescue her and her parents who were born again Christians were sitting next to her and I'm like you know it's okay you know it's and well I had to go in and do the rescue job you can't be this open yeah and the thing is that star seeds who are too open who have poor boundaries and poor also can have poor self poor self-esteem narcissists bassic will come in I have that on my list to ask you I was like this is the actual question are energy vamp

ires narcissists uh almost almost well narcissists is a spectum of narcissists from kind of nice who just want to talk about themselves to the ones who are mean and nasty and who will attack you yeah I mean I've had lots of clients who have been dragged through the Law Courts endlessly for years by mean and nasty Exes who just want to get revenge and all that so yeah you I mean I lived in a spiritual Community there was a very nice narcissist we were good friends he was very self-centered and he

loved talking about himself and anytime I just in intro interjected and said oh well I also feel blah blah it was like well Hang on we're talking about me and so I had to go oh sorry I didn't mean to interrupt you go and he would talk for hours about himself and it was quite funny and nice but the nasty ones are the vampires and they are vicious right don't marry them there's a spectrum what I'm hearing from you is a spectrum but when it comes to like an energy vampire or a narcissist I think w

here the psychic attack might be is that usually a star seed or an empath or light worker is more giving of their energy whereas the narcissist is a taker so is it h it has that siphoning effect am I right yeah let me just grab my light narcissists don't have a really strong connection to their own light or no connection so they see your light and they're going to plug into you're a nice josol battery for them and the way they get fed is to create drama and endless drama and conflict because the

conflict and drama actually feeds them not so much your light but your light converted into drama and conflict is what actually feeds them okay so that is what keeps them going um the other aspect around you know if you if you have a sexual relationship with a narcissist that's even more problematic because you're the person you're owning them up up to their energy completely and that any sexual partner you have you have to be really aware of where are they at who where's their energy what ener

gies are hanging out in their field before you start you know finding out um finding out the hard way the hard way the hard way yeah there are also beings which are falik beings now narcissists can be false likee beings because they appear charming and lovely at first now on the inner planes in meditation you might meet uh Dark Forces who I call Force like beings they're appearing as Angels they're appearing as ascended beings they are not and there are warning signs that you will get and you're

ignoring basically you know people have been in what used to be called the occult occult groups they would classically and I've read a lot of these old books and they would say anybody approaches you on the inner ples you have to ask them questions you have to be focused in what's their intent because they may lie to you but they can't hide their intent you can see their vibration are you for the highest light yes but you can tell when they say yes I get a judder of shutter in my field I that's

not Cong you know those kind of things because actually another question I had to ask you or I wanted to ask you was how can we discern between a high versus a lower dimensional being so what you're saying is there's a like a clear sentient impression you just are feeling into your own field what you're feeling when you're interacting with that being appar es can be deceptive what they say can be deceptive but what you feel will never deceive you unless your ego gets in the way and goes oh but

they look so nice forget about that feeling they look so lovely and they speak so sweetly let's go with them yeah that's your ego talking okay you listen to your intuition going I get a bad feeling about this Star Wars yeah Star Wars is like the best uh yeah the best text feel all the force don't listen to the force like you know our intuition our first most primary connection to intuition is our feelings and our body if you've got if you're disconnected from your feelings to your body you're di

sconnected from your intuition and you'll always be guided by your head once you really are centered in your intuition in your body and your feelings then you can go on to what they say and what you see but it's always that way you have to start really the foundation is body feelings and when that is strong you can go on to what they're saying and what they what they look like then you got a strong Foundation rather than you hear a voice now I've had a classic one recently a client said God told

me to God said God said I should date this man and love him right 25 years later this woman is suffering but God told me to love him yeah but which God actually said that you've had 25 years of absolute hell on Earth with this person and God told you to love him maybe I'd question that voice you know yes exactly she's not been questioning the voice well can I just say that what you mentioned earlier about the importance of being grounded is intertwined with this because if you're not grounded a

nd in your body then you lose touch with with what you're saying like being you're not connected to your body so you can't feel really your clar sentience through your energy field and your energy body and even your sematic Sensations yeah because once you really ground connect to know your core where where who am I where am I feeling where am I centered body connected to the body connected to the Earth that's the kind of beginning isn't it MH then you can open up to higher forces you can open u

p to your higher self open up to guides and ascended beings and you're more likely to have a trer connection if you're connected that way I knew a Healer I can't give too much Det very very successful healer uh earing very well bought you know a house for a few million in in UK so doing well cash paid cash for this house you know doing okay and I knew this person quite well and um I got to know her energies and her entities around her and um she had a bit of an issue one time and I got to realiz

e the energies around you maybe helping you do healings and manifest but actually they're not very good energies not very high and I got attacked several times by them now High energies do not attack you right you know I got a bit too close to this person to help her and these energies didn't like it so I got battered away um and that's happened a few times with people who think the energies around them are lovely and helping them they create Miracles and yeah Miracles can happen but the energie

s doesn't mean the energies are very high right exactly so can I ask you about that experience of being attacked because one of the things I wanted to ask you is how do we know if we're being psychically attacked what does that feel like can you describe your experience a little bit uh yeah well generally um Let me let me let me imagine someone who's not really sensitive asks me that and but you are obviously sensitive but I'll just address it from a nonsensitive point of view imagine walking in

to a room where in in a 3D world you could say you could cut the energy or you can cut the room with a knife it's tense now most 3D people can feel tension or anger or something is in the air or you go into a party something's not right you know and even 3D people can have this feeling there's something wrong in the energy and they feel it they can't logically explain it but they feel I don't feel comfortable here hanging out with these people I'm going to leave imagine amplifying that 10 times

50 times 100 times you walk into a room and not only the energy is uncomfortable but you feel oh my God every part of my nervous system is screaming I can't be here that is kind of how an attack can feel it can feel like you're your body can feel like a lead weight particularly the lower three chakr sacral and solar plexes particularly often get hit but not all not only sometimes the third eye for sensitive star seeds can get hit as well when they're trying to see Star seeds who were sensing a r

oom through their third eye might get hit in the third eye um also the throat can get hit sometime these chakras can get hit but the second and third get hit and you feel like almost like someone's punched you perhaps or you can't breathe suddenly you might feel your whole body's like walking through glue you might feel your thinking is like sludgy you can't like somebody ask you something and you know that if somebody else had asked you that you'd answer it quickly but because wherever you are

you kind of go uh I don't know really there's confusion there's brain fog that can happen there's emotional uh you might start feeling emotions that's like uh you might feel fear is often the classic one if you're being attacked there's a certain anxiety your inner self starts feel anxious about being attacked something's happening your inner child selves or vulnerable selves start feeling I got to get out you know this is not good anxiety fear or even a kind of dread or Terror depends on what's

happening to you uh that can start hitting you and or it might be that you feel you're you're some someone's about to immediately attack you can even be like that like that so if I were to look clairvoyantly on like the energetic plane would you say that what's happening is this siphoning that we were talking about before or what's actually happening energetically okaying can happen oh okay someone plugs into you yeah um more than cing that can be aetheric Weaponry dots mhm you can actually fee

l that something's actually penetrating your energy field and jabbing you and they could be feel like your energy is being pulled out part of you being sucked out perhaps what else can happen you can feel like your energy is closing in like the doors are clo like the walls are closing in around you and it can feel like that energetically your energy field which might have been bright and clear before might start to feel cloudy in certain places or very dark or black in certain places or dark bla

ck red can Happ or muted colors mhm itty Browns vomity greens that kind of common or yucky yellows those kind of things um if the attack is severe you might have um openings happen or tears and Reps in your energy field so actually you might start getting black openings in your field that it's not like an energy just sudden hitting you your energy is responding by opening to lower Dimensions or being ripped so your energy starts draining or other things come in to your energy field that can that

can happen and um your chakra system sometimes can be affected sometimes chakras can be switched off sometimes the chakra can be reversed so the spin is reversed so they either stop spinning or they spin in the wrong direction yeah okay there can be a clamping so it might actually feel energetically that something's clamped or or clamped over or clamped around or um locked can happen depends on the nature of the attack really so when you say all of these um different ways of affecting our energ

y field ultimately what it would boil down to maybe is just limiting our own light or limiting Source energy from emanating through us is that what's I mean there's it sounds like there's all these different ways of doing it but at the end of the day is it limiting or Contracting or blocking our own light from coming through in our own personal resonance in our own Divine blueprint and Mission and yeah all of that can get Switched Off also the expression of your gifts will get Switched Off okay

the expression of your mission in the world will get Switched Off You you what what I'm I here to do I don't know why I'm here I don't know what I'm doing that can get interfered with and it could be in a kind of benign way as well I mean it even though it is interference for example uh imagine two parents who are not star seeds have a star seed and they just project fear and worry onto that star seed continuous ly because they think this little Johnny is different Little Johnny's a Daydreamer L

ittle Johnny's he needs to be protected and so basically those parents project project project and so that's a kind of benign interference it's not black magic or kind of psychic attack but it's a form of psychic attack but it's done in a kind of way that the parents might feel we're trying to help Johnny right we didn't realize we're blocking him or we're blocking him to protect him MH and you know I've seen a lot of clients where energies and entities even n energies are blocking someone becau

se they're trying to protect them because in some other lifetime they got killed so we've got to kind of protect them now and they've had these energies around them blocking them so that's a kind of benign attack really I understand that because ultimately what's happening would be a projection of their fears onto the star seed let's say which would be a lower frequency vibration so even though they think they have a high intention at the end of the day the vibration um that they're projecting w

ould be one of a lower frequency fear or worry yeah yeah okay my parents I think projected onto me um I remember my father said um this is a kind of really weird one he said to me as a young teenager don't trust Steve with electrical stuff he'll only blow it up or destroy it or something like that and I'm like well I'm only 10 or 11 or 12 how on Earth did this come about I don't know was my brothers an electrical engineer trustworthy completely but me don't trust Steve I don't think I ever touch

ed anything to this time I don't know where he got it from but I remember as a when I started waking up I remember in someone's house and I was doing some DIY for them I was kind of in a a let scheme where you swap you know I'll paint your house you'll give me crystal healing something and I was doing some work for them and I and the electrics blew up and the woman said I knew you were going to do that I knew that was going to happen and at that moment I it just flashed back to my dad and I real

ized I have been carrying this nonsense for years uh I mean now I I nothing will happen and I had to completely reverse that program in me and Let It Go I mean it was just kind of I don't know it was a a negative projection turned into a program or a belief inside of me and often parents programs and projections can turn into beliefs which actually start manifesting H so let's talk about that let me ask you about that because as you're talking what I'm seeing is that part of this psychic attack

whether it's intentional or whether it's not intentional it's an energy that's that can be inputed into our field which turns into a belief that kind of has a negative impact on whether or not we can go out into the world and um live in a higher frequency or you know follow our calling or whatever it is so it's not just a psychic attack in that you know your your energy is being lowered it's that it can actually prevent you from following your soul calling if it's shifting your mind or your ment

al construct in terms of the belief that you're holding about yourself about the world it's a kind of originally a benign kind nobody would think I'm most parents want to help their children most not all yeah right but um especially if there's some trauma Associated traumatic event associated with um the statement or the projection of energy from the parents it goes in deeper it's more powerful because I think like part of the work of a star seed is waking up seeing all those patterns within you

no matter where they came from it's like seeing the beliefs the ideas the mental constructs the energies associated with them and then what doesn't really align with your higher self or Source then you start to you know do your own work to release those from your system yeah yeah I mean the more you wake up the more these programs come up the more you can release them awareness is key in releasing these programs um and that's kind of psychic interference psychic attack it's kind of borderline u

m and that's the work of All Star SE theyve we've all picked up stuff from our families and an lines and we just have to purge them we've all come in with other lifetime programs we've picked up in other lifetimes and the more we wake up the more these programs rise to the surface and we go oh I've been killed 20 times in other lifetimes for being spiritual and now I'm a bit scared of coming out the closet therefore I have to deal with that program and release it right because underlying that ju

st so that people understand underlying that there's the experience and then there's the belief I'm not safe it's not safe for me to share my gifts with whatever so it's the really the belief that you have to eradicate along with any energy that comes up along with that why I'm not safe is a very very common one okay and the core root of it comes from uh other lifetimes I'm not safe in other lifetimes and it can it can be reinforced in the family yeah okay and we may choose families which are un

safe to force us to look at this area of safety right okay so that's where the um the beauty comes in in terms of everything having a Divine Purpose it's because even if you incarnate and there's some difficulties ultimately it's for your Awakening so that if you got programs of betrayal you might choose a family where betrayal is present if you've got programs of secrets and lies being told to you then the family around secrets and lies if you've got a program of martyring your energy sacrifici

ng yourself you come into a family where one of the parents will will Express martyrdom or victimhood or any of these things they're there to show you hey this is reflection of something you're dealing with from other lifetimes and of course to the degree we're una awake we go oh my family they're crap they're but the moment we start waking up they're going oh wow you know like my father and my mother and father blocked me from following spirituality they go no no not doing that no this is all w

eird I remember my father when I was about 13 turned off the TV for the the program Bewitched one of my favorite shows Steve one of mine he said this is is not suitable viewing for you I'm like it's Bewitched this was my father going no no no no and so of course I was in a family that didn't approve was not going to like it and and this is my my my thing I've got to face you know the disapproval around my own spiritual path and deal with it and you know that's what I had to do and that's what I'

m doing now I mean I'm as weird as I am now I think because my parents were as normal as they were yes right you know my kids my ex-wife my my you know all of her family what cult are you in now Steve my own You' say I'm starting my own cult well my doesn't say it to me now but she said it to me until up to a few years ago and I used to say to her I'm a better one than you she's a Roman Catholic you know and she doesn't think Roman Catholicism is a cult well let's go all the signs of being a cul

t you know check check check all right so let's talk about actually how to deal with energetic attack then or psychic attack because everybody's going to after hearing all of that what we just talked about I think everybody's question now is okay how do we protect ourselves if we experience that we are being attacked or have being been attacked then what do we do yeah waking up to energy and negative thought patterns and negative belief systems and projections from parents and I've taken on my m

other's blah blah blah martydom or all of that it's part of the Awakening process so all of that helps to clear you from interference fear guilt and shame are massive openings for interference and attack or unworthiness I don't deserve I'm a little you know a small ater pillar in a world of wonderful but all of that nonsense this is all what we have to transform grounding be aware of energy things like even things like saging Fant essential oils can be good um becoming aware of things like cordi

ng um C keeping you know all my meditations Transmissions are keeping your energy clear how to release other people's energy how to invite higher energies into your field this is all about energy management MH um in terms of psychic attack and black magic because I I have already mentioned black magic black magic exists where people are they're not it's not an unconscious projection they are consciously sending you harm now in the western world it's rare but it happens in the third world or deve

loping world countries it's common if I got clients from Africa or Haiti or the Caribbean you know you can expect some of that to be going on or or the Middle East uh or India it happens people will go to someone and pay for someone to attack you know to attack someone now that happens and the the the more professional you're up against the harder it is and the more vigorous you've got to protect yourself um one thing you can do is um seal your energy Fields U there's all kind of dissolving cord

s um any belief around unsafety is a big one because the more you have a feeling of I not safe in this universe the more likely you're open to attack the more you believe in Black Magic the more it can affect you doesn't mean it won't affect you anyway it can still affect you quite strongly but the more you believe in it it can actually kill you you know in all tribal cultures a magician would point at you and you drop dead that would happen nowadays it doesn't happen like that because most peop

le don't believe in Black Magic but it can still cause serious illness and problems boundaries dishonoring your boundaries dis neglecting energetic hygiene like you know it's a bit like I don't need to shower I don't need to look after my energetic Health you know all of the you got to you got to clean your energy you got to protect it daily um be be aware of who you're sleeping with mhm be aware of who you're dating be aware of any agreements you have psychic agreements with anyone on the Earth

plane who are close to brothers sisters parents teachers I haven't mentioned teachers actually spiritual teachers or healers can open you to interference if they are not clear themselves they will open you up now I'm not trying to make anyone afraid but again if you go to a teacher a Channel or a Healer you have to tune in and get a yes I really vibrate with that person or a uh mhm you know these days um I'm really careful with healers because I have gone to healers and spent a week or two clea

ring myself from the Healer wow that's happened quite a they are doing it in good faith they may think they're great but they may not realize that they have energies hanging out in their energy field which is not great that are using them to get at you so really be clear my partner said um anytime you go for a massage or a haircut or healing and ask for Golden Gloves we put on their hands and you know and also seal the enery fields in Golden Light you can ask for that so that nothing can come th

rough from but don't do it out of fear don't do psychic protection out of fear it's a bit like I'm going to shower now because I'm terribly afraid of these microbes that is not a healthy way to be right I'm going to shower now because I just want to be clean and feel feel better about it yeah that's a good point because one of the things um someone had asked this question when I was doing a channeled session and the answer that came through my guide was um the form is to keep keep yourself in th

e highest light and resonance like keep yourself in the highest light and resonance you can because then there's no matching frequency and so doesn't really matter what you do in the sense of it has to feel right to you so whatever whatever feels right to you in terms of keeping your resonance high is what will be the most protective best defense okay and of course um there may still be unconscious things that we have to kind of be aware of and release another thing is entities Black magicians w

ork with entities entities beings on the astral planes Elemental beings that they will use to attack you um be aware of narcissists any narcissist in your energy can open you up to attack addiction can open you up to attack porn I liveed with a guy that you know the nice narcissist who I live with in the spiritual Community he was meditating every day and watching porn and I said to him are you crazy and he was totally shocked and I said what's wrong with that everyone does it I'm like you are o

pening yourself up to energetic poison don't do it um and I think he stopped actually uh any addiction I mean some of the alcohol opens you up to entities entities who work with alcohol drugs open you up uh there are certain really Dreadful ones heroin I think is a dreadful one cocaine I think is a dreadful one magic mushrooms I think actually the energies behind that are pretty benign and light and okay if you feel okay with things like magic M I think magic mushrooms of all of them is probably

the easiest one to deal with actually MH LSD I think is also can be okay but you have to be really careful of the environment you're in as with magic mushrooms I think LSD is a kind of neutral Gateway but you have to be really careful that neutral Gateway can also go dark if you're not careful but it can also be used for tremendous healing but definitely magic mushrooms if you feel cold but don't do it if you're in a bad environment don't do it if you're with people who who are kind of weird or

strange don't do it you know or if you had uh my someone close to me said oh a friend of a friend of theirs istically depressed can can you get hold of magic mushrooms I said no don't do it when you're in a really bad mental state it's not a good idea to do it so addictions hanging out with people addictions if you're working in the mental health Arena anyone be really cuz you're working you're probably hanging out with people who've got psychic entities entities in their field you have to I wo

uld say any therapist has to be really careful about their energy wash it and clearing the energy otherwise they'll start to get a bit depressed they'll start to feel a bit heavy you know after years it's just one of those professions it's a bit like hospitals and mental health institutions there can be a bit heavy places really clear yourself I just want to I I just want to put a a plug in for you because I think doing your meditations I've never felt so clear sometimes after I do your meditati

ons so just so that everybody knows when we're talking about clearing your energy one of the ways that you can do that is do some of s's meditations where you're actually clearing your field envisioning visualizing that yeah I mean most of my tracks are about clearing your field and protecting your field and lifting the vibration of your field most of them have that element some are very strongly about releasing uh negative projections releasing energetic interference releasing cords there's all

kinds of ones I've got a playlist called psychic protection that you can find uh uh on there releasing interference in the chakra system system uh releasing sexual interference um all of that the other thing is if you meet someone you may be really actually another point you might be really open to them because not only because of the sexual element but if you've had a lot of karmic interactions with them in other lifetimes particularly magical or tantric or sexual then you're going to be even

more open to them okay so you have to be care you might feel oh I feel a great cell connection but still check in with that cell connection is that yeah yeah is it right for you to go there because they may feel hey my soul tribe my my twin flame another big one my twin flame has turned up and otherwise it's me the amount of interference I get from people who had their twin flame set up and the amount of people who get really angry about no no twin flames are lovely and they're real I met my twi

n flame and great but for a lot of people it's it's uh false like beings or beings which are are not okay yeah okay I met a twin flame really intense really super intense she kicked off my second Awakening in 2010 energetically amazing chemistry amazing even synchronicities around it amazing the dreams Angels telling me blah blah blah but I got hit so badly and it was actually really good lesson for me to go oh wow I got uh falik beings were telling me stuff I just believed them I got whacked I

got switched off for six years chakra switched off my throat chakra Switched Off for six years um I couldn't meditate I was disconnected it was a lesson which is why I can speak so passionately about this subject because I've it's not like um I haven't been there so you didn't check in with yourself in that um in that situation you kind of um assumed that the quote unquote magic you were feeling was maybe a feeling of resonance and you didn't check in a little bit deep more deeply my experience

up to that point had all been magical and lovely guiding and synchronic and I'd never encountered anything like that before so I was really naive and so it was a big lessed naivity and really even though when I met her and she was doing stuff and energetically I thought I've never done this with anyone before we we were doing joint meditations together and we created this Temple together in the astral planes and we went and visited each other in the as planes I've never done that with anyone bef

ore MH and but my God I opened myself up in a way that once those ities hit I had no defenses and I got hit badly for several years six years and how did you recover from that how did you clear yourself after what was your process um none of the stuff that I worked on for the previous 20 years worked I went and saw about a dozen or so healers maybe as many as 20 healers only two had any idea what I was going through and those two ones over a Year's period and the other one over a couple of sessi

ons pulled me out h actually after doing a year of healing with one uh P one Healer I went to the other one and she said this person switched off your throat chakra and I was like I never knew that was possible and it was true and the reason I knew it was because once I cleared myself I hadn't heard from this person for a few years U maybe four years three or four years I hadn't heard from as soon as I cleared my throat she emailed me wow a few days going hi how you doing just check in that's ch

fficult and hard but it was a mixture and yeah it was just very very strong karmic connection very very difficult very difficult uh I met another person after that you think I'd learned my lesson I come out I was doing this then another one and this one was a very hidden narcissist stroke also with Psychopathic Tendencies mhm and I'm like why this is like it's all part of my training right why couldn't I see this and I had a year and a year and a half of my I got kicked about so badly and I'm li

ke you know okay guys really my training is over I don't want this anymore let me just do nice please I was really it was really tough so I don't recommend it I was in the hog wall dark Hearts class you want to learn about the dark side here it is I assume this is all how you know how to do what you're doing now in terms of helping other people clear things but um one thing I wanted to ask you is do you have a daily practice then that helps you stay clear like we can all do your meditations what

is what do you do on a daily basis to stay clear and also aware of what's actually going on energetically around you uh morning grounding clearing protecting every morning evening grounding clearing protecting every morning uh often with my partner not always with my partner um she's also very clued up on it she's also like she might say can you check X Y or she's often said things that I might miss uh clients who present stuff and I'm like most of the stuff I hear I've heard before and I've de

use most of them are dealing with massive projections from millions of people I've got no idea how to deal with it they're also dealing with interest from Dark Forces and they've got no idea what's Hollywood is rampant with dark Forces you know music industry these because anywhere there's power or a lot of public attention these forces want to keep control you know um and if they don't like the celebrity if the celebrities getting too big for their boots they might even deal with them you know

leave the planet you know I think people like Prince or Michael Jackson started to say a few things and then not long afterwards right out they went you know see you later yeah yeah so the more public you get and the more public I get the more interest is GED by these forces and the more yeah they're they're going to try and stop you with more more Force if you're a raike Healer dealing with your 10 clients a week or your little groups you or your meetings who cares really they don't care they m

ight care to some extent but they're not going to care that much but if you're touching 200 100,000 on YouTube or 100,000 on Tik Tok or whatever they care a lot mhm and because you're starting to shift the vibration of the planet and so they need if they get to you they stop those 100,000 shifting their reality to some extent so that's why they're going to put a lot a lot of force and focus on you uh Black magicians um most people go but there surely there's not Black magicians even there are in

the Western World American politics and most leaders of the western world have connection with dark Forces whether they're fully aware of or not some are aware of it and some may not be so aware of it you know I think people like the chenes and the bushes even the Obamas if I may say so and the bidens awareness felt like they had a different vibration but maybe not I don't know the Obamas it was very clever with the Obamas because the dark Forces are are cunning good cop bad cop is a very very

well-known Bush bad cob Obama good good cop now you know most people may be deeply offended uh by that statement that the Obamas you know people still have hope in Michelle Obama but basically the Obamas are themselves uh compromised they are hooked into lower forces you know that um even if you look at stuff like Wikileaks what Wikileaks have been saying about the clintons and the Obamas it's very clear that the Obamas are not clear of all of that stuff and there's all kinds of conspiracy theor

ies about the Obamas you know so these people are affected Black magicians are running the world or have been running the world um blood magic sexual magic child Sac all of this stuff it goes on it's starting to come out now and of course these dark Forces don't want it to come out you know but it is coming out and the more it comes out the more people are horrified by it and will it will be stopped the moment the collective conscious wakes up to what's really going on in this world the moment a

ll that will be swept away because as long as they keep the world in you know blinker and go everything's fine and distraction you know they love Hollywood cuz it distracts everyone from what's really going on and any real juicy story there'll be a distract going on also with Hollywood Steve it feels like with certain movies or storylines they're they're projecting ideas as well oh yeah right so there's that aspect too to Hollywood the London Olympics did you see the opening ceremony no go on Go

ogle or YouTube I should say and and Google and and S search for London Olympics opening ceremony and have a look at what the message was of that ceremony 2012 ceremony it was something about the recent lockdown and the mass uh pandemic very clear wow wow oh have a look at it I will people were saying you know it's should be love and light love and light what's that in the opening Olympics it was really dark and really heavy it was this Spectre of death walking over hospital beds and pointing an

d you know it's like what's that that got to do with the London Olympics it was a clear message coming out and you know these dark Forces have to kind of signal what they're up to it's some kind of way of getting round some some kind of cosmic law or other if they let people know in somewhere or another then they can have C blanch to do what they like this is what we do and you know um we're told you so now we can do it is it some form of unconscious permission or something or subconscious permi
