This short movie is one of the best.... when it comes to the dog cant imagine how it die painfully... and it breaks my heart.... although i love the actors.. they played great and amazing... this short film deserves thumbs up....
This is a fantastic short imo! I like how despite Chris keeping his cool pretty much the whole time, and coming off very logical, his decisions make their situation a lot worse. Namely taking the device off the roof.
It's almost like the writer did not know how to make an ending so he just ended it. A lot of these short films are doing this now. I guess it's because they can't think of a good ending.
This was very good. I was wish it was a full length feature. It's always nice to see a professional actor, like Richard Burgi, in these shorts. The man just gets better looking with time.
Dog was afraid before the people had any clue. No way the dog stuck around to be caught and murdered. Most unbelievable part of this short.
Well, "reaver" means"plunderer" (aggressive, that is). Another good "abduction" film, with very good effects when needed. I know there's a lot of other YouTube channels out there with this kind of shorts but I'm going to stick with Screamfest as the quality is pretty well always high. Only problem with some of the shorts are the open endings, which does make you want to see a full movie treatment.
I thought this was a brilliantly constructed film, brilliantly cast, directed, and shot... The only problem for me was the pay off at the end, we didn't get one... I know less is more sometimes, but this wasn't one of those times, it would have been great to have seen what they were looking at, at the end... I also think the aliens trying the door handles let the film down too... Other than that, this film was superb...

No mention of the quality in the comments.. I literally felt like I was watching a Critically acclaimed something or other.. good acting, cam work, affects, no cheesy looking aliens etc. honestly one of the better short films I have seen.
I’ve seen the dad in a lot of other movies always liked the character he played. The sky the wind the noises were all SCARY!!!
Really well done except I was angry they didn’t even give a rats ass about their poor dog.. but aside from that it was very suspenseful and one of the best shorts I’ve seen🤩good job!!
