Let’s continue with the applications  of robotics in various industries. Robotics is being extensively used  in the Customer Service industry. Chatbots and virtual assistants are handling  routine inquiries and providing customer support, freeing up human agents for complex  tasks and enhancing customer experience. Robotic concierges and guides are providing  information and assistance in hotels, airports, or museums, improving  customer service and engagement. It is a similar state in the hospi
tality industry: Robotic chefs and bartenders are preparing  and serving food and drinks with precision and customization, enhancing efficiency  and novelty in restaurants and bars. There is already robotic room service  and cleaning present in multiple hotels. Robots delivering amenities and  cleaning rooms is a common occurrence leading to reduced labour costs and in  improving hygiene standards in hotels. First, Increased autonomy and intelligence: Drones  are using advanced computer vision algorithms to identify landmarks, avoid obstacles, and navigate  autonomously, even in GPS-denied environments. LiDAR sensors provide precise  3D maps of the surroun
dings, enabling safe navigation and landing in  complex and unstructured environments. Drones can now simultaneously build a map  of their surroundings while keeping track of their own location, allowing for  real-time exploration and adaptation. Drones are equipped with AI algorithms  to make real-time decisions about path planning, obstacle avoidance, and mission  execution, even in dynamic environments. Second, longer flight times and improved  battery technology are yielding fruits. Advancem
